Bobby’s response to my questions were prompt and provided me with not only a game plan to deal with a particularly challenging situation but also a sense of relief that I found someone who was considerate and understanding of my predicament.Once I made the decision to sell, I was consistently impressed with Bobby’s support and guidance. He met me at my house several times to recommend small changes/improvements that would help with the sale, including painting the basement and some staging ideas. He had a fantastic strategy forputting the house on the market and scheduling the open house that helped increase excitement in the community about the sale and I think likely positively influenced both the number and price of our offers. When the house’s inspection report resulted in several major issues that needed to be fixed before closing, Bobby went out of his way to assist me with finding reputable individuals and companies to make the fixes at reasonable costs. He even agreed to meet a contractor at my home when I was unavailable due to my work schedule.I also used Bobby to help find a new home. He listened to what I was looking for, and focused the search to certain areas of the city and certain qualities of a home, like a low maintenance yard and newer kitchen and bath, while always keeping my budget in mind. He was always willing to fit in showings of houses and condos that worked with my schedule, even returning to the same house three or four times when I needed to “see it just once more”.
