Had to quickly get some Doggie treats for my Lil spoilt fur baby had good dog treats

Don’t know what is going on. This store has many empty shelves. Lines get very long. Not the cleanest. It used to be great months ago for some years, I don’t know what changed recently.

Store was clean people there saving money on items as well as I.cashiers busy people friendly and patiently waiting. Another cashier opens. I get in cashier extremely friendly and welcoming. I didnt have my glasses made mistake on my card i felt bad. The cashier made me feel comfortable. I wont for get this

No food in this dollar tree😔. Was interesting felt like the time when toilet paper was gone but it was all the food? Bad timing I guess. Usually my visit to dollar tree is way more productive 😁

David and his crew assisted me on 5/9 fixing my daughters phone. They let me know every step of the way what was going on with the process and was very detailed. We enjoyed theyre professionalism and service. 😀 Great company 👌

Literally the filthiest, most disgusting Dollar Tree I have ever seen.Has the added bonus of one of the rudest employees Ive seen in a long time.

Lots of parking, clean shopping center associates very courteous and knowledgeable. Lots of product also lots of unpacked boxes in aisle that need to be stocked on the shelves. still very manageable though. Everything Ive purchased at this location food, non products etc. Has been above a garage. Managers Estrella and Lisa both are professional and truly are there because they both know how to interact with the public and take great pride of making sure your shopping experience is a good one. It truly reflects because the over quality of the store! 👍👌😊

This is the biggest Dollar Tree I ever saw loaded with stuff. The checkout line was pretty long kind of like being on the freeway at 6 old clock, but it went real fast. I didnt lie got to go back.

Came here twice last week and it was closed for cleaning. Both times there was a rodent truck parked in front of the store. How bad was the problem to be closed that long?

This is a messy store with not enough workers. Check out is slow because of this. The merchandise gets Torn up by the people shopping. And stays in disarray. Merchandising the floor clearly isnt a priority.It should be. This is a business.

I found everything I came for and then some. Love the $.50 cards...great selection. The clerk was very pleasant!

I visit the store a lot. I usually do not have any major complaints but today nothing seemed to go right.Naturally Im in a rush and Im standing in back of a line that is six people deep. A lady with arms full of stuff is walking towards me to get in line behind me and someone on a different register who does not have a light on tells her to come on over. I wait a couple of moments to see if anyone else who is in front of me would like to take advantage of the newly opened line. Nobodys paying attention so I just casually walk over and get behind the privileged lady that cut in front of everybody. So now Ive been standing here in this new short line for about 4 minutes as the checkout process is going very slow. I glance over at the line I was just in and watch as it dwindles down to the one person I was standing behind. Just when I think its my turn mylar balloons have to be filled so I wait............... Now glaring back at the previous line the person I was standing in is gone and three more customers go right through.I was so upset and furious that I just clammed up and kept my mouth shut.If I was the idiot that picked the wrong line just because it was shorter, I would not be so mad. The anger that let me to write this review was simply based on the retail practice of not paying attention to those already suffering in a long line and then a new line opens up and the next person in line is not called to the open register.I was seconds away from dropping all my items right on the floor and walking out but I knew that since they were so oblivious they wouldnt even under stand what just happened.

Fast service. Well stocked. I found a lot of new items today. They have new cute succulent wall vases here now. Im not sure if they had the aromatherapy candles before but I spotted them today and was surprised at how good they actually smell.

This store is nasty! Ive been here three times. Every time it is just as destroyed and ugly as before. Id love to know who the management is and ask them if they live this way. I was told they have no carts because they were all stolen. Lovely so I have to carry around all my product with nothing to hold it in. I gave them all the product I had at the register told him I was not shopping there their place was disgusting. They should just close this location. Ill go right next door to family Dollar and buy my things.

Im was going to do some shopping at this location and I usually pick dollar tree over 99cent store but every time Im shopping at a Dollar tree and I need to use the bathroom or my kids do. . Im always told some reason I cant there always something wrong with the restrooms and or the plumbing... Im so over it... Ill guess Ill start shopping at 99 cent store...

Easy parking. A lot of things I was looking for was out of stock but the store itself was pretty organized.The customer service was good too. Speedy and friendly.

Its a place to shop for cheap items, like wedding cutlery and champagne glasses, or gift wrapping paper. The Betty Crocker kitchen tools are made well and are inexpensive.

I love this store!! It is always clean and well stocked.

Great selection of party supplies and many other things, all $1. Easy access from 51 freeway on North side of Thomas Rd. The small strip center also has a couple of other businesses, and Circle 6 glass studio around back of building. Dollar tree rarely disappoints for finding those miscellaneous necessities, cheap!

For a dollar store, the selection of items is good and it is fairly organized. The staff was friendly at checkout and I was surprised that I found everything I was looking for pretty quickly and easily. Huge wall of cleaning supplies keeps me well-stocked for cheap. Love it!

Shelves and floor were littered with junk. They sit in their little office, most dont lift a finger to tidy up and have some pride.

True $1 store! Love this place for cleaning supplies and Holiday goodies. Unique finds that dont look cheap. This location on the small side for Dollar Trees but open an hour later. Always fun to take the kids!

One of the trashiest dollar trees Ive been to in a while. The old lady in the balloon section is pretty useless, I tried to buy a balloon but she couldnt be bothered to show me how, just said look on the card and find it yourself and when I found the drawer it was empty so I asked if that meant they were completely out and I get an grump thats right from the old lady. I think Ill get my Grandmas Get Well Soon balloon from somewhere with less of a drug den vibe.

Just visited this location and was completely dissatisfied with my visit. The aisles were a mess, and they do not have their merchandise stocked properly. Upon checking out, I walked up to a register with their light on and no one in line. The cashier Ana was out from behind her register so I asked if she was open. She ignored me, then when I asked get a second time, she snapped at me loudly saying she was BUSY and to go to the next register. She was absolutely rude! Will definitely not visit this location again, thats for sure .

Couldnt find what I was looking for. AAA batteries. Sigh! Buy I found everything I wasnt looking for. 😆! Shoot!

WONDERFUL SERVICE ...

I looked on their website and it said they open at 8:00. I got there about 8:40 and they were not open. Permanent sign on inside of glass door said they dont open till 9:00. I drove all that way for nothing :(When I got home I tried calling them. I have tried for 20 minutes and get a busy signal every time. I think they have the phone off the hook.Not going back there again

This location is one of the larger, better stocked Dollar Trees. Everythings still a dollar for now, with a few well marked exceptions.

I was glad to find Dollar Tree. I was also glad to learn to its setup was similar to FL stores making it easy to find items.

The Dollar Tree located on 20th Street and Thomas is by far the nicest and cleanest one Ive ever been to. Will go to every time.

The best bargain franchise around the Dollar Tree has pretty much everything expected plus more.

I prefer this store over many here in Phoenix. Most Dollar Tree stores in an area such as this have become dirty, disorganized, a hang out for questionable activity and just a plain mess. This store shows itself time and time again to be organized and clean and have many selections.

Horrible service. I went in today to ask if I could go to the restroom since a key was needed and they DENIED to let me in. I waited for TEN minuets trying to get the key but no matter what I said they wouldn’t give me it so I decided to walk out and leave it as that. HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT RECOMMEND!

I will never visit this location again. Shelves were bare. Staff was not helpful or knowledge of where things were in the store. What few items they did have was messy and unorganized.

Has a fairly decent stock and the service is nice. The store is tidy and uncrowded.
