I hardly ever do reviews. However. I appreciated how fast I was able to get a roll off delivered to my house. I had a last minute clean out that I had to do and Megan was able to get me taken care of. The driver also called me when he got there and was so helpful. Thank you Republic team! I appreciate you guys!!

I was a little leery of my trash being picked up due to the amount of construction going on in my neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised that they were still able to keep up with there commitment to my trash requirements. Gracias

Republic bought out the company Curbside that we used for trash pick up with no issues. Last summer (August) Republic added a fee called container refresh to my billing without my knowledge or consent. It took until February/March of this year to have it removed. Next on the billing statement in April there was a vague note that the rate would be going up. It went up 55%, from $80.89 to $125.89. They did not offer me a contract price ever and the amount of the increase was not disclosed. I was told my area is open Market so they can charge what they want and not everyone pays the same. So the guy next door might be paying $80.89 and mine is $125. They offered me a contract option today 9/3/21 to be at $80.89. Is this coercion? I only got answers by sending the company messages to their Facebook/Messenger page.

I would just like to thank Republic services for handling my Roll off container needs. I am pleased with how safe my driver is on-site and my local rep is awesome. Also, I am happy I can call into the construction desk and not wait on hold forever.

Delivery week for our containers came and went without service. Phone call #1 to Republic. So sorry, well reschedule for next week. Weve just moved and the trash and recycling is immense. Week 2, containers arrive but no pick up service. Call #2 & 3 (separate trash and recycling pick up days) So sorry, well put in for a missed pickup. Week 3, no trash or recycling pick up. Calls #4 & 5. So sorry well put in for a missed pickup. Calls #6, 7, and 8 made to report missed-missed-missed pickups. You cant make this stuff up. I will say the csrs on the phone were tremendously professional and apologetic and were seemingly as frustrated as I am/was but that does not get the trash and recycling picked up per our contract.

DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT!!!! It will be harder to get out of that contract than it is to get a divorce! Republic Services is the absolute worst business I have ever came across. READ THE CONTRACT! Their contracts are designed so that there is no way they could ever be at fault for a customer wanting to cancel their service. This is a snippet right from their contract “Any notice of termination under this agreement by customer shall be void unless sent via certified mail, return receipt requested, and actually received by company.” It’s 2018 and you have to send certified mail to cancel a contract. But then even when you do that, they can simply say “I never received it, even though you have a return receipt because our contract states we have to actually receive it, and I can just say we didn’t”.There are no protections for you as their customer. They will handcuff you and not let you go no matter how much you have to kick and scream. They have the money to spend on lawyers, which I’m sure is a huge part of their revenue stream. They are designed to pray on their customers. Horrible horrible horrible company. Check out guys at Weinberger; family owned & operated, and they keep their customers by providing a great service, NOT by holding their customers ransom by their contract.

Pricing $43 minimum for a load that fair market is 5 or 6 bucks at some landfills I paid. I know its a transfer station and waste managements landfill here cost 40 minimum a load. Monopoly
