I HIGHLY recommend Coit for air duct cleaning (we had debris in our duct work). Steve came out and did the estimate and appointment set up and took the time to answer all of our questions. Then Scott and and Bill came to do the actual cleaning. They were in and out within an hour. I don’t think our vents were ever as clean as they are now! They also answered any questions we had as well as explained what they were doing and why. Amazing and thorough job and amazing customer service!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have a 16 year old dog and light colored carpet. I had zerorez in about 3 months ago. I called zerorez back to clean again and when they showed up they said this time the rugs couldnt be cleaned for less than 1400.00. Coit came and the carpets look BRAND NEW. Had tile grout cleaned. Tech spilled solution on my stainless steel appliances. I was left a message that check was in the mail by Bob the manager but after 2 weeks when I had not received it I called and was told it was cashed which is easy to prove that I did not. The secretary Sam hung up on me. The carpet looks brand new and the coach cleaning was excellent with spots removed. They also cleaned my dryer vent which I never remember to do! Good service setting up appointment, on-time, VERY friendly and good workers.

I had my ducts cleaned by COIT Great service. You could hear the debris from 53 years going through the hoses. The 2 gentlemen that came to the house explained everything and were friendly as well as professional.

We have used Coit for our annual carpet cleaning for 2 years now. They arrived early, gave us our estimate, worked quickly and efficiently. Our technician was very nice and the carpets look great. We will be welcoming them back again next year.

Have used COIT a number of times over the last few years. They have cleaned carpets, have cleaned a number of our area rugs, have cleaned our window treatments, and today cleaned some of our furniture. They do great work and are always professional and respect our property. Have used other cleaning companies in the past but once now that I found COIT I now wont use anyone else.

Easy to set up the appointment. Called the day before to let us know the timeframe. The technician - Bill - was great! Very professional. Called when he was on the way. Did a great job! The carpets look great! He even removed some stains we never thought would come out. He also gave us some tips on keeping the carpets looking good. We highly recommend Coit and especially Bill.

Multiple deep set pet stains were totally removed from light colored carpeting. The carpet smells fresh again. Great job!

Without my asking, the Coit technician applied a 40% discount to my total for the monthly special offer!My only reason for not rating a ‘5’ is the technician should have done a better job on the bottom step to my basement. While it was still damp I took an old white towel and removed a lot of dirt that he left behind. The rest of the steps were very well cleaned.I would use Coit again.

Did job neatly thoroughly and quickly .From a previous cleaning yrs. ago the ducts already had the holes prepared which made there job a little easier. From their previous visit for estimate l was already quoted a price in which a 35% discount was given and because it took less time than expected more of a discount was given. I chose a Sat. for my convenience and was called 1/2 he prior to visit .Ducts were cleaned and sanitized ,wont need cleaning again for several yrs. Price was just a little over 300 dollars for 5 room 1bath 12 vents . In home free estimate prior to the choice of a date that you need it done lm sure all estimates vary its up to you to accept or not .l was satisfied.

Friendly staff, and able to clean just about anything. My local dry cleaner said they wouldnt do sofa cushion covers, but COIT did, and they look great. For reference, took about 3 days and cost about $20 to get two covers cleaned. Will definitely be back again!

I was so happy with choosing coit for our vent cleaning. The time was suppose to be between 12 and 2 but they arrived at 11 which was ok by me since i was home. They explained what was to be done with details and even warned that i may want to put my cat somewhere safe so he didnt run outside. They were very friendly and we had wonderful conversations while they continued their work. Very efficient and thorough work and by the time they were done my house smelled so fresh and clean. They were very understanding that they had to wait for my husband for payment and waited patiently. Thank you for your hard work it is appreciated.

Customer services is absolutely wonderful! I was very disappointed when my area rug was returned after a week- it looked exactly the same as it did when they took it. I was very displeased but they took it back and actually cleaned it because when it was returned yesterday- it was beautiful! Will most definitely use again!

Great experience with this company. I really liked that they came out to give me a quote first and that they honored that quote when service was done. I called other companies and they wanted to just do a quote over the phone and I knew they would jack up the price on the day of service. Its important to know what you are paying, especially when you are moving into a new home and spending a lot of money as it is! Nick and Marion came to do the duct cleaning and they were very professional, friendly, and personable. They explained the whole process to me, and showed me all the grossness that they sucked out of my house :) Highly recommend!

Glenn is a true professional. I had some carpets cleaned, with attention to some cat spots. He did a great job on the carpet, but missed a couple of cat spots. I called him and he came back right away. They cleaned them for no extra charge. His customer service is excellent and his work is great....Highly recommend.

Other carpet cleaners cannot compare to the exemplary results we have had with COIT services over the years. COIT has kept our white, difficult to keep up with carpeting, looking so clean and amazing. Without regular visits from COIT, we would not have been able to maintain the white. The cleaners have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. They definitely know their stuff! Highly recommend this service.

Drenched carpet, quoted wrong pricing, nothing changed except left with hard carpet. The carpet was laid 2 years ago, just looking for brightening of traffic areas. There were no stains! Took over 3 days to dry was such a swamp every window was fully steamed. Never again!!!! Dont waste your money!!!!

The workers that came to clean 2 rooms; hall & steps, were very nice & polite. They worked quickly and though my rugs look great, they were still wet in areas even 4 days later. Now my house smells like a wet mop! Which is worse than it was before they cleaned my rugs from my old dog that passed away peeing in my house. Very disappointed...

Wonderful people. Came right on time got to work and got the job done right. Very pleased. Had vent system cleaned out and the next day had carpet cleaned in bedroom.

After having my furnace replaced, I hired COIT Pittsburgh to clean my ductwork. After they cleaned the ducts, I continued to have dust/soot coming out of the ducts. They came back out to seal the ducts as I was told the blower on my new furnace was more powerful, and blowing what was still left in the ducts out. After the sealing process, it got worse. I called and was told it had to dry. It got no better after several days and COIT agreed to refund my money. (This took 5 weeks.) Still having an issue with dust/debris being blown everywhere, I called my HVAC guy who suggested replacing the ducts. When he came to quote that, he noticed there was no evidence that the ducts had been cleaned (he explained they are typically drilled and plugged in order to get the cleaning apparatus into the ducts). When he took the ducts out, it was more evident that there was a serious issue with the cleaning. HANDS FULL of dirt,dust and debris remained in the ductwwork!!!! I contacted not only the manager, but the owner of Coit Pittsburgh. Responses were not timely or consistent. On more than one occasion, I had to ask for the courtesy of a response. The explanation from the owner, Don Sebastion, was We are only human, and sometimes fail to live up to our standards as the leader in our industry. So, I incurred the cost of replacing ducts and many hours of cleaning up a mess that would not have been necessary had COIT done what they were hired to do!!!! We are human hardly seems to be an explanation for accepting money for a job that evidence suggests wasnt even attempted!!! I would not recommend ANYONE hire this company for duct cleaning. Hopefully, the way they handle the other portions of their business are more competent and ethical.

I never post reviews online but I just had my carpets cleaned by Coit and I was so pleased that I wanted to let everyone know. The two technicians that came to my house were polite and extremely knowledgeable! The carpets look like brand new!! I will be using them again!!!

This company came to do air duct cleaning and my husband already did most of the work by taking down all the vents in the whole house. When i asked the manager why did your workers charge me $395.00 for 40 minutes of work. He was suppose to get back to me and never did. I will never call them again or refer them to any. The will over charge you and you will never know until someone brings it to your attention.

Coit is our “go to” company for duct cleaning!A friendly and professional rep came out gave us a rundown of how it works and what to expect. He assessed our ductwork, and gave us a quote. There was NO PRESSURE whatsoever to schedule an appointment.When we called for scheduling, they were prompt and friendly. They got the job handled efficiently, and they even were dog friendly! :)We felt very comfortable with all of the employees that we got to meet so far, and the air in the house is so much cleaner and dust free! My son was happy because it relieved his allergies! We will definitely be having Coit out on a yearly basis!

The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because the gentleman that came to do the work was very nice and courteous, and I think that deserves something.I am thoroughly disappointed with the actual results of service however.When they came to do the estimate to clean my sectional sofa I thought it was very very expensive even with the 50% off special they were running. The estimate guy convinced me however that they were professional and had a guarantee that they would not damage my furniture and that you dont know what you might get with the cheaper guys so I decided I would go for it.This sofa is vintage and one of a kind and I just love it so I wanted to try and clean it. Well the guy came. He sprayed it with some cleaner out of a spray bottle for pre treatment then he had a bucket of soap and water and he sort of scrubbed it with a big sponge thing and then he sucked it up with the hose from the truck. He got here at 2:55 even though they said between 1 and 3 and he left at 3:56. The whole hour he was here I watched him and he said it might look a little better when it dries I dont think this is going to brighten up At least it will smell clean and be sanitizedIn the end it doesnt look any cleaner. $175 down the drain. This service would have been $300 if I didnt have the coupon. I have never had upholstery cleaning before, what a joke! I would have at least spent more time on each square inch had I tried it myself and maybe that little extra time or elbow grease would have made more of a difference. NEVER TRYING THIS AGAIN. I could have spent less than half of that and had the cheaper guy come out and do the same thing and be less disappointed because at least the cost would have been less. So much for going with the professionals! I just wish, If they knew they couldnt do anything for me they would have just told me hey look, cleaning this isnt going to make a difference, or at least after trying a spot they said this isnt worth $175 lady sorry. Nope. at least it smells cleaner thanks :( My sofa still looks dingy and now im broke :(

Scheduled two appointments: one online, one over the phone. they showed for neither.

I asked for cleaning of grout on bathroom floor tile , tub and wall tile. The guy took one look and said they dont do that (even though their website shows a before and after pic of exactly that). Charged $150 for a POOR job on floor and 15 minutes of his time. Ripoff!

Estimate was extremely overpriced. Price to clean sectional was more than the price to buy a new one. Look elsewhere for cleaning...
