Didn’t show up to scheduled appointment. Sat on the phone for over 3 hours trying to resolve the issue….combination of people hanging up on me, not answering, not being able to help me, transferring me to dead-ends. Incredibly frustrating. Don’t waste your time.

They will not call back. You cannot contact them for follow up information.

I had a great experience with Terminix. I manage apartments and I had a beehive and a spider problem. I called them and they came to do an estimate right away. They were her soon after and got rid of the bee hive and sprayed for spiders and de-webbed one of my buildings.

Have always taken care of any problem I have ever had in over 40 years. Very friendly people who work for them. Always courteous and helpful.

Unsatisfied customer.They will offer you a yearly service special and rip you off. I didnt receive the free termite inspection report they supposedly did and they didnt come out for their 4th yearly credit. Management was of no help and didnt offer any assistance. Buyer beware.
