I called in today to check the status of my application, this woman who said her name was Debbie Ross was extremely rude when she answered the phone, she had an attitude the entire time, she wasnt friendly what so ever. She asked for my number and said shed call right back because she couldnt hear me, I waited about 15 minutes before trying the number again, I didnt realize she had answered for me again as soon as I said my name she started laughing and cutting me off claiming that she said shed call me back, I asked her what her name was and why she had an attitude, which she continued to cut me off and ask if I was at work, and that shes busy and will call me back when she had time. I tried to ask her if she had an approximate time as I was asking that question she continued to cut me off claiming that I said Ill give you a call back I have a lot of stuff to do thank you I hung up because she was so unprofessional and rude. I had to call a different number just for them to help with a simple question I had which literally took this other lady 3 minutes to answer. Who hired this woman and who thinks its okay to have employees treating clients like that. She should quit if she feels the need to be that rude and disrespectful to needy families. I am going to try and figure out how to complain on this place entirely because they already have terrible service which means the hiring manager doesnt care.

I would give negative stars if I could. So frustrated I have been emailing and calling for over a month with no response !! NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH PEORIA OR AVONDALE OFFICE!

I was impressed from the customer service they gave me through the phone. They were kind.. fast and was able to talk to my case worker about changing my provider. Keep up the good work... Its hard to come across good service when people who work for d.e.s. or child care (experience in the past.)I recommend to call early in the morning for whatever it is you might be asking for.

They hardly take your call. You have to wait for them to call you, which is hardly ever but they get the job done.

Try being a provider and getting paid. I am still waiting to get paid for May. I have never been so aggravated with their lack of caring if I get paid or not. I have to tell the person I babysit for to find another provider. I do this to get make money. How would they like it if they dont know when they would get their paycheck that they earned.

The help is necessary but the way they help is inconvenient. Far drive for me. They dont have a front desk so calls can go to selected specific case workers. I rarely get an answer from them. They have set hours but arent always open during them. I frequently make the travel there to find out it is closed. And I always call ahead to ask, but no one answers the phone. It would be helpful if there was at least an automated system telling me if it was closed.

I felt like I didnt received any help from them and were being rude to ignore my question took up to 4-5 months to get approved I heard it takes only 1 month and when I was filling out my application the girl had kicked me out with my child out in the sun cause of the lunch I would recommend filing the application somewhere else

They only give you 10 days to respond to letter but they are never there and do not answer or return calls and emails.

Worst customer service ever they never answer the phone and the supervisor is very rude and doesnt want to help you

The guard was lazy and rude texting on his phone , when I asked him for direction, he ignore me as if I was not there

I am so over this b******* with my daughters daycare if I pick up my daughter from school if she doesnt go to Aftercare apparently they charged me twenty something dollars for that date because I have DES child care assistance what type of b******* is that. And they charge me extra for the holidays when shes not even there. How tf does that make sense?
