This is the second car I have brought to Dana and The guys at Window Tinting Solution. They are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond! They even waited till I got off my shift at 9pm and let me come down and worked on my 2019 Jeep till almost midnight and it looks awesome. Profesional and friendly with insane work ethics. Both my truck and jeep look perfect and I no longler sweat in my car due to the heat reduction. I HIGHLY RECOMEND DANA AND HIS TEAM

Call them if you want your car damagedI called to make an appointment and was told that he had experience with the Tesla M3. This could not be further from the truth.I dropped off my car at 9am and was told it would take until 2pm to be completed. When I took an Uber for pick-up at 3pm the car was half done. I was told his team did not show-up so he was on his own. I said I understood, and ended waiting in their borrowed garage until 10:30pm at night. It still was not done. I was asked to drop off in the morning where they would quickly finish it by 2pm once again.Once again, I took an Uber (now I have paid for 3 rides) and went back.Once again, not done. I sat in the comic book store next door until 5:30p and went back to pick it up and Dayna was frustrated with the level of work he did. There are bubbles in the tint, a tear on the back glass, and uneven cuts on the front windshield visor and side glass. He said the bubbles would go away in the sun (they haven’t) and to bring it back and he would do the back glass for a third time as well as replace the visor.A bit later in the week I was clean my car and found stains on the back headliner (pics) and the chemical odor that was in the car at pick-up was still present (still is today). When I made Dayna aware of the damage to the he stopped communicating with me.The end result is an additional $300 to remove the horrible work he did, and another $100 for a detail specialist to remove the stains and odors in my car.On top of this, this business (with its multiple names) is not registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission, so again, use caution as he is not restricted by the regulations on business in our state.TL;DR – If you want to have you car damaged by a non-registered that excels in sales but not in tinting this is the place for you.-----Clarification wanted? I went to an authorized Suntek installer and it was shocked to find whatever you use as a solution to install underneath the tint, stick moist and sticky. Not only that, the odor under the tint was horrible. Since he has been an installer of Suntek products since their inception we brought was stripped from my windows to Suntek, they said either it wasnt Suntek, or you installed it so far out of the recommended guidelines that it altered their product.I would not let you near my car if you paid me. Your excuses are abhorrent, and I am in disbelief and in shock that you do not owe up to what the proof in the posted pictures indicate. I gladly paid the additional dollars to have a professional erase all that you did to my vehicle.For the record, 4 hours and he was done, and it was done immaculately.If anyone goes to you after this one and only edit of this review, than all I can say is you were warned. If you have anything other than a flat square window that lies flat on the ground I would find a professional to do the work. And then I would not take it to this person.

Got a UV tint on my car from Dana and I am very satisfied. The price and service were great and it only took about 1 hour. I will return with my next cars!

Decided to have Dana and the guys do my windows Blacked out or Limo black. They were able to tint them at the Tempe location and make it so even though it was limo I could still see out. This looks so good! Thank you, look great and it’s so cool in the car for the kids.

These people are using MY HOME ADDRESS all across the web! That is even a photo of my house. I dont know them or anything about them. If you know them tell them to change it across all platforms immediately. I have notified the police, the post office and the attorney general. I will pursue legal action if this is not taken care of immediately.

Salvador and the guys tinted the windows in my Broadmoor home. Pheonix did an outstanding job, even on our curved windows. They did everything in one day with hard work. Extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. They left the work areas as clean as when they started. The finished product cut the heat down dramatically, while enhancing the beautiful views.

Don’t do business with them. DANA set up an appointment at my home the technician never showed or called me back. Tried to call and text DANA same thing no call. Great way to do business

Tint is cloudy and bubbly, damaged my 2 week old Tesla in the process. reached out so many times to give them an opportunity to fix ,Dana is all talk no action. Will promise they will fix and never will. finally gave up which I think is what they bet on. Don’t go near them. I’m a member of the Tesla car club and if they would have done a good job could have sent them a ton of business but not now. To many other companies that will follow up and fix an issue. Avoid at all cost

I couldnt believe the difference in having my windows tinted for the first time. Its definitely helped to keep the inside of my car nice and cool, both while Im driving, and while its parked at work.

This Company is a Scam! Dana (aka the owner) came to our home and out of the 7 windows on our range rover only 3 came out ok, took him 9 hours to tint our car and we have creases and tons of bubbles on our windows...AND the passenger window was cut to short and it did not cover the entire window. . We have attempted call and email numerous times and all Dana responds with is, I have had phone problems and he promises times and dates and he is a NO show. We asked for a refund and keep getting the run around from Dana that he will be out and has time allotted for us and he is a NO show! I plan on seeking assistance legally to get scammers like this reported.

Used the special below, I dont burn my hands on my steering wheel anymore. It was painless the guy i called to set my appointment walked me through the whole process no problem.

Got scheduled In the same day, customer service over the phone was awesome. The guys new their tint and helped me get the CxP with a lifetime warranty. Apparently the heat reduction will never fade and so far it has not.

This is a joke! I called after googling and choosing a location on Rose Garden Ln. North Phoenix! Received a quote, was told it would be saved and I could have that rate. Called back a day later to schedule and only after scheduling was I told the actual location is in Tempe. Why would advertise for a location miles away!! Misleading to say the least. Scheduler didn’t care. When I said you really should make that more clear she stated, okay ma’am, I’m just a scheduler, thanks. We are open Monday thru Saturday”. Wow

They tinted the windows on my Jeep. They did a terrible job and I have called them many times, but they wont return my calls. I have driven to all the address on their websites and the business dont exist at those addresses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. I spoke to Dana, received a quote and was told that they couldn’t fit me in at the location I needed so they sent me to downtown Phoenix and because of that I would receive a front windshield tint. I also was charged $50 for a tint removal when I didn’t have a tint removal. I still had to pay it because they sub contract and the guy who did my tint is only told to charge me a specific price and no other details. I attempted to contact the person who set up my appt (Dana) to find out how to get a refund via text and call and he never called me back. Once this place gets you to agree to use their service they do not follow up. I will be getting a front windshield tint but not through them. Also I would have liked darker tint but the sales guy talked me out of it, after seeing the tint on my car I wish I would have gone with what i wanted originally.

Before I called these guys I talked to three other companies. I honestly felt like the guys I was talking to were tinting a car and a bit angry I was interupting them. When I reached out to window tinting solution i spoke with and expert tech. the conversation was looking out for my needs and makeing a suggestion of a perfect film to fit them. I am confident I am getting what I pay for on mine and my wifes car. A high quality product that will last under the az sun and keep my family cool. thank you for taking the time to understand what I needed and not trying to sell me the highest priced product but instead a perfect solution. see you saturday

I own a carpet cleaning company and have a full fleet of vans and trucks. There is no where else i would to get the crew tinted, i got my new vans with ceramic tint highest grade material and it practically blocks out the sun legally! They are mobile and come to my office everytime i call. I couldnt recomend these guys more.
