They were very thorough with the inspection and even showed me everything they looked at along the way. The day of treatment the gentleman was polite and did a good job. One morning I woke up and found some bugs in the bed - AHH! No one wants to find that horrible pest. After confirming they were bedbugs, I was like everyone else and wanted them gone immediately of course, and I wanted to make sure it was done by someone who knew what they were doing. Ryan was super responsive - he answered the phone right away and fit me in the next morning despite a busy schedule. He said he could do the inspection and if it was just confined to the one room he could also treat it right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained about the heat treatment versus chemicals (which matched what I found online) without making me feel like he was selling me anything. He thoroughly checked our house to make sure it hadnt spread and gave me advice. Fortunately, he was able to treat our problem right away and I am so happy we didnt have to use chemicals all over and wait a month - the problem is gone immediately! I feel confident that the work was done extremely well. Although I hope you never have to deal with this problem, I would highly recommend him and EcoForce for anyone with bedbugs!

Never want to have to make a call of this sort let alone deal with it. But, the team at EcoForce (Brad and Ryan) were extremely professional and understanding. From the initial call with Brad, to Ryan being at my house within 2 hours for an inspection and treatment, it was an easy process. I was scheduled the next morning for the heat treatment. Brad and his team went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. I loved that fact that they took time to get to know my dogs and cats as they would be spending time outdoors while the house was treated and they let them in for me as I was at work. Just recently referred this company to a friend in Phoenix, as another friend of mine up in Prescott Valley had called on them to check the possibility of bugs in their home. She and her husband indicated that the person that came out did a room to room, corner to corner check (thats how seniors talk) free of cost, and the good news was that they did not have bed bugs,. They were very happy with the professional inspection they did, and information they gave them in the event of a problem. Yep I will refer them to others when needed.

EcoForce was so professional and friendly he did a thorough inspection we actually had the competition out here yesterday and they did not do half the things that Brad did today he didnt just go and look at the mattress and Visually see things he went and tore backs the bedding and actually found things that he was looking for compared to the other company he then proceeded into my daughters room where we found the little hitchhikers out he pulled back the carpet all the way and when I mean all the way he tore it back all the way he didnt find any bedbugs at all but as a precautionary we went ahead and did a spray just in case there was something still around that maybe we could have missed I have medical problems I did lay down bed bug powder and kind of made a mess in the room what did Brad was so nice enough that he grabbed my vacuum cleaner for me and vacuumed it up. before he left he did a thorough inspection in my other daughters room, thank God nothing more. I Im so glad that I called and not have another company come out and I have a good feeling knowing that if we happen to see anything else that theres a warranty and that warranty will be covered. Dreadful, really. Treatment failed. They basically called me a scumbag, refused refund or retreating. Also burned my carpet.

I can’t thank Ryan enough for helping me deal with bed bugs at my Mom’s apartment in her senior living apartment building. After months of incorrect advice and the front office telling me “we’ve got it covered” with their toxic bug spraying over and over again, I finally did some research and learned that EXTREME HEAT is the only way to kill the suckers. Ryan was so helpful and the process was easy. We left the apartment for the day and came back hours later when it was over. The only thing we needed to do was remove the candles and aerosol cans. Ryan took a video of bugs while they were alive and then as they were dying due to the heat so we got to see it work! It’s been a few weeks now and still no bugs and my Mom is finally able to sleep soundly again. Thanks Ryan !! I’ll recommend you and your service all day long.

Called and talked to a very nice lady told her my what was going on and she then gave me a few different prices. I told her that I was a single mom on a fixed income with a child and a elderly mother. She then told me her tech was pretty clear today and would have him give me a call. She told me that the home inspection was free with no obligation and then he would determine what need to be done and at that point he would quote me the prices. She told me for just one room could be as high as 500 and 1500 based on the size of the house. I thanked her and was pleased with the service she provided but when the tech called everything then changed. I live in San tan valley and told her this so then the tech asked me if I was going to get the service done today told him that I wanted the inspection first to see what needed to be done as the holidays are just around the corner and could not afford 1500 to 1700 hundred today. Then I had told him about the conversation with the young lady and he replied with no the inspection is 90 dollars as I have to drive to San tan I told him that is not what was told to me on the phone and then proceeded to say I wasnt going to find anyone cheaper and that they would not quote me the right prices. Which I found to be very professional. And if I was to get chemical treatment the would charge me for everytime they had to come back and would still not get rid of the problem. I caution anyone please shop around get all the information you can along with pricing from several different companies. Just because one company is a little less expensive doesnt make them a bad company and of course if your rich which Im not by all means hire them this is just my experience with this company and they never even made it to my house.
