Chose this place for all the positive reviews, took a $200 1/2 sheet of steel to get a bunch of 1/2 holes spaced 4” apart, seems easy right. Made up a drawing, verbally told them I didn’t care if they were oversized, they just can’t be undersized. (I was just going to weld a bunch of nuts on the bottom to make myself a cool welding bench, the tolerance wasn’t critical, I just needed a bolt to fit through the hole). Had a good veteran to veteran conversation with the guy in the office and went on my way a happy customer. Few days later, earlier than expected I get a call that my job was done, awesome! I go pick it up. Bring it home, every hold is UNDERSIZED by .015! Try to drill them out but the steel is all hardened by the laser process. I call and talk to the “QC manager”, he’s rude as can be and tells me I didn’t “specify a tolerance” and basically tough luck! Tells me he’s going to talk to the designer and call me back the next day but because I didn’t put a tolerance on the drawing it’s not their problem. I never hear from him again. Thanks for turning some stock into scrap metal for me guys and allowing me to pay for it. Treated very poorly by these guys. Take your business elsewhere, there is plenty of competition in the valley.

Best place to get anything cut by water jet or laser

Everyone at Southwest Waterjet & Laser is exceptional. They are kind and communicate throughout the entire project. They are happy to take on a project regardless of its size. The employees are always pleasant and are proud of the service they provide. Their prices are very reasonable and their lead times are better than average. The only drawback is they only accept DXF files. Highly recommended.

I had a very small job. Unfortunately, They could not cut the kind of metal I had; however, they recommended a company who could do the work I needed. This project was vitally important to me. Without their service and help, I may not have been able to accomplish it. Pablo and Kendra were more than supportive. If youre having troubles accomplishing a task or want reliable assistance I highly recommend them!

We are constantly ordering parts from these guys. I always seem to need my parts sooner than their lead times due to the fast pacing movement of parts for our company. The majority of the time they are able to process my order faster than the expected lead time that is promised. Great company and people to work with!

I pulled around to pick my parts up and saw 2 guys smoking. I asked for help and all I got was go through that door. I looked on a messy rack for my parts and could not find them. Jeremiah made eye contact with me and immediately came over to help. He found my parts and carried them out for me. Would get my parts cut here again for sure.

Tried several times to coordinate dropping off material for water jetting. Everytime I spoke with someone, they had no idea what I was talking about. They misplaced art files, owner refuses to return phone calls. I called to check on job that they had for a week. They had me on hold for 5 min. When I asked the gal if its standard to keep customers on hold for 5 minutes, she yells at me like I did something wrong and job was never started. All in all a horrible experience. Going back to Marzee.

Im sure this is a great company, however you should have a talk with your employee Matt Fraccola about expressing his racial hatred while at the same time representing your company.
