Monsters! Cold hearted, unfeeling monsters run this place. Raising prices during a pandemic, auctioning units while people (not just me) wait for the backlog of unemployment. Monsters.

The people there were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They answered all my question. I had to get a larger size unit and they did it on the spot.

Jennifer was great giving me a tour of the place and then she took the time to explain all the different options I had available.

I rented this space for a year or so, the staff was always so friendly and professional. I only left because I found the same size rental space for 1/2 of what i was paying.

This facility is very clean. The price is better than any others I checked in the area. Jennifer is excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. Reply to complaints: you can get a good lock for $10. Homeowners insurance will cover a storage unit. If you dont have that, renters insurance is approximately $150 for a year. $13 a month or so. I would definitely recommend this facility. I was there for 9 months and had zero problems. I do agree that 24 hour access would be nice.

This was the most convenient storage company Ive ever used. It was easy to rent, clean, had all the supplies I needed. This is by far the best location and the people who work there are awesome! Friendly and helpful.. I will definitely rent again from this location

Once I didnt correctly lock my unit and the site manager saw that the lock was not secure on her evening walk around and gave me a call...great service and a clean operation...what more could you ask for...thanks...

Camp Horne facility. Highly priced, lots of additional (forced) fees. Have to sign a contract saying you are responsible for your items, then forced you to buy insurance and forces you to have or buy a lock before you leave the property. If I signed saying Im responsible, why am I required to have these? And $27 a month for insurance and it doesnt cover anything! Had to get a unit because of an emergency. Lately go in to pay bill and a new woman is there, now always a smoke-filled office 🤢. Now younger guy to which you get close to his car and can smell marijuana. But at least its not inside like the cigarette smoke! When it rains theres an inch of water over the whole lane. At least it doesnt get into the storage unit, but its close! Big wooded hillside behind the facility. Tree branches are always, always laying in the lanes and either have to drive over them or get out and move them. The managers on duty never seem to be doing anything other than watching movies, maybe clear out the lanes? Its like paying for a 5-star hotel and getting a Motel 6. Never again and will steer other away from them. And Cubesmart advertises 24 hour access but this one locks down at 10pm.

Jennifer the office manager is wonderful and so helpful. I would highly recommend this facility. Ive got 3 units and grounds are kept great. Jennifer even does walk through to make sure locks are on units.

I was so happy in my first visit to rent a storage. Chad and Larry were so helpful. they showed me many storages and they tried their best to help me to find the right one. I can say they deserve five stars. thanks

Wonderful service always treats me with respect. The lady that works down here is a very very nice person. I have a service animal and she is so sweet to her. The climate controlled storage is very clean. Would definitely consider being here for a very long time. Definitely recommend this place.
