10 out of ten recommend. It took a few minutes longer then they said but they hooked us up with a second free case and my phone works great.

Scam alert. They sold me a laptop that didnt work and they refused to fix or give me the money back. Be careful with that place. It was my first and last time going there.

I just went there today the staff was very nice and fixed my phone in 20 minutes and I had an overall great experience and in my opinion and I will return in the future if I break any more screens

I came to install my own protective screen film, they couldnt do it right, film got bubles on it and african guy said it will disappear by itself and he pushed too hard on my screen so now there is brown line on side of my screen. They did more damage than fix. Dont go there

Tried to call and get a quote on a phone repair and was told Id be on hold for a moment while she asked for input or something I assume is why. Proceeded to be on hold for the next almost 10 minutes before I hung up.

This was disappointing. I found a Groupon to replace my phone screen and they did it pretty quick, but the next day my phone stopped responding to touch altogether, so Ill need to purchase a new one. There were people either not wearing masks or wearing them on their chins, poor ventilation, and it made me very nervous to walk in there given that. I waited outside, which is fine, but if you want to go to a completely COVID-safe tech store I wouldnt recommend this place.

Had a phone they dont commonly see, but Cody assured me he was confident. I had a broken charge port and screen. All buttons were functional. He took a fee and I then waited two weeks. He then attempted to return it to me with a fixed screen, but non functional volume buttons or front buttons. The charger port was also still damaged, and on closer inspection, was still the original port.I brought it back to them and the apologized and said theyd bought the wrong part but would fix their mistake at no expense. I waited another two weeks.I then got the phone back. The charging port was still damaged, and so were. the front buttons. He had also completely bricked my phone. Only connecting it to a computer would fix it, but I could not do that unless he fixed the port.I brought it back to him and he told me it would cost another $200 to fix. The only damage to the phone was damage I had already paid him to fix or that he had done himself while repairing my phone. He also blatantly refused to give me a refund.Further,every single time I stopped in to see what was up I heard at least one new person. Who had an iPhone repaired there that was broken worse because of them or not fixed at all.Tldr: these guys are rip offs, go anywhere else. I recommend the fine folks at Trader Electronics.

Cool group of hard working guys, but I cant give them a good rating because they couldnt fix my phones and had them for 2 weeks and acted like they fixed one, I payed $59 for the hope of it being fixed, went all the way home to find out my phone wasnt working still, so basically they didnt check it or fix it, who knows... went back got my money, the came up with a plan. I was supposed to be getting a note 9 that they agreed with saving til I got paid to replace my Note 8 they couldnt fix, but they sold it and didnt keep their word. Then hung up on me when I called to ask for it! This is horrible service, but this is only my personal experience with them. So I still recommend going to get your devices fixed because there were happy customers who I saw them dealing with.

Called ahead, got a quote to get my screen for 60 I think? Walked in to actually do it and paid 50$ for an s9 battery replacement. Hour job busy place, walked around downtown and came back for my phone and they were just finishing up, 10 minutes later I was a happy customer. Will come again if I need to.

I called them and I ask how much it cost to chang the I phone 6 plus and battery they said 70 dollars when I went to the store I ask them again sam question they said ok 80 dollars I paid 70 dollars and they chang inlet the screenOk give me a refund for the battery they said noWe change the screen only for 70 dollarsBe aware of them

Girlfriend brought down an iphone 11 for a screen repair.. they replaced it pretty fast but there was an issue with the bottom left corner being darker than the whole screen. they replaced that at no cost. couple days later the screen messed up again and she took it back to get told that it was “her fault that there was a hairline crack on the inside” she took it to apple and we were told by apple that the place we got the screen fixed at (Yinz Break I fix/ Ninja Electronics) used faulty screens. both the screens were bad screens and the pixels in the screens were bad. we were also told that there wasn’t any “hairline crack” in the second screen. it was the screens that went bad both times and not her phone. fully do not recommend this place at all

For a couple visits now on a cellphone screen repair they told me no part was available but there was, then when I found and ordered it they told me double the amount just to fix it compared to other places, its like they were seeing how desperate I was to get my phone back in working order and seeing what amount would stick or I be willing to pay, instead of having a costumer for life. I do not recommend them on situation like this. Brought in my own screen was quoted $70, cellphones and more did it for $40 no haggling involved!

Horrible service! came down for an iphone 11 screen repair and they fixed it pretty conveniently.. the very next day i experienced a black shadow on the bottom of my screen, due to the warranty they fixed it for free. the day after that, I experienced lines on my screen and was told that there was a “hair line crack on the inside” of my phone and that it was my fault.. went to apple and apple informed me that there was NO crack on the inside of my phone and that they do not use good screens for iphones (the pixels are bad). DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They spoiled my phone which I took for screen change and now it returned with mouth piece problem than my callers cant hear me unless I use the speaker or earphones. To make it worse they were not able to fix it and that made me hate dislike the place. however they are friendly but unprofessional.

I had a great experience here. The staff provided excellent service and really cared about doing the job right. They took my water-damaged Samsung Galaxy S6 when other repair shops turned me away. They communicated well, listened to me, and got my phone to turn on again so I could save my photos and contacts. They went above and beyond and Im so grateful.

Seriously, youd be better off with whatever condition your phone is in rather than having these guys try to fix it.My phone was made nearly unusable after YinzBreak I Fix got their hands on it.First, they repaired the screen and when I got it back, the Touch ID no longer worked. I called and the guy apologized and told me to bring it back. Why would you not check to see if this works before giving it back to a customer? Then when I did take it back, FOUR separate times after that, they determined that it might not work again and that they shouldve told me theres a chance it wouldnt work after the screen repair. They said the original tech shouldve said this yet he made no mention of it whatsoever or I wouldve never went through with the repair. On top of this, while waiting for my phone to be fixed, I saw them accept other repairs and still make no mention of possible Touch ID issues that could result, clearly leaving other customers in the dark about the potential issues.In addition to the Touch ID, the materials they use to replace the glass are clearly cheap replacements because my screen would no longer even register touch accurately ANYWHERE on the screen. Beyond that, the Touch ID button was clearly a piece of thin plastic the tech put on as it would dent and bend as you touched the home button.After dealing with various techs and making over four or five trips downtown to have them fix their original issues they created, they still werent able to repair my Touch ID or the screen issues.Do not let these people touch your phone, they have no business doing so and clearly arent experienced with these repairs.

They fixed my iphone for the lowest price and the fastest in the city. There were NO problems with any functions of the phone. Great job by the technician. Recommended to anyone in the city who doesnt want to pay an arm and a leg for a phone repair.

Terrible job fixing my iPad last August. I went back three times. It seems like they didn’t take the fact that my screen was lifting seriously. The tape they used and claimed was to ‘keep and set the adhesive’ is still on because I don’t want my screen to fall out.

I referred my friend to Joey and he got her in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall, she was happy with her service and said she will definitely be going back with any other phone issues :-)

Absolutely terrible! 1st of all you can’t get in touch with them. No one answers the phone and the “voicemail has not been set up” so you can’t leave a message. I dropped my phone off on a Thursday, was told they didn’t have white screens in until Saturday, it would be fixed by Monday-Tuesday, and that someone would call me to let me know when to come pick it up. No one ever called. I tried calling for 3 weeks. I didn’t want to drive all the way downtown and pay for parking unless it was ready. Finally after 3 weeks someone answered. He told me that my phone was still not fixed. He asked me if I would return the Groupon because “he never gets that money, bring cash”. Told me to give him an hour. I arrived 30 minutes later to get an update and was told ANOTHER HOUR. I walked back to my car, paid extra money for parking, walked around for another hour, went back and my phone was still not fixed. The owner came out of the back room and told me that there was “too much miscommunication, that I should take my phone somewhere else”. After waiting 3 weeks, paying for parking both times, and walking around aimlessly for an hour and a half??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! The worst part is this was a Groupon that I purchased and Groupon won’t give me a refund. I’m out of time and money.

In town for a Steelers game. Arrived a day early and have an iPhone 10 xs max with dead spots. They replaced the glass, added a screen protector, and it took 45 minutes for $250.
