I bought the iPhone 8 for $70 cheaper from the boost one block up the road . I wouldn’t have found this out unless the owner wasn’t speaking to me like my business was worthless . I highly recommend going somewhere else , most likely your other choice will be cheaper and they will have more in stock. in reply to the owner not at all apologizing for his actions and trying to side step the situation with a lie as opposed to just admitting he wasnt professional and moving forward. no the boost phone was not locked to their service. i am on ting which requires a completely unlocked phone and the boost agent let me insert my sim card and wait until the phone booted up to make sure i was happy with my purchase. none of which i would have gotten at cell phones and less

I had my screen replaced here today and received very friendly and satisfactory service! It got really busy while I was waiting for it to be finished, so it took a little longer than anticipated, but the man working there was very nice and made sure I knew that he hadnt forgotten me!

My Samsung S7 Galaxy phone got damaged (I dropped it at home, didn’t have it protected, all my fault) and brought it in last week to get looked at. The phone was unrepairable, but I soon found a new replacement (Samsung Galaxy A02) with helpful assistance from Abigail. She was able to help me recover my account information and transfer pictures, etc, to my new phone. Nathan also provided assistance (they are usually very busy, which is not surprising given the quality of service and support they provide) and got me all set up with my new phone. They had to order me a case, and it arrived quickly. I returned to their shop and Nathan wiped the phone down, installed a new screen protector and the new protective case. I have been a long time customer and will not go anywhere else for my cell phone needs. Great ‘Mom and Pop shop’ feel that you won’t find at the cookie cutter big box stores at the mall.

Purchased a Galaxy S10E from Nathan. It turns out the 1st phone had a significant scratch on the screen. Nathan kindly acknowledged the defect and told me as soon as an additional S10E arrived it would be swapped out. When I was notified the phone arrived Nathan took care of everything. The firmware update on the phone was taking longer than expected so Nathan took matters into his own hands and swapped out the phones motherboard to get me on my way. Would definitely return. Thanks Nathan!All phones purchased come manufacturer refurbished with a warranty. Most phones are in mint condition.7/16/20; Had to give an update. The s10e I purchased ended up having what appeared to be a faulty vibration system resulting in rattling. Called the store back and it was promptly swapped out.For an unknown reason the headphone jack was no longer functional and additional parts to replace it were ordered all without any costs. Quick and painless. I had two broken phones of the same model, one had a smashed screen and the other was physically perfect except for a jammed up charge port. $40 and 1 hour later and I had a perfect phone that charges.

Did exactly what I need done with no bs. He said 30 min. and it was done and ready to roll.

They do a great job of taking care of their customers. They also will be honest with you and let you know if the cost of the work is not worth doing.

He is highly intellegent and incredibly resourceful! Im good at electronics but he is excellent. theyre the only shop i trust. they out smart out do the other shops. i know if i hand them my phone its gonna come back better not worse. they are cheaper than the big chains and you get quick personalized service that you can actually trust. i have been here for many different phone needs from screen replacement to new service. they unlock devices and tend to know good deals for different services as well.

Very reasonable and honest. Two other stores had said I’d have to replace the whole phone after water damage, but here they suggested I at least try to fix it. They could have easily sold me a new one for 3x as much but suggested I try to fix it first. Now it works fine and I saved a lot of money.

They made my phone with a chargeable but damaged port unworkable. My old phone, the exact phone with only a cracked screen and a working charging port, was supplied as an option since the new port needed was not in stock. I was told that the port was no good and must have been in water. They ordered the needed part. Took my phone home while awaiting arrival of the port. Discovered that I could no longer charge the phone at all and that my 32GB Micro SD card was missing. When I went to retrieve the SD card, I was told that they must have placed it in the wrong phone. They didnt.

Cool and down to earth guy, he fixed my laptop screen which was touch screen for $140.00 when other places said the screen cant be replaced. He can fix almost everything also. Iphone,droid and more. You have to go there, and check it out.!

Called this place because i was referred by 3 different people with the same phone as me, to get a cracked iphone 7 plus fixed. I asked the man Nathaniel how much he told me $80. I came all the way from Penn Hills PA to brookline for him to change the price an say he thought i had a 7 when i told him on the phone i had a 7 plus. Furthermore The price went from $80 to $120. When i only brought $80 because thats what i was told. An now i cant get my screen fixed. Big waste of time! An i had to pay for parking!

I took my iphone 4 in for a screen repair after having taking the whole phone apart and tried fixing it (huge mistake). The guy who works there was incredibly nice, re-assuring and professional. He fixed my phone quickly and it works and looks like new. This place was priced much cheaper than another shop I took my phone to, in Lawrenceville for a quota.

I went in and went to the mall for an hour and it was done. Only reason not 5 star, is that I had to take it back with one screw sticking out. I came back and they fixed it, no questions ask. Overall good experience.

I came For a cracked screen but they took care of my corrupted iPhone back up settings, fixed my iCloud storage uploads, help me jailbreak my phone for a trip to Europe, and had me laughing while doing it!!! COULDN’T speak more highly...I’m sending my parents there next!
