Not only did Jason streamline the Architectural Approval paperwork, but he quickly got me two estimates and both included an extra rooms framework at no charge. I went with the first estimate, both of which were reasonably priced, and the work was done quickly and efficiently and I didnt have to micro manage him as I have other contractors in the past.
