101 Towing has been my go to towing company for several years now.I got a flat bed tow from Art Cruz yesterday to tow my restored 63 Cali Style Bug to a storage garage. He battled holiday traffic to rescue our motorcycle from the side of i-17 insanity , not only did he tow the bike but he was kind enough to pick my husband up after the long walk for help. Used 101 Towing to have my car towed to the dealership. They had indicated they would arrive in 1 hour 45 minutes. Before I knew it, I received a phone call that the driver was less than 5 minutes from my home. So glad I didnt have to wait for hours. The driver arrived and was very nice, great customer service, and very professional. He was very familiar with towing my type of car. Was concerned and careful not to cause any damage. After he dropped off the car, I received a call to indicate the car had been delivered to the dealership. I highly recommend 101 towing. Great Service.

The front desk lady is wonderful. I wasn’t available to be there for the tow because I had to get ANOTHER tow from a skeezy shop. A decent price and excellent hassle free service over the phone at that. they definitely have themselves a future customer.

Didnt know where to start when my car broke down. So I Google searched towing and 101 Towing & Recovery was the most suggested. Im sure its because of the review ratings... I would recommend this company 100 percent!! My drivers name is Kyle. The response time was amazingly quick. Id say 5 to 10 minutes wait time. Kyle made this difficult situation easier to deal with and he got us home safe... Very affordable and please believe me and the ratings this is a great company!!

Tim was excellent. He was timely, professional, and even got my car right into my garage when I had a double flat incident on the highway. Hopefully won’t be needing services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call.

Snowbird here with a car with a dead battery in the garage, would take a boost. Called 101 to get an estimate for a tow and they gave me their rates. I booked immediately and they had someone over within the hour. That’s fast! Josh was the driver and he was super professional, safe and friendly. I knew my car was being treated well. Although you hope to never have to use towing, when you do, it’s nice to know there are people like Josh and companies like 101 out there to help a stranded motorist. Thanks 101! 👍

They don’t bother calling to tell you they will be late until you call AAA to ask what the status is only for them to tell you it will be another hour. That would of put me at 3 hours of waiting. It’s 2021 and not 1890, you clowns should know how a phone works so you can give the customer an update. Garbage company

AWSOME!AWSOME! Michelle, was the one that had to pulled us out of a river bed. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get it out without damaging the car, cause there was big boulders in the pathway. But Michelle got it out! Without damaging the car!! She did amazing and I’m so great full that she was professional and a great work ethics. I’ve seen some towing companies that don’t care about the customers vehicles, and would have just yanked it out and damaged a vehicle and not care😒 so I want to thank Michelle for great customer service!!

John saved the day! (Or night, as it were...) My son’s car broke down on the off-ramp of the 303, and John quickly pulled up, hitched up the car and quickly towed it to my house. Tim did a 5 star job towing my not so reliable Corvette. I called for a tow and requested a flatbed due to the low ride height on the vehicle, and Tim showed up quickly and towed the car to the repair shop. He was also kind enough to charge the battery when he arrived and roll the windows up before leaving it overnight for two days. Im glad he did, because the car sat out in a monsoon!Overall, Tim and 101 made a negative experience as pleasant as breaking down can be.

Today I ran out of gas after work on my way to the gas station. John was great! He gave me a bottled water knowing I’d been sitting in my hot car! He was extremely friendly and he made sure I was all settled and my car ran before he left the gas station. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a tow near my job!

Had to have my car towed from my apartment complex parking garage and the gentleman who showed up was the nicest guy ever. He offered to try and look at my battery cable to see if he could fix it. Although he couldn’t it was a very nice gesture. The parking garage was difficult to navigate but he did it safely and professionally. I highly recommend this company. Showed up within an hour. Woke up to find my rear tire flat. Called roadside assist and within two minutes had a text from 101 saying theyd be there in 30 min. He was on time and changed the tire no problem. Even did little things like putting down planks so the jack wouldnt damage my driveway. On time, did what he said with professionalism and care.Not much else to say, thats pretty much a perfect service call.

I have been beside a major highway more than 3 hours waiting for this tow truck. First it was within an hour then 2 hours 15 min. Now 3 hours 10 min. Really? Why? Not even a call from them with an explanation. As far as I can tell they still havent been dispatched

I called 101 towing 2 days before I needed my truck towed and made an appointment. The day of the tow the driver called me 30 minutes before my scheduled time to confirm. The driver was very good and respected my old work truck like it was a new truck. The price was good and I will be using 101 towing whenever I need a tow.

101 towing is nothing but a huge waste of anyones time. It took them 3 hrs to even show up and when they did they couldnt tow my car due to lack of equiptment. Pretty sad!! They never even sent out another driver i had to wait there all night.

I called here trying to get some information about my car. I was VERY rudely told the car was not there and hung up on by the woman who answered. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional for literally no reason during a not even 30 second call. That is not how you do business. Thank you!

We were jammed up. Locked out on a rainy night. These guys were amazing!!! They got here lickety split got into car fast and I was amazed at how little they charged us!!! No need to call anyone else.

We were stranded on the side of a very busy road. It was HOT. We were cranky. We called Triple-A. They dispatched 101 Towing. Triple-A told us that, due to high demand, it would be over an hour before a truck could get to us. However, in only about 15 minutes, the truck from 101 Towing showed up! Tracy, the operator, was quick, friendly and, above all, professional. He wasted no time putting cones out to direct traffic away from us and then set about getting my Jeep hooked up and on the flatbed. We were quickly on our way to the garage. Once there, Tracy was equally efficient in unhooking the Jeep and placing it gently into the stall where the garage folks would begin to work on it. Additionally, Tracy shared some really good information we did not know about how Triple-A works. Excellent experience all the way around. No one likes to break down, but Tracy with 101 Towing really made the transport as hassle-free as one could ask for. Thanks Tracy!

I just want to say thank you to Arturo, driver T20. My enterprise rental car broke down on my way to the airport and I needed to leave the car to make my flight. He stayed on the phone with me to make sure the car was delivered and kept me up to date every step of the way. He went above and beyond and kept me at ease knowing the car was getting where it needed to be.

Liars! Have called them to replace a blown tire on a semi trailer. Talked in detail with the person on the phone about the trailer being loaded and so on. Sends a guy that thought I was in a car, tells me that his boss will send somebody else shortly. An hour goes by, nobody shows up and when I call them back they tell me that they don’t change semi tires. On top of that he gave me an unexpectedly rude and nasty attitude when in fact it was their mistake. Unprofessional and rude.

He drove out to our vehicle, quickly (and correctly) assessed that we had a relatively minor repair (thank God), drove me down to OReillys for the part that I needed. Then, he got up in the hood of my truck and changed the part out for me, fixing the problem completely. I called for a tow truck, and what I got was a stranger that cared about my family during a stressful time.
