I signed up yesterday and they are professional. Alina was amazing! She’s so sweet! I worked out last night and it was not crowded. It’s clean! Equipments are awesome! I love this location. I signed up years ago when the green tree one opened and I didn’t like that one. Staffs were rude there and the price I paid at the time was ridiculous. I’ll definitely make the Robinson one my home gym

Very dirty, appears to never be cleaned by staff.If you’re looking for a squeaky clean gym this isn’t for you. The only thing that makes this gym better than the LA fitness down the road is the lack of people and proper temperature control.The gym contains the same amount of dust and old sweat on the equipment in areas the gym members are not wiping down. If you don’t like the la fitness due to the dust and nastiness this is the same at a higher price point.Staff seems friendly.

This location is pretty mediocre for the Anytime Fitnesses Ive been to. The one nice thing they have that I havent seen at any of the locations is they have a hip thrust bench from Bret Contreras which is just the right height for me when I used it. The barbells are pretty bad, no real bumper plates so it can feel pretty rough if youre deadlifting heavy. Theres a bunch of machines, so if youre in to that, youll be fine. The one other nice thing is they do have dumbbells that go up to 125, which is rare for Anytime Fitness. Theres no turf, their studio has pretty crummy kettlebells that only go up to 35lbs, and its pretty small to other studios Ive seen in Anytime Fitness locations.

I really like the gym itself, overall the equipment is very high quality, its somewhat spacious, and you can go there literally anytime you want. The only reason I dont give it the last Star is because I personally believe that the cost of membership is a bit overpriced, but if you plan on going a lot, it might be worth it for you.

Very nice employees. Stress free environment. Very clean inside. Even bathroom floors are spotless. No waiting for equipment at the times I go. All around great experience.

I have been a member at Anytime for several years now. This is a great gym to be a part of. The owner and manager are great guys that take awesome care of the gym. The trainers are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. They will set goals and help you along the way. Equipment is constantly updated along with weights. The showers were just updated as well.Most of all, when I go in the late afternoon, I am always able to use the equipment that I need for a great workout. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone. It’s a great value and an amazing place to get back into shape.

I love anytime fitness! I joined last year, and I was completely new to working out. It is a completely judgement-free zone, and the staff is great. Every part of the gym is always clean and they’re always adding new equipment. It is also great that I can work around my retail work schedule by stopping in at any time of the day that I feel like. I’d highly recommend this gym!

I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Robinson Twp, I have been a member since the day they opened almost 7 years ago. The gym is clean and they recently added new equipment and updated the showers. The individual bathrooms are a nice feature instead of a locker room. The Staff is friendly and willing to help if you need it. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to this location for several years now and love it. Being able to go whenever I want is awesome, people that work there are very nice and helpful. The place is clean, have never had to wait to get on a machine when I go in the early evening. They just added some new machines that work several areas of the body that has reduced the amount of machines I have to use in my workout. Highly recommend this gym.

I joined this gym after moving to the Robinson area and have really enjoyed being a member there. The gym is very clean and the machines are all in working order. The ability to access the gym 24/7 is very nice as well. The membership price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone.

Ive been a member for over 2 years and this is the first gym where Ive actually achieved results. Great management, clean facility, and my personal trainer Daniel has taught me the importance of the right nutrition, how to work out and use the machines correctly, and has helped me to reach my goals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to lose weight the right way and also learn how to live a healthy lifestyle everyday.

Awesome gym. This club is never too crowded, and you can always get a great workout in. The members and staff are great. They have every piece of equipment and weights you could need. The staff always does a great job at keeping it clean.

Ive been a member at 6 or 7 gyms in the past and have been a member at anytime robinson for about 2 years now. Staff does a good job at keeping the place clean, addressing issues as they arise, and maintains the equipment well. The only downside is the size of the place. But thats out of the control of the staff.

Friendly and very helpful staff ! I love being able to get a workout in 24/7 . Brand new showers and bathrooms and this location is always spotless . Great selection of preworkout drinks and other sports supplements. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Robinson Township !

Charged me $98 after I told them I havent even been there because of work. Told me there is nothing they can do and if I want to cancel I have to pay $50. Also told them it is because I am moving. They told me I need a prof of address and a utility bill. Are you a gym or a bank? Truly a scam. Never join this place. Oh, and the ABC Financial does not help at all. Cant even speak to a human, only automated numbers. And I cannot find a corporate number.

Ive had member ship here for a long time. Its always clean, the staff are always friendly, there really arent any creeps, and the price is good for getting 24/7/365 access to the place plus after 30 days you can go to any anytime fitness in the world and just walk right in as a member. Honestly beyond worth the money. I love it. Honestly go here and get a membership if you want an atmosphere of people behaving professionally around the club. If ya see people breaking rules like they arent wiping machines or weights off after using them the staff will acctually do something about it unlike most other places where the staff doesnt care. This place honestly is amazing

Ive visited most of the gyms in Pittsburgh. Gym is cleaner than most. 24 hour access is convenient if you need access during odd hours. Value is poor. Very small gym with limited cardio equipment, no locker room, and limited open space. At this location, music is blaring which makes it challenging if you have a workout partner and is too jarring for a late night workout. Several other gyms in the area that are a better value.

The owner was nice when we met him and so was the personal trainer manager Justin at first. He told us when we need something and hes not their just call him hes right down the road. My fiancé called Justin once because we couldnt open the locker and he was very rude when we came back for him to open it. That was not the only time he has had an awful attitude he doesnt have great customer service skills unless hes trying to get you to join the gym. Other than that the actual gym is a good place I enjoy going here but it is pretty expensive for how little the gym is.

Ive never had a bad experience with Anytime Fitness. Its hardly ever crowded, there are private bathrooms and showers, its clean, and there are enough machine and weights to get a good workout in. Might be more expensive than other gyms, but being able to go whenever you want, having privacy when changing, and being able to have your own space makes it worth it.

The only suggestion I have is that they hand out towels like other gyms, but maybe they keep their cost down by not offering towels. They save on laundry cost. Other than that, great equipment, great staff, never crowded! Even during peak times its not too crowded where you are waiting for a machine. Very clean bathrooms too! I can take a shower there and not feel like Im going to get a disease.Edit 2018: I canceled my membership mostly because I no longer need to work out late nights. Biggest pro for me was being able to go after 11pm and get a workout in. Now I can do it after work no problem. The after-work crowd is a crowd. I never noticed how small the gym was until youre there during peak hours. Thats not a bad thing if you dont mind, but I hate being in crowded places. Makes me anxious. So I canceled my membership. There was no hassle to do so and the staff was nice about it. I heard that people were getting attitude from the staff during cancelation, but I did not experience that.

I was e-mailing them to schedule a tour, which was fine they were really responsive and we scheduled one pretty quickly. I would have had to leave work early in order to make it to their location by our scheduled time, so I instead did a quick online tour. From what I saw on their website, it doesnt look like they have a huge amount of equipment, so I e-mailed them asking for their membership pricing so I would know if it would even be worth me driving 45 mins from work to get there for the tour. They would not, and I mean WOULD NOT, tell me details about their membership pricing. I just wanted to know what my options would be, but all they would say is We have multiple membership programs that fall in the $30 range. They refused to give me any more details, then just stopped talking to me completely. I dont like that they withhold information, its unethical.

In trying to obtain my prepaid membership fob, I was greeted by the manager of this club. He was one of the most rude front end service personnel I have ever encountered. I tried to share my opinion about how inappropriately he had treated my wife when she purchased my plan, but he rudely interrupted me to tell me about the clubs policy. He then asked if I wanted a refund before addressing or allowing me to complete my thought. Mid way through refunding my card he told me that I would no longer be welcome at their club and that I was on security cameras. This aggressive approach to treating customers on their first visit is absolutely inappropriate and unwarranted. There is no way the stakeholders in this business know of or would approve of that behavior.

Love this gym. Small but friendly and drama free. No worries about it being loud or others bothering you while working out.

Great gym! Brand new equipment. No crowds. No waiting for equipment. Super clean. Lots of parking. Easy in and out to Campbells Run Road and Route 60.

Signing up was no problem. I applied, selected to not auto renew my account because I was in school at the time and possibly moving. I alsp was told I would be receiving my contract via email and get my account number and I never did, I just got a welcome to anytime fitness email. Requested to be resent and never got it. Then about a year ago they randomly deactivated my card to get in, I figured screw it Im moving anyways I dont mind paying on it until the contract I up and having to go through some huge mess of canceling mid contract. Well that time came around and they renewed my account. I emailed them about cancelling, they responded telling me to come into the fitness center to cancel in person, needing a 30 day notice, doing a cancellation fee (which they never said what amount), emailing me my contract and if I could not come in they could send me the paperwork to cancel. I responded telling them that I cannot come and that when I signed up I asked for no auto renewal as I was not 100% positive if i would still be living in the area. Days later still no response. I called the only customer service number I could find it and lead to ABCfinancial who could not do anything except contact the company and look at my email conversation. I have emailed them a second time about cancelling my account and I am waiting for a response.Also here is my review on the gym when I was going:Pros: The gym was pretty clean, it was nice to workout at an odd hour considering I work rotating shifts and had classes and clinicals. The off hours were great because I could be in and out pretty quickly instead of waiting on people to finish equipment.Cons: some of the staff was rude, Ive had them kick me off a machine so a client can use it and Ive seen other people kicked off machines by trainers so their clients can use them. I was even kicked out of the small room in the back by a trainer so their client can work out there like one person does not need a room that big to work out in. Machines would break frequently and they would put a sign stating it would be fixed in 72 hours and it would take weeks, like the running joke amongst us who went was who wants to take bets on when the machine would be fixed.

I have switched from LA Fitness to this location and love it. I was initially concerned that it was too small and get crowded, but I go in the morning (6-8am) before work, and I have never had to wait for any of the equipment or felt it being crowded.The place is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, I havent had to wait for a shower, or hot water. I love that I can watch TV on the cardio equipment screens, and it logs my metrics on an online account to track my progress. It helps me show up and put the effort in to see where I am going.While this is a national chain, they are owned by franchises, so you are supporting a local business, while having the freedom to use other locations. The staff, Alexis and Brandon, were great to work with and made me feel at home. I love that they know me there.In the Robinson area, its close to LA Fitness, here is what I have found in comparison. LA Fitness is good if you dont need to work out at 3am, and use a basketball court, and pool/sauna. The equipment there is in decent shape. However, you have to negotiate to have state or nationwide access to move around.What got me the most is that I felt that they were the Wal-Mart of fitness, everyone just assumes you go there. The staff turnover is horrendous, so you are just a number to the company, and you dont have any relationship.Anytime is good if you want the freedom of locations, a small intimate environment, and just need to use weight & cardio. Give it a shot

This low rating is for this location only, I generally love the anytime fitnesses Ive been to, they have actual lifting equipment and private bathrooms and are pretty affordable. However, this location when I went there the bathrooms were filthy and had a ton of paper towels and toilet paper laying on the floor.

Tried this place out about a week ago for a free week trial. The first time I went to workout I knew instantly this is not the gym for me. It is SO small and very few machines for what they charge ($34.95). They didnt even have a stepper or a Jacobs ladder which was disappointing. I also didnt like that tanning was an extra $19 a month which would make it $54.95 which is absolutely insane! After I believe 8 o clock all the workers leave and you are left by yourself all night if you want to utilize there 24 hour service. That really freaks me out because some creep could get a free pass and come in and harass people with no one there to stop it. Pros- All the workers that I met were pretty friendly to me and it was pretty clean. I returned my pass and will looking for another gym in the area.

Ive never had 1) such an amazing work out (usually get tired after working out) 2) had a workout session with a trainer until earlier today with Luke, he is fantastic!! He really took the time to understand my goals and he created a customized full body work out for me and he pushed me! But unlike typical trainers when I was feeling uncomfortable or I was struggling with an exercise (I am the weakest Ive ever been right now) he helped me feel ok by changing it up! He LISTENS to you and your body and it helped put my mind at ease to allow me to have this awesome workout. Very cool, positive vibes guy cant wait for my next session!
