We had our iPhone screen replaced here. We made the appointment, they fixed it in a timely manner and we paid $149! Not 3 days later, the screen turned a blue color, then went black and was unusable. When we returned to the Ross Park Mall location, we were told it had a hairline “crack”! After we had it fixed, we wrapped it up for a grad gift for our son.... it was NOT used yet there was a crack? They refused to fix it.... I’m sorry, they offered to fix it for another $120! This place uses poor quality replacement screens, has poor customer service and is disrespectful! Disgraceful!Physical damage was the exact reason the phone was brought in.... you did NOT fix the physical screen damage! This merchant is Unreputable!

BEWARE! POOR QUALITY SCREENS. Such POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got my screen replaced Friday, apparently with a cracked screen from the manufacturer. Went home, plugged charger in overnight. Woke up the next day and screen was blue. Tried to research a fix. Spent at least an hour. Nothing worked. Next day, woke up, screen was black. Today, Monday, I went back and explained what happened and they would NOT stand behind their product. They’re fix was to sell me another screen at a slight discount????? Do not try to save money at this place. You will regret it.

I went to a competitor first, booked appointment on line and they made me wait 1.5 hours then come back in am for another appointment only to say they couldn’t fix my cracked screen due to liabilities. So I was on my way to Apple to buy new when I saw this place, so I inquired. Very nice young man says “sure I can fix that!” He was done in less than 1/2 hour! Saved me $100s of dollars today!

Let me start by saying this. Apple charges 129.00 for only a glass repair. They use the old LCD if it’s still in great working order. A screen repair kit is by far the cheapest way to repair your phone. The instructions are easy to follow. Heat up no more than100 degrees. Pry up the screen carefully. 15-20 screws, adhesive, and pop it back in place. You get everything you need in the kits. 45.00 buck total for an IPhone 8/SE 2 screen with LCD display. I was impatient for the company to send adhesive that was missing from my kit. That doesn’t happen usually. I needed my phone repaired ASAP. This is the place to get your repair done if you aren’t tech savvy. Called around to 3 places including the Apple store . Here if you schedule an appointment you will receive a 30 dollar discount. This was the cheapest place I found to have my screen repaired in Pittsburgh. It took less than 30 minutes for the repair. I spend a total of 96.29.

Not worth. Purchased a groupon deal to get my wife’s iPhone screen replaced. Initially for about a week we did not notice any issues and after that many a times the phone is automatically opening the apps and the screen is non responsive too. Wouldn’t recommend.

Physical damage caused by your own techs SHOULD definitely be free of charge, not ask customers to pay for another screen replacement, dear Cellairis!Total crooks, they messed up my ipad and would NOT honor warranty, shoddy work! Take your business to UbreakIfix or elsewhere! They cracked the cheap screen they themselves replaced and returned ipad with bad home button and not charging properly! Would not fix their mistakes unless I paid them for another screen replacement, really?!Picked up ipad after screen replacement and when I got home, the home button was loose. Took it back. Picked up and now the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Took it back a 3rd time (yes, 3rd time!) and realized after pickup that screen was returned cracked (!!) and battery still not holding a charge. Mind you, home button and charge were perfect before this business touched it! When I tried to get my money back they refused saying I had to pay for another screen replacement. I will not give this business another dime! Cannot be trusted! Horrible customer service and handling of wrongdoing!Update: After a few months, we decided take another chance with UbreakIfix and they were wonderful!These idiots (cellairis) had taped the home button in place and had not screwed the battery in on top of breaking the screen!! Wth!!!Do NOT do business here. Not recommended!!!

It was great! Great price and the people really know what they’re doing. They said they’d be done in 30, but we checked in 20 and they were done! Apple can repair phones for 200 but they’ll do it for less than 100. I would really recommend. My phone works perfectly as well.

Very happy with my customer service experience at the Ross Park Mall location. I had had a new screen from Cellairis for about six months, and it had been a bit finicky from the very beginning. The keyboard didn’t work well, but it was tolerable. I just hadn’t gotten around to going in to get it checked out. Finally, when the whole thing went black, I took it in. They inspected the screen and agreed to replace it under the warranty, even though it had been quite a while. He encouraged me to bring it back right away if I have any more problems.

Which I called on the phone and told them about my experience and they kept saying as long as there are no scratches or water marks rudely even though I had only had it for days and kept saying no I don’t have any damage. When I went to get it replaced they didn’t give me any problems. Now with this new screen it just goes black for no reason like a connection is lose in it. Once again I have no scratches or water damage. I would not reccomend going to this place. The screens are very expensive but NOT GOOD QUALITY!!! I wouldn’t not go here

I had a great experience here. I needed to find an independent place for an LG phone repair as I dont use Verizon / AT&T etc. This was just what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and helpful as he spent over an hour dissecting the phone, cleaned it, put it all back together. The diagnostic was free! Being in the Mall, you can drop off the item, shop and come back. I would highly recommend.

Go here before giving another dime to Apple or you cellular provider. Despite paying Verizon $250 per month for my cell bill they were not willing to be honest with me about the possibility of repairing my phone instead of replacing it. Ace immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fraction of what a replacement or insurance claim would have been. If he tried to fix it and failed he would not have charged me. I was totally impressed and grateful to find honesty after two days of dealing with incentive based sales reps.

Ace hooked me up. My phone screen was cracked and I was In a hurry. He got the job done in less than 20 mins. Gave me 10% of the bill which is way less than what apple would have charged me. It would have easily been an hour wait to get done. Very satisfied with my phone now its back to normal if not better than normal.

These guys are great! My friends thought I got a new phone. My phone was trashed. They put a new LCD digitizer and screen, cleaned it up, put a screen protector on it and sold me a case a discount. I wont tell you how much but it was cheap. I was ready in less than 20 minutes although they said 25. Plus they were cool as hell. Go there! Dont go anywhere else.
