Over the years I have worked with many temp agencies. Express at the Phoenix East office never senses to amaze me. Charles whom I tend to lean on the most always willing to help and keep an associate working. Its never a forced position or if its not something for u they dont make u feel guilty or worthless cause a position may not be a cup of tea...I recently had a loss in my family a d when I got to the office; keeping the safety issues of covic Charlse briefly exuded himself grabbed a mask and put it on and gave me a comforting hug with his condolences for my loss. Stephanie is rude if you call, asks multiple questions supposing to update my information when I have applied multiple times in person and even through their Express website and the information is the same but when I gave the info again she still gives attitude, really it seems like they will only give you an assignment if the group there likes the color of your skin otherwise they will tell you the job posting is not available even though on the website it says it is available to start this week and I overheard them tell other people that the job was available, followed up with the franchise owner Daria who could care less, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Originally had High Hopes coming into this agency. Originally went through Felicia as far as what I was looking for. I told them what my pay rate was and what I would and wouldnt accept it was told that was definitely doable. I was sent to the other side of town for under what my minimum was and it was done as a favor well they kept an eye out for a client who was willing to pay what I was asking for. Took an assignment that was closer to home that was still under what my minimum acceptance was. The contractor had let me go and didnt say anything to me. Apparently they had let me go on a Thursday but I was still there working up until Monday. Tuesday morning I go into work and theres no time card and then Im told that I got let go and this agency was supposed to inform me. Reached out to this agency and Farah did not know anything about it so she was out sick for the week.My complaint on this agency is they did not follow through with finding me work for my minimum wage that I would accept. My secondary complaint was nobody reached out to me to let me know where I was working no longer needed me. My third and biggest complaint would be the fact that I reached out to them again to find something else and nobody had gotten back to me. Coming into the door everything sounded like this was going to be an agency that was better than the rest. With my experience it was just a good sales pitch as I came in through the door. The staff was very friendly so I will give them that. I ended up going to corporate job bank where they not only found me something closer to home but was by far higher than what I was looking for as a minimum wage.Express Employment Solutions is not a company I will do business with again

To start, I am not one who likes leaving bad reviews.I had a poor experience with this location, but really all in the PHX area Express Employment places. I applied to an entry level job that really anyone with a brain and any customer service experience could excel in. I heard back from a lady Aunnie M.? She tells me they cant assist me in phx because my resume says Scottsdale. Had she asked me where I was living or done her due diligence as a recruiter she would know I can move anywhere for work. As I am applying all over Phoenix like EVERY ONE ELSE DOES. I kindly asked her to reconsider and No response, as expected... Why because these are the expectations I would have for this type of place Thanks for nothing, lack of professionalism and over looking highly competent individuals that make your company look good is your loss.

Ive worked with Daisy in the office and she is great. She sent me out on an interview within two days of coming into the office. I went to two interviews in total before being placed as a temporary receptionist with an electric company. They were clear with what was expected of me. I have found with temp agencies that you should call them once a week if you are looking for employment, and especially keep in contact with your recruiter. I would recommend Express Pros to others and if needed, would use them in the future.

A FAR cry from the little commercial they put up online that is meant to entice job seekers (yea, the one where the girl [clearly an ACTRESS] is bragging about how they supposedly found her a job in less than 24 hours)... Very rude when you reach out to them (even though ALL of their postings specifically tell you to contact their office after submitting your resume). You submit your resume then call them only to have them answer & act clueless about the position they posted (literally telling you that they have nothing available just to get you off the phone [unless youre a stickler who asks questions & doesnt give up easily])... Then they give you this dont call us, well call you line that is so unprofessional. Just rude, wouldnt recommend them at all. #1 reason why many people stick with known/reputable staffing agencies who treat you like a person instead of treating you like trash.

Worst experience going to this place so called staffing. the people there are so rude. if they call you for a job and you cant make it even if your going thru an emergency they dont care about that. they wont work with u no more. they make you fill out 50 pages of work and then just tell u oh we will call u if something comes up. and then when you call the receptionist is rude. I dont know how this place is still in business. to everybody dont go there looking for a job. I already called the better business employment for the city to complaint about this place.

All the companies that Express works with and represent are sleazy companies that have a hard time finding employees in the first place because they have terrible work environments, poor salaries, little to no benefits, and terrible management that treats all employees like garbage. I have visited a few Express Employment agencies in both Illinois and Arizona and Express Employment represents the lowest end of companies for any industry. If you are looking for a real job in Maintenance, visit either a specialty technical staffing firm, or find a position with direct placement.During my assignment as a contractor through Express, the company that I worked at basically discriminated towards me and harassed me during work, and when I spoke up for the unfair treatment, I was immediately fired since I was a temp. The recruiter at Express didnt even make an effort to hear my side of the story or try to help me find another job. Unfair treatment and very unprofessional service towards their workforce.

I applied online on June 29th, went in for an interview on June 30th, I was offered a full-time job with a really good company on July 5th and I am starting on July 11th...how good does it get. The entire staff was very professional and Daria Buss, CSP was exceptional.
