Kevin fixed my 40 year old Nikko amp and 40 year old M&K speakers and got them sounding like new at a very reasonable cost!

Used Progressive/Kevins services to have my Denons Subwoofer Out connection repaired. The turn around was fast (one week compared to the 2 months it took for Denons authorized service center to replace a kaput HDMI board). The rate was very reasonable, with the added bonus of not having to assume the cost and liability of shipping a 45 lbs. package.Progressive has a quirky drop-off/pick-up and contact arrangement and the store front is not swanky. Dont let it deter you from using Progressive/Kevins services. He is prompt at returning messages and it is the work that counts.
