Wasn’t bad at all. Facilities were very clean and classy which is a plus. Derek did a great job. However, I am spoiled by my regular masseuse😂

I had my first experience with a Massage Envy today. I didn’t know they are not full-service day spas without locker rooms, robes and slippers. You change in the massage room and sit in the relaxation room in your street clothes. The oil seemed thin and not very fragrant. But besides those issues, the experience was relaxing and very nice. My masseuse India was very good and the front desk staff very friendly. It’s a different experience than a typical day spa massage which is fine if you know what to expect.

This place is so beautiful and relaxing! I highly suggest it for a special date night for couples or to have some time with yourself. There are a range of baths and the place feels like a monastery with candles everywhere. You will come out spiritually renewed!

I went there for my lower back pain...I had to go about 6 times so was a little Expensive...but WOW!!!! it worked..I had to go to the Er because I couldnt walk. After taking motrin. Because I refused steroids..This please fixed my Sciatic nerve pain. Wish I didnt have to spent the money...but glad I did...thank you so much...may god bless you and the world

I have been going to this location since I moved to the area in 2017 and I love it here! Other than a couple of instances, I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience each time I go there. Staff is very wonderful and they really take care of their customers if there is any issue.

Booked a one hour massage along with a 10 minute add-on. Problem areas were pain in my lower back and legs from a prior back surgery. First, I was the last appointment of the day, so I had to pay and tip prior to the massage. Then, I sat in a waiting area until 5:20 for a 5:00 appointment. Finally get in back, and she does my upper back and shoulders, nothing else, and ends it at 6:00. I dont understand why I paid for a one hour massage and only got 30 minutes, and she never even got to my lower back and legs. I guess wanting to leave at 6 is an acceptable reason to rip someone off and give them less than what they paid for. And, Id be damned if Id have given the $30 tip that I had to give beforehand for that poor excuse for a massage. On the bright side, the receptionist was very friendly.

My experiences here thus far have always been subpar compared to other Massage Envy locations. But gave it multiple tries due to its convenience where I live. However, Massage therapists have consistently left me unsatisfied. They say they can apply deep pressure, that must be a joke. It always takes the front desk an unusually long time to check me out, without apologies. Quite rude actually. I have been a Massage Envy member for 6 years, and have never had a problem with Other locations such as Squirrel Hill or Southpark. Those 2 locations are on point with all aspects of service.I actually feel bad to write this review, as I usually only write positive Google reviews..... but this has been my real experience with ME Mt. Lebanon.

I had a terrific experience here. Charlotte was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the perfect therapist (Alonzo). The next day I was welcomed by another very friendly (owner?) person. Who again assisted me in answering my questions. I have already booked my next massage and already feel my pain subsiding. I don’t know what happened a few years ago but they have definitely listened to the clients and corrected those deficiencies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This location messed up on scheduling 3 tines and I joined not even 3 months ago. What is the deal with management here? I love the Massage Envy experience but I think I may have to find another.

Try to go there once a month. Everyone that works there is very nice. Great massage. Very clean place! I would recommend a couples massage and then out to a restaurant afterwards in the area!

This place is HORRIBLE. I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband who has cancer, and is currently on chemo, has been coming here for 4 months to get massages. He has a membership. He has been on chemo since he started getting massages here. He showed up yesterday for his monthly massage, only for the woman to refuse to massage him because he is on chemo. Not actively. Hes been off of his last round for a couple weeks now. She gave him some ridiculous reason of chemo seeping from him and transferring onto her. #1. That is not how that works. #2. How dare you make my husband leave work to come to an appointment only for you to tell him youre not going to massage him because he has cancer. You have GOT to be kidding me. Did you not check his file when scheduling? She tried to tell him only one person there will massage people taking chemo, and gave him the name. SOOOO weird. The name she gave him was not the name of the woman who has BEEN MASSAGING HIM FOR 3 MONTHS! And even if there was some kind of policy why did he get sold a membership with this all being know up front, and his appointment scheduled with all of this in his chart? You dont check a chart before you schedule a patients massage? You make them show up at their scheduled time and then refuse them? WOW.He is obviously going through a lot, and he came to do the one relaxing thing he does a month. And you refused him. You should be ashamed. I will be spreading the word.

This place is very unprofessional. I called and got a massage for my fiancé for her birthday, upon giving her the gift she decided to call and get one for me too. On the day of, they called when we were eating lunch before heading there and said we missed the first appointment. I heard the whole conversation yesterday and we were scheduled with a Sarah and Derek together. The lady on the phone was so rude I can’t believe she has a job. She argued with my fiancé that she said 1 o’clock and would not admit that’s not what happened because she made an error. She hung up on her twice and that’s when I called back. She tried to say she’d never hang up on a customer, but it was again on speaker phone and I heard it both times she hung up!! She continued to talk over me, until I had to ask her to let me talk. Our massages ended up being cancelled because my fiancé was not going to get the care massage envy usually provides at other locations. This lady should not have a job and furthermore everyone should stay away from this location

My first massage here. Very nice atmosphere, girl that gave me a massage did it perfectly and I felt very relaxed and refreshed. With it being my first time they had me fill out info about my preferences and it was nice doing it on an iPad, especially with my horrible handwriting. The masseuse was friendly, asked about where I was aching and needed massgaed, was gentle and very good.

I have been getting massages for years and have been never unhappy until I tried this place, massage therapist was nothing but miserable and mean. When I complained about it, the manager didnt seem too concerned about it beings its been over 2 week and he still hasnt done anything, so I had to take it to corporate. Nothing but terrible massage therapists and an even worse manager, I wouldnt suggest going there.

I am a member in Arizona and pay $59 four one hour massage. I gave a friend an hour massage as a treat and was charged $95 for one hour. Idid this before in Colorado for my friend and was charged $59. I will not be treating anymore at this location at that price. Also, my friend will not be getting a membership either.

Massage was great. Had a free gift certificate. Finally used it. Way too expensive .

I sent my fiancé in there with a 150$ gift card. He use to be a member and had massages at that location before. They front desk associate when I called to book the appointment didnt ask no questions about what specific massage he would like she just said Maggie had an opening. I said ok. Next couple days went past and she called and said Maggie would not be available. She said kiley would be I said ok. He went and filled out his paperwork and wrote down medium pressure. He said that was the worst massage he had. She was not into the massage did not check in w pressure and could barely feel it he did not tell front desk. By the way the confirmation call was like a threatening call if u dont show up blah blah blah. The same associate that called him to confirm talked w me about the complaint was extremely rude and did nothing to compromise w me I said could you please put him with someone else Im not looking for my money back. He said he would give this to his manager. Well a week now and still no call. Very very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location. The lady on the phone did not understand I had a gift card she said is that a pre paid. Very clueless
