I absolutely LOVE this place! The cutest apartment with an insane view and balcony! It’s so homey:) I always get a reply from the manager and she is very friendly and helpful.

The Flats is a great place to live. Maintenance and management are always very responsive to any concerns, the apartments are quality built, and it is in a great location with a bus stop to downtown right across the street. The garage parking with covered walkway to the building is a great feature as well, especially in the winter.

The Flats offers modern, high quality loft style apartments. The location is ideal, with easy access to the trail, public transportation and storefronts. The Flats management and maintenance teams are always very accommodating and responsive to my needs.

We have lived at the Flats for more than ten years, in two different units, and really like it here. The apartments are charming, with great light, loft-like details and walk-in closets. As one of the few flat areas in Pittsburgh, the location works well for a wheelchair. There are elevators in two different entrances and covered parking (for a fee). Maintenance people are very responsive, and we like the way the current managers, Becky and Honesty, communicate with us — as valued residents, not inmates, as some management companies do. Having a handicapped button added to our security fob system at the street and parking entrances would make the place ideal.
