Waste of time. Disorganized and not in the loop showed up early sat in a room for close to 1hour. Was eventually helped by some one else because my recruiter was on phone call. Was told Id be called by end of the day by my recruiter never did ?!? Went to different agency was hired the same day for the same job. Terra recruiter called me 2 days later asking if I was still interested in the position 🙃 I was like im all ready on the job site working for the company Oh they where trying to low ball me to $15 an hour with Terra. $17.00 an hour with the other agency exact same job !

After reading some of these reviews I am somewhat shocked, and felt it necessary to write my own.1. I have been employed by Terra for 7 months currently.2. I am on my third assignment with them.3. The first assignment was not a good fit for me, and I let them know in advance I wouldnt be returning to that position and they had no issues with that because I followed proper procedures.4. I was still interested in employment and remained diligent in seeking that with regards to their recruiters5. After going into the office and conversing with 2 separate recruiters about my skills, skills, availability, and needs I was given the opportunity for a position that met my salary needs and availability needs.6. This position lasted 4 months and the company actually was interested in hiring me permanently. Unfortunately that didnt come to fruition for personal reasons.7. I immediately coordinated with Becky and Emily about continuing employment with their company. Within 4 days I was on another assignment that met my salary and availability needs. I remain employed there after more than a month.8. Perhaps these positions are not dream jobs for many, but I have seen much worse opportunity in my 34 adult years. When recruiters will actively work with you to meet your salary and availability needs, that is a huge plus. But remember, some flexibility is required on your part as well.9. Overall, my experience has been quite positive at Terra. I believe yours will be as well as long as you sell yourself and your skills and worth, are willing to compromise to gain a position, and are willing to educate yourself on company policies and procedures. If you merely fill out an application and then put all the responsibility for your well weing and future on the recruiter without taking any initiative, then, like most aspects of life, you will end up disappointed

Husband has been on and off jobs. Has been through TERRA a couple times. No bad experience so far. Waiting on a call sometime this week but overall, hes been helped and had interviews quickly. Highly recommend.

I moved to Arizona with no job set up and went to TERRA Staffing Group desperately needing one. Carly Erickson was my recruiter and found me a job right away. I just found out that my job was hiring me in yesterday! I would not have found such a great place to work had it not been for Terra Staffing and Carly. They have always been available to help me and answer any questions or concerns that I had. An exceptional Staffing Agency and a Stellar Performance of a strong work ethic from Carly. Thank you all so much! You made my transition to a new area great!

Honestly, don’t even waste your time. You are more likely to find a job on your own or with another staffing agency before you even hear back from these guys. I interviewed about 2 months ago and still haven’t been placed. I’ve called over 17 times to check for openings and am always told someone will call me back. You ask to talk to a recruiter and ALWAYS get sent to voicemail and never get a call back. A recruiter texted me and told me about 2 openings, and then completely fell off the map. I had to call text and email her several times just to get her to send me a link to complete the testing that she said the client requested to be done. After that, I never heard back regarding EITHER position or my test scores. I’ve called and left her 3 messages and sent her multiple emails. Now when I call, I am being told she is out of the office. I have open availability, solid work history, a clean background, no terminations- and they can’t even be bothered to try to find a position for me. I will be going to another staffing agency who actually cares about getting people to work.I’d give zero stars if I could.

Go to Staffmark, they have better jobs and will place you somewhere quickly.

Everyone do not use this staffing agency they are absolutely horrible. I was blamed for a no show that wasn’t my fault. What happened was I called late afternoon the day before letting them know I wouldn’t make it to work the next morning and the afternoon staffer didn’t tell the morning staffer who worked the morning the next day so that staffer logged it as a no show. I called in saying it wasn’t my fault and that I called in the day prior and I even provided a phone log as proof of the call. They still refused to change it. So now they have made it to where I can never get another assignment. This is what happens folks. I had one incident that wasn’t my fault and now they have fired me after just one where I can’t ever get work from them again. You have been warned never use this staffing agency. Stephanie is the manager and she is very rude won’t ever work with you should an issue come up. If your not perfect they send you home and will make it so you can’t get anymore assignments.

I do not recommend this staffing agency at all. I applied for a job, met with a recruiter, and I still havent heard back from them. That was almost a month ago. This was after trying to put me in a starting position after having 10 years of experience. I was promised they would call within 48 hours to let me know about my background check. So unprofessional.

They treat you nice and they really do help you

Very unprofessional, everyone is biased with their own separate opinions. Info is mosleading. They only respond to positive comments not trying to fix their issues either.

I work here for two weeks. They hired me knowing I had no related experience and when I was catching on as fast as those who have had experience they fired me. The manager did nothing to help me get better. Every time I felt like I was doing great she found something to make me feel low. They waste everyone’s time. They will bring you in for interviews and it’s usually not for what you originally applied for. They give you dead end jobs. I recommend not coming here. They do nothing to help better yourself. It’s pointless

These wonderful people are here to help if you need employment. I hadnt had much luck finding a job after getting sick. They even called to check on me after surgery to see how I was. If you can be available and punctual, this agency will definitely be a great fit!

I understand the other complaints but everyone is different. My personal experience was amazing! I applied for a job I saw online yesterday and was called, emailed, and texted after 2 hours of applying and had an In-Person interview 2 hours after I received the initial contact. The interview went extremely well all the ladies who I met with were Amazing. The new staffing manager told me she has been in that role for 2 months so maybe everyone should give them a try because my experience was great.

As far as how THEY conduct business, id say they are polite and courteous. They sat me down and expplained what they are looking for. You cant walk in and expect to walkout with a job. However, they will put you where they feel you are a good fit.

Made appointment, showed up to it, front ladies were nice but the recruiter Carly interviewed me is totally close minded if you are not 100% fit for the EXACT requirements and you have done it a couple of weeks, dont waste your time going. I have 6-7 years experience on a job they had, but I done many years ago so on her mind I can not do it. when you ride a bike does not matter how may years go by, you can jump back on one and do it again.NOPE on her mind.... that is close minded to me and dont even let their customer the chance to decide. smily face, nice and all but close minded.

Great and friendly staffing agency!

Horrible help and staffing team. I was told numerous of times to call back the recruiter myself and leave a voicemail because he/she will get back to me. I never received a call/email back, not one. I was told to call back for different positions I applied for that are currently still open and yet, nothing once again. I went into an interview to receive no help and gather clueless information. I drove 40+ minutes just to sit there and take a screening for what again, nothing.

If your ready to work and do all you can on your end these awesome people will more than meet you half way!! I would recommend this agency over any others very courteous, professional and diligent.

Applied for job. Got a call back everything was wonderful they were even talking about putting me in a different position. When I get there it turns out that that particular office doesnt offer the kind of job that I was looking for and I was told that I wasted my time. Sent an email back to the person who I originally talked to and she never had the decency to answer me

I rarely write review but this was Not a very good experience I went in with my husband today and the receptionist right away asked if we had an appointment .. I said no she said well we normally only accept you by appointments ... but I’ll see if there is a recruiter available .. a recruiter came out my husband informed her he was looking to apply for a job she mentioned they only conduct interviews in English and all positions they had available required English I asked why isn’t the information regarding the language and no walk in appointments on the website she just .. said she will notify someone to look at the web page..

This place is excellent and amazing at helping people find good quality jobs, The process is very fast and easy, The staff is very helpful and kind, I had never had in much easier experience with a staffing agency like this one, I will highly recommend to anyone who needs help finding a job

Interview was horrible. Left me in a room for several minutes. Didnt offer me any other jobs and pretty much just tossed me aside because of knee and not being able to stand for long hours. What a joke. This staffing company sucks

Do not work for this staffing group. False advertisement about jobs! I worked waste management for 3 hours. The video showed a clean working environment and sorting thru bags on a conveyer belt and when I get to jobsite I found myself knee deep in juicy, moldy rotten garbage sorting out bottles & cans. The recruters there are quite rude and want to tell me if I walk off a job where they falsely adcertised about it in the 1st place then they wouldnt be a good resource for me. Well if thats the kind of resources they provide Ill take my resources elsewhere for sure!
