Ill make this short and quick. Did everything go smoothly? No. Did Greg and team do an awesome job and address all the unforeseen issues?Definitely Yes. Ultimately, after the project, the new windows are awesome and I am happy we chose SI (Greg and Team) and Infinity from Marvin.

Window quality was excellent. Installation good. We knew there would be stucco repair, which was included in the total cost, but the repair was obvious and less than satisfactory.UPDATE - 6/7/21: Greg Johnson contacted us immediately and sent one of his supervisor employees to correct the previous stucco repairs. The final result is exactly what we had expected: top notch work and the repair is no longer visible.

Greg is a top notch pro. He not only knows windows but housing construction. This was evident when he offered a creative solution to the installation of a large over the sink kitchen window. We replaced 11 windows and had a new patio door installed. Greg worked hand in hand with our general contractor on the door install which was a great help.The install crew worked efficiently and always cleaned up at the end of the day. This is now our 3rd time using SI for our window needs.At the beginning of our project, we received quotes from several window companies in the valley and we found our representative Greg Johnson to be very professional and honest.We realized that although they are not the least expensive company - the windows are amazing quality and visually pleasing.And it just so happens that each time we purchased, the windows were installed within the promised time frame. What’s not to love about that!The installers were professional, courteous and clean.We couldnt be more thrilled with our windows or the company’s overall performance.This current install will conclude our project but we will continue to refer SI Windows to family and friends.

SI did a fantastic job! We were first introduced to SI through a we home show in phoenix. The gal at the booth was knowledgeable and friendly. She put us in touch with Greg Johnson who did a tremendous job explaining the details and advantages of new windows all the way through the process to install the window. Every phase of our new window installation process was seamless from the sales to the installation. The installation crew was professional and extremely respectful of our home. Dave the installation manager was very professional and kept us informed on each stage of the installation process. On a side note we had 29 beautiful windows and a slider installed. It took the crew about a week, very impressed. Some of our windows are very large and up high...not easy to get to. We highly recommend SI for your beautiful new window.

Impressive. Our installers were on time, diligent and courteous. The product is truly superior and high end. We looked for replacement windows for a long time and I felt let down with the high maintenance of wood and cheapness of vinyl. Aluminum was what I thought was the most sturdy and effective but with the heat transference, that was problematic. Enter GLASS FIBER extrusion.Opt for the Awning and or Casement upgrade which is WELL WORTH it! We used to have a slider with the center post and thought none the less of it until Greg the owner explained to us how the awning would transform the view and it did!! Could not be happier.On the inside it is as if there was no cutting or installation done other than the new windows and outside was far less cutting onto existing stucco than Id anticipated. Very clean and professional look.Lastly price. Well... you get what you pay for right? BUT!! The price was less than Id expected so my wife and I could not be more happy.As a consumer we all try to get the most out of the dollars we invest and hope to garner more value than the price paid. Most of the time companies fall short but these guys have exceeded our expectations.LOOK AT THAT WINDOW!!!Exceptional! Thank you Greg!!

I chose Infinity From Marvin by SI Windows Phoenix after collecting estimates from their competition. They weren’t the lowest priced but they were competitive. I had toured Marvin Windows last fall while visiting a friends cabin in Warroad Minnesota and I was very impressed.I was even more impressed by how quickly Greg Johnson(owner of SI Windows) responded to my inquiry and how quickly he provided me with an estimate. I hired him and we set a date.His crew showed up when he said they would and finished the install of 20 windows 2 patio doors and a double sliding patio door in 5 days. Got 10 new windows and from start to finish it was a good experience. Both Greg & Adam Johnson stopped out at the job and seem to really care about their customers. The installers were on time & took great care on the installation. They were also very friendly and professional. Windows look great & really dress up the house. We believe that in the AZ heat Infinity fiberglass is the way to go. Definitely would recommend them.

My wife and I had an opportunity to update our home in Phoenix. We needed to make our windows more efficient and easier to clean. I wanted fiberglass, due to the heat in the summer, and window frames that did not have small drains, that when clogged with dust would drain water into the house.We met Greg Johnson at a Home and Garden show. We talked there and set an appointment for him to come to our home. The visit was very informative, with all the examples of his products. We asked all our questions, which were answered on the spot, no hems or haws. Installation was also discussed which was to be done by his own team, not subcontractors. The price he quoted was not nearly as expensive as the other two more commonly known brands. The price was more than another brand, that I thought did not meet our expectations. Greg did not pressure us to sign that day, as others quote, The price goes up tomorrow and other nonsense.We signed the contract. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule and installed in a timely and professional manner. Installation was a challenge, as we also have Rollershields on all the windows. No problems.I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and Marvin Infinity windows to anyone that is looking for great windows in a home they will live in.

Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. We even talked with the other company that sells and installs Infinity from Marvin. I had to ask the sales guy to leave as he wasn’t transparent with his pricing. During our first summer in our home several of the rooms were hot boxes! After some research and going to Home shows and street fairs we met and talked to Greg Johnson from Infinity from Marvin.After talking to him and checking ratings, we had 3 large windows and 2 extra large sliding doors installed in phase one. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! The hot box rooms are no more!!! The installation was quick and the guys knew what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic. the installers did a great job and kept the work place clean. they made sure all areas were covered during installation and cleaned up after they were done. I just had a project done replacing my windows around my house. To start, I have to say that I think Marvin Infinity windows are the best out there when it comes to durability/pricing (after reviewing basically every window on the market). I worked with Greg Johnson, and from start to finish...very through! First, he’s not your typical salesman as he’s more into building relationships through communication, and getting completed what’s most important to you on your project. Installation was great and Kenny made sure everything was done in timely manner, cleaned up and you could barely tell anyone had been there for a major upgrade. Nice to know if I need anything, I can always call on Greg or Kenny. I’m sure these windows will last me a lifetime, and I’ll be referring them over to family/friends. Nice work guys!!Cheers,John

We like our windows; Greg Johnson was good to work with and Kenny the installer was great as well. We had a little issue with the screens (regular screen and high transparency screen). Greg worked out the issue. There is a small difference between the regular screen and high transparency screen. Im not sure if its worth paying for the high transparency screen but we love our windows.

Found Greg Johnson to be extremely responsive. I sent an email requesting an appointment early on a Saturday morning and received a call later that morning with an appointment the same day.Had installed half the windows in Phase 1 in the spring of 2019 and found the windows to be so much more efficient as my electric bill dropped from the previous summer - the APS average billing decreased over $20/month.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Infinity. Greg promptly returned our call, came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time helping us identify our problem. Although he realized we were not going to make a decision any time soon, he provided solutions ranging from do-it-yourself to expensive window replacement. We decided on his do-it-yourself solution for now, but will definitely call him when were ready to replace the window.

The windows really look great. We are really thrilled with how they came out. The installation took a lot longer than expected (2 weeks instead of the projected 3 days) yet was done perfectly. Had to keep after the installer to get the project completed.
