I know this location is closing permanently but still want to give credit where is due. Once you pre apply online the whole in person process is minimal. Like minutes.Follow the instructions from the confirmation email they send to the exact part of the building.

I made an appointment the day before. They took me in on time and were very professional and courteous. A breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous twic contractor I was there about ten minutes.

Directions: after you get to the building, park on the curb, find a meter to pay for your spot, 30 minutes should do but I recommend an hour if there is somebody ahead of you, in the building, second floor, through glass doors and turn right. Its shared office space and waiting rooms are marked... My review: In and out fast, and she handled my 3 kids great. Had no problem asking them to stay on the other side of the desk when my youngest made a run for it. Very nice, but professional. She got my respect.

I made an appt in Wexford and arrived a few minutes late and the staff was not at all accommodating and informed me I would have to wait and go after the 3 walk-Ins already waiting. I didn’t have time to wait so I rescheduled with Gibsonia and they cancelled my appointment twice. Actually, my second appointment in Gibsonia, they didn’t even bother to cancel. They schedule people and went on vacation. Apparently they didn’t think it was necessary to let anyone know so the UPS Store staff was left having to tell everyone who made an appointment that IDENTIGO was closed! I don’t know how this company is in business except that they may have cornered the market on FBI clearances...

Quality service and fast easy and inexpensive.

Useless for professional licensing fingerprinting and background checks. Their process is not setup for individuals to use their services. Its solely services for companies that send applicants to. ZERO customer service. No reception desk! Totally impersonal and almost inhumane. If you arent absolutely certain that youre doing it 100% correctly by yourself, avoid this company. There is no person to help you or guide you, only phone robots that run you in circles and cant solve your problem. Wasted my money and more importantly my time. I received NO product or services to show for the money I paid.

On the 2nd floor, to the right through the double glass doors past the receptionist desk another quick right down the hall. No need to check in as long as you come with an appointment. Option to walk in is available just depends on the day and how busy it is if you are able to get seen at a reasonable time.

Couldnt even get in the building. Door was locked. Rang code on keypad multiple times. No answer and door not opened. Finally someone working in the building came after about 12 minutes and kindly let me in. No organization for signing in if you do have appointment or if you are walking in. Once I did get seen though service was quick.

I walked into the room to find it packed. My first time getting finger prints done. I thought I would be there all day. But to my surprise the employee was very fast and efficient. The waiting room was quiet with enjoyable people waiting.. I was a walk in but was in and out in less than 30 min with about 7 people ahead of me. It was well worth it to wait, especially when you are a walk in. Although their was only one employee, he had a positive attidue and mady my trip down their and enjoyable experience. He made me feel comfortable while engaging in everyday talk and doing his job the right way. Its always a plus when you can go into an office and know you have accomplished something when you leave. I was happy with my experience here. I would recommend going here..

I would give them a negative rating if possible. Terrible customer experience. Scheduled a 2pm appointment for fingerprinting. After a 30 minute wait in a small hard to find waiting room someone finally came out to tell me they were not doing fingerprints. There was no notification by phone or email ... terrible waste of time!

Fast and inexpensive place to get finger prints. Best way is to do online and appointment is set up then go to place, no long lines in and out with a breeze.

I had a scheduled appointment and it was a waste of time. When I arrived people were there that arrived 2 or more hours before I had and they had appointments The location was disorganized and no check in .process. Two tiny waiting room that were crowded and hot. As for getting into the building and no one responds to the buzzer. I literally had to wait for someone to exit. This was an awful experience and now I have to go to another location to get fingerprinted. Get it together

Unorganized, super small space, also appts. come first, so its best to schedule an appt before coming. But it takes 30 mins just to get to IdentoGo through their phone system! & if u dont have a appt the squeeze you in when they can, but theres no sign in sheet. So as people arrive they tell you to have a seat & when they can fit in the next person without a appt, they come & ask whos next & expect everyone to tell the truth about the order they arrived in. The location is set up in a room of someone else office space so good luck with finding the place & parking. & after all of that, the staff has the nerve to have an attitude if u have a question about anything. SMH, to bad they closed down the other sites, because this site is horrible!

A little hard to find my neice and I walkes around the block a few times in order to find it but all the guys working were super sweet and took me in right away. This was after being late to the appointment I set up.

What started out as a frustrating experience ended quite well thanks to an amazing staff. If you have recently had a name change, please know the IdentoGo website states you can bring your certified marriage certificate, but this is untrue (they do not have a large scale scanner to use this document). Make sure you have your legal name changed on your ID before going! It’ll save you and their wonderful staff a headache!

Would give a negative star if possible.We had an appointment twice and went in for them to tell us they cant take us. They are very unprofessional and I would never recommend them. I hope the court systems realize they are terrible and change it back. They need to be shut down.

I had a similar experience to one of the reviewers. I didnt have trouble getting into building but once in there was no sign in sheet just two waiting rooms I had an appointment at 150 it was at that time 140. I had a seat and waited to have my name called. After 10 minutes or so a woman came in and ruffled through the clipboards that were turned upside down saying do not sign in and left quickly. I then waited a few more minutes and a guy came in asking for another person. I then started wondering what was going on but I waited patiently at about 2pm he came in again and said he would not be able to take anybody else due to his manager taking a conference call I was going to leave but thought wait I had an appointment plus I needed this done. I went in back to see what was happening the woman who came in before instructed me and another gentleman to go in the waiting room and followed is in. She asked what we were there for I told her she said your appointment was at 150 its now after 2 I said was there at 140 and she flat out said no you werent! Getting very sorry I said so youre not going to take me she said no were taking him because his appointment is at 210. I stormed out irate dont go to this place avoid it like the plague.

Weird location. Hard to find. But got the job done, and quickly too. Went for an FBI clearance...

Great customer service, I went in without an appointment and they were able to rush me through, the nice lady even worked through her lunch to accommodate me to get my credentials, top notch place, top notch people. Bravo ladies.

They do not honor appointments within 10 minutes of the scheduled time as they say.

Staff is very willing to work with you, but this place is hidden. They also lock the door to get in the building so you might have trouble getting in.

It was a little difficult for me to find the office, outside and inside. However, they had me in & out in a short period of time. They were friendly & answered my questions.

Seems oddly unprofessional and unorganized. No sort of sign in sheet. I even booked an appointment and I still had to wait. I wish my job didn’t use them in order to get fingerprint clearances when UPS seems like a better process.
