We use these guys a few times per month. We have shopped around and if you want to get hit with a bunch of nonsense charges or late drop offs and pick ups use other guys. Dumpster Express shows when they say, their fees are fair and the pick up when they say. People in the office are always SUPER nice and always professional. Enjoy doing business with them.

Needed a dumpster for a home remodel. When I called they helped me identify the right size dumpster and deliver it just a day later. The house has a covered driveway but they were able to slide it under. I was able to text with the staff with any questions about pickup and they responded quickly. We were working on a large landscape project that produced a great deal of excess dirt and concrete. We have been working with Dumpstr Xpress while moving our manufacturing facility and they were awesome. They made it easy to contact them by texting. (I was seldom at my desk) They met all of our needs and they responded quickly to the changes we needed, adding a dumpster, dropping at a different location, picking up with a short notice, you name it. This company seems to be more in tuned to personal service than the big boys....from the get go, the process in transacting was surprisingly swift and less cumbersome than others that I have used in the past. I did need to extend the pick up for additional time and the people at Dumpstr Xpress helped with that. Nothing but stars for them.

Dumpstr Xpress definitely came in clutch for me. I had spoke with them a day before and I never called back to comfirm. I called back the next day which was a Friday so I assumed it wasn’t possible to get it same day. I spoke with Michele over the phone about my situation and she told me that she would do whatever she could to help me out, she said she would call me back. After about an hour or so I heard back from her and they were able to make delivery to me before end of day that same day. They were such a great help. From the moment we ordered the dumpster on line they called with verification of everything we wanted. The driver that dropped it off came right at the start of the day and very friendly. On the day they picked it up the driver called early in the morning to see if we were finished even though we had a PM pick up time (we finished a day early) and came right then and picked it up. When this Dumpster express truck dropped of and picked up the dumpster they drove in my driveway and left tar, rocks and tire tracks on my driveway. Asked him not to drive in my driveway with his truck, but when he returned in a few days and he did it again. I contacted the owner to explain the problem and he promptly corrected the problem by power washing. This is a good reputable company and would not hesitate to use them.

They were great! The dumpster showed up on time and was picked up when it was supposed to. I even had to extend the time, and it was no problem. The follow up was great too and I highly recommend them!

This company was a naightmare. The people in the office are clueless to the process. They left a huge mess all over my road. They parked my dumpster in the street instead of the driveway and my HOA charged me for it. Then they charged an extra $243 on top of the $800 rental because of 4 pieces of wood in the wrong dumpster..... when I asked about it I was told tuff luck. They said 95 percent of there dumpsters get charged additional fees after pick up. Absolutely ridiculous scam, please stay clear.

When they removed the dumpster they tore up some of the asphalt. I have been patiently asking them to fix it for 5 months and I just get the runaround and no returned calls. Disappointing.Update: They finally came and fixed it.

I had a great experience with Dumpstr Express! It was my first time using a driveway dumpster and it could not have been easier. We were doing a landscaping overhaul of our backyard and needed to remove about 10 tons of dirt. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She walked me through my options and the process of renting a dumpster. Since we have a rather uptight HOA I needed the dumpster dropped off on Friday and picked up early Monday morning. The driver was on time and was very careful both dropping off the dumpster and picking it up so it would not damage the driveway. The dumpster was promptly picked up on Monday morning just like promised! I highly recommend them!

I called several places to compare prices and they were the cheapest. They dropped it off early on Saturday. The guy who took my call was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to know. Would use them again. The only one thing I didnt like is you dont know if your over on the ton amount but either way good service. I kind of thought it would be over because of the huge palm trees we cut down. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
