This place is a whole new level of outstanding customer service. My husband and I constantly lament the dark depths to which most customer experiences have sunk to over the last decade or so. My first interaction with this place, I found them online. THEY. ARE. AMAZING. I am just stunned. If you need tech help, you absolutely must go. Knowledgeable, fair pricing, fast, and you feel like they really want to help you.

Prices are kinda high due to being downtown but offer to fix your phone while at work so if your working downtown its convenient

New to town. Out of the 3 electric stores downtown this was the worst one by a mile. Selling broken ps4 as “digital only” for over $200 or the fact that they seem more interested in taking your money than giving you an actual honest answer. No money back for anything even if it’s broken before you leave. Would recommend going to the exchange over this place.

My Son has been looking for an Oculus for a while. He has been savingIs Koolaid money and has finally found a used one at Ninja electronics downtown Pittsburgh. Having never bought anything there before I asked Jessica If I could return it if he got sick or its not working. Her exact answer was yes you can get it fixed or we can give cash back. The next day he was sick and so was i but when we returned it they changed us $75 to put a used unit back on the shelf and called a restocking fee i could see if it was new but this wasnt. This is robbery........

Would not recommend If you are trying to sell anything. They will not give you a fair price and they waited until I made 6 or 7 trips from my car before they told me they would only offer me 10$

This place is awesome! I found it because The Exchange on wood street told me over the phone they cant tell me a price for my switch, they have to check it out and make sure it works & the condition I said if I go down there and it works and has no scratches or damage and is in new condition, what estimate can you give me? She said I cant tell you we dont have a set price - I said so who comes up with the price ? & She said I cant tell you anything youll have to come down there..Knowing that these places want you to come down there and then once you are down there low ball you because they know you are in a bad place financially is gross.(Again all of that happened at the exchange not here)So I looked up more places and found ninja electronics! I talked to Milton who was extremely nice and told him about my switch, what condition it was in & so on and we came to a conclusion of the price over the phone. When I got my bills paid and had money again they even held it for me for a few days and let me buy it back;I was looking around also and everything there was a good price games, laptops, etc.. Ill definitely be back to buy & sell to them and never go back to the exchange again!

Tody really helped out with my pc did it within 1 1/2 hrs (installed nvme ssd + installed windows) they did not price fix or anything charged exactly what they said on the phone. Also gave me a t-5 screwdriver, I really think these guys are changing their ways! Yes I did have second thoughts but these guys texted me when it was done and when I came they had it ready no questions asked. If I were to reccomend a place to go it would be here. Thanks Tody.

Horrible service! came down for an iphone 11 screen repair and they fixed it pretty conveniently.. the very next day i experienced a black shadow on the bottom of my screen, due to the warranty they fixed it for free. the day after that, I experienced lines on my screen and was told that there was a “hair line crack on the inside” of my phone and that it was my fault.. went to apple and apple informed me that there was NO crack on the inside of my phone and that they do not use good screens for iphones (the pixels are bad). DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible customer service. Took my phone in to get a cracked screen fixed. My entire screen popped out of the frame several times. Owner wanted more and more money to fix a problem they failed to correct. Go to apple or i break you fix, don’t waste your time, energy or money!

It took a week for my screen to come and another week for them to fix it. Then my mic wasnt working after they fixed it, and my screen broke 2 days later for no reason. & I didnt drop it. The inside started messing up.

Went in with a cracked and bent iPad. They called me later that day to inform me that the iPad itself was not actually cracked rather the screen protector but insisted that they continue to install a new screen. Went to pick my iPad up later to find they hadnt even fixed the bend. When I inquired they stated it wasnt bad enough to fix. Ended up paying $160 for a new screen protector lol. Would not recommend this place, simply out to make money and not help the customer.

Horrible service. Barely listened to what I had to say and tried to sale me an outdated phone. I literally just wanted my galaxy S9 unlocked. Instead of just saying no, they made up a story about my phone being reported stolen which turned out to be a COMPLETE LIE, after taking my phone to another store.

I will never do business with this company again. Horrible customer service, the guys they have working down there are very unprofessional including the MANAGER. I had cracked my screen and my phone started to black out. When I took it in to get it fixed I was told it would be ready 2 days later. That was great, no problems with that. Until I woke up 2 days after picking my phone up and it was blacking out AGAIN. Not from anything I did but they claimed my battery was damaged (when they said nothing about damage the first time I brought it in). I dropped my phone off for a SECOND TIME and was told it would be 2 days. I called after 2 days and they had no clue what I was talking about. They hadn’t even looked at my phone. Called back the next day and was told they had to order the parts. The following week still nothing, I called almost everyday with no answers. They said they missed the delivery people with the new parts and would have to wait until the next day. This went on for about a week and a half. I asked to speak to a manager because at that point I just wanted a refund going back and forth was too much. (Not only was I told on countless occasions I would get a call back and never did but it was very hard to get anybody with answers on the phone. It seemed the one person who could answer any questions was always “out for coffee”). When I finally came into the store (tired of calling) I was told I was “getting on their nerves” for inquiring about MY property that I had been getting the run around about for almost 2 weeks. It’s ridiculous down there. They should be shut down.

I took my ipad for a screen replacement. This was a brand new ipad, bought a month earlier, the screen was smashed in an accident. Ninja Tech claimed they also needed to replace the thumbprint button and kept it a week longer than quoted. After i got my ipad back, it was no longer charging properly and kept rebooting itself every 5 minutes. Ninja told me to bring it back for further repairs, and claimed it was fixed a week later. It was not.My ipad is still not charging correctly and it is still rebooting itself every 5 minutes, rendering it useless.Idk what they did, but i will not be returning.

Reached out to the owner to trade an equal value device and he led me to believe they would do it, so I drove 40 minutes to get there only to be asked to throw $100 on top even though they told me at the shop as well they were equal value.What a scam and a waste of time.

Brought my iPhone in for a simple screen fix was quoted a 20 min turn around 3 hours later my phones not turning on and smells like it was burned i argued with the techs saying i never brought it in like this he claims it not his fault i took it to apple and they said these guys didnt even give my phone back and swap the parts inside

Someone broke my screen badly and I didn’t think it could b repaired but ninja proved me wrong levar helped me and gave me great service. Only thing I noticed on my receipt today is they charged me for a case I didn’t ask for nor did I receive it I was also told if I give a good review I would receive a free screen protector but my receipt says I paid for it .
