Literally no one answers calls or emails. If you hear from anyone or are able to get a hold of anyone it will be the only time you talk to someone and they are not professional. I don’t know how this place is open when they don’t actually work or help people get work. I recommend using other hiring agencies, that are responsive and actually do their job.

I have called over 10 times in the course of 3 hours...5 in 4 hours and no one answered outside of 12pm-1pm. I have emailed recruiters multiple times and no responses. Applied on your job site and no dice. At this point you need to hire a front desk assistant and recruiters who can do their job and reply to ALL incoming inquiries. This includes communicating effectively with the clientele who are seeking employment. Once accomplished, the feedback and reviews you may be getting may improve. Get it in gear and get it together RemX.

Sadly, all of the bad reviews are true. Once you get assigned somewhere, they ghost you. Then, when you email or call- Rebecca Scott, Ashley Morris and everyone else- they just flat out ignore you. They don’t respond to emails or calls. The most unprofessional recruiting company I have ever (barely) worked with. I thought they make money on getting people hired. Aren’t places desperate for help? I don’t understand this mindset. The owner should be extremely worried about all the money he is losing. If you want to stay in business, do your job!

I see so many negative reviews on here for this company but my experience was really positive. Ive been working with Ashley Morris who is absolutely wonderful. She is responsive and always answered all my questions. I did not take the really great position she set me up with after all, but it was a legitimate position that started on the date we discussed. This was due to my own reasons though, not because of the company. But, I highly recommend Ashley. Sometimes people dont listen to all the information being given at the time which may explain some of the bad comments on here. Should you go with this service, meet with Ashley. I guarantee she will help you.

I guess I’m not the only one that’s had a bad experience with this company. I’ve been in contact with 3 different people and now no one will call me back. The first time I was supposed to start my job I couldn’t due to exposure to covid. (Did they want to get sick?) I work in the hospital for heaven sake. Ashley Morris, Michelle Gadson, and some other lady named Sherri need to be let go or written up because they don’t know how to do their damn job or at the very least have the courtesy to call their applicants back.

Yeah they’ll find you a job, yeah you’ll get good pay. But you’ll also get let go at the end of your assignment without any warning. And then sugar coat and make it look like they care “help you set another assignment up” and when you ask about it they “don’t have any open positions” your just a paycheck to RemX. If you need something fast, go through them. If you need something stable or reliable. Stay away.

I tried giving this company a second chance in hopes this time I would get a response, but here we are. I am once again disappointed in the lack of communication this company gives. It has been about 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone. I sent an email as well as left a message.Very disappointed.

Ive been back and forth with these people. Went as far as doing a drug test and them telling me I was going to start that same week. Signed my documents all for them to tell me I couldnt get the job due to a medical procedure I needed in July. I told them I just needed at least 2 days and deny me. So now I cant even get in contact with anyone in the office. No one answers the phone I left message and email after email. NOTHING

Be very, very careful before you accept a job on the Blizzard Team for McKesson through RemX. The pay sounds good, and they promise the moon, but they do not deliver. Nearly everyone gets laid off, and they have the gall to do it on a holiday (I am not the first person to note this in a review). Becoming an FTE is something that they hold out as a real possibility, but in truth, only a few are selected, and they are often not the best candidates, just the favorites. I worked with one FTE who showed up for an online staff meeting in her lingerie (I kid you not), and she kept her job, while truly excellent contractors were let go without warning, and without explanation. The companies who contract with McKesson to do their pharmaceutical benefit investigations really should be advised of the shady practices that both RemX and McKesson engage in, and how they use and throw people away on a whim. Perhaps if they knew, they would take their big dollar business elsewhere. I was initially disappointed to be let go on a holiday weekend, because I worked diligently and produced good work, but now I feel relieved. I do not wish to associate with companies who treat human beings without respect or dignity. I write this in hopes that others can avoid the same experience.

I was terminated by a RemX staff member who told me to file for unemployment. RemX ended up telling DES that I QUIT VOLUNTARILY and RemX submitted documentation to DES that supported that. When I complained to RemX they said they have specific instructions from corporate NOT TO HELP with unemployment. All they did was apologize to me and tell me to appeal DES. There would be nothing to appeal if RemX didnt LIE. Its been 2 months of NO MONEY coming in. Unemployment money THAT I EARNED AND WORKED FOR. My family is now close to facing eviction. I am filing a civil lawsuit against RemX. If anyone has experienced RemX firing them and denying their unemployment please get in contact with me. This company is NEGLECTFUL, DISMISSIVE, AND FRAUDULENT.

Worked during the 2020 blizzard at McKesson through remx. Was assisting training other new hires and answering questions for those who needed help while working as an insurance specialist for people with cystic fibrosis. Was let go randomly one Friday afternoon. When I applied for my unemployment everything was fine until this year (2021) where now my unemployment is in question because remx told az unemployment that I voluntarily quit. I loved my work at McKesson, would have never dreamed of leaving. This looks like its about to be a class action lawsuits.

I used Remx years ago when i needed a job in between school and work, i landed a temp position, and the recruiter had stepped up to make an offer for a contracted long term. The company liked me very much and offered to buy me out from Remx, the transition went to well, its been since 2015 as a temp. Now im an Director of operations of a managed care group. I am truly grateful for the opportunity. Without RemX i wouldnt be where i am today

Nicholas Varela has been my recruiter for the past few months now and did not stop working til he got my spot secured with the company I have been trying to get back into work with. He went above and beyond and wrote letters for me for other resources, he stayed on top of everything and never left me out the loop. Although it was a long road to get here Nicholas made sure he didn’t stop working to get what I wanted.

Although I did receive timely responses, it seems like I was a bother to the process. I’m unsure what it is, but it seems like each recruiter is in it for their own recognition rather than helping candidates find employment. My recruiter Desma was quick with her responses, but very nonchalant about my concerns. Mind you she called me about the position.I just don’t like how this company conducts their business in the market. They need to polish up because they may indeed be the very persons in our position somebody. Be careful how you conduct your business and play with people’s lives during a pandemic because it may just come back around to you! The good thing is there are jobs out here for everyone. Do not depend on RemX for one!!

I don’t really write reviews but I do read them and to be honest I did come across some that were negative for some other recruiters but with these crazy times I needed to take a shot at applying everywhere I could. I’m glad I did because my experience with my recruiter Nicholas Varela was nothing but great. Times are crazy right now and working from home is the best fit for me at the moment and he aligned me with a great job opportunity, great pay and benefits! He was professional, kept in touch with me and kept me updated through the entire process. If I did have any questions, he was quick to help answer them. So if your going to go through RemX, I highly recommend Nicholas! You won’t be disappointed.

Nicholas has been nothing short of amazing during my hiring process. I’ve had to wait quite awhile to start my position due to the time period in which I applied, (about a month) but he always contacted me at least once a week to ensure me that things were going smoothly. I can’t wait to start working for McKesson this week!

Initial response for a job I saw listed on Zip recruiter with a Kathryn. She responded pretty fast at first and sent over a questionnaire which I completed and sent back the same night. Its been a week now and I havent gotten a response from her or the company since calling and leaving voicemails with both the main line and Kathryns number. This is both unprofessional and irresponsible of a staffing company to be this negligent. I do hope they CLEAN HOUSE soon and get some good people in there.

Rebecca from RemX, Scottsdale reached out to me via e-mail, then called me and after speaking a short time offered me 2 jobs, one starting end of Dec. and one starting the next day. I opted for next day. First I had to fill out all their online paperwork including name, birthdate and social security number. Rebecca then told me that I would be contacted by someone named Beth within 15 mins. she would be giving me info. on where to pick up computer equipment and drug test info.Beth never called, I called Rebecca and e-mailed her asking for a status, NO RESPONSE. I also called their office (theres no receptionist, it always goes to a Victorias vm) I left a message, NO RESPONSE.They are a staffing agency? What a JOKE! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL - what company behaves like this? Complete waste of my time. In the pandemic when so many people have been out of work, myself included, to have someone call you and offer you a job and then nothing is cruel and unconscionable. Steer clear!

Dont trust this company this doesnt add up why they are not contacting me back. I was speaking to a Staffing Manager name Myra and I did an over the phone interview with her and it went well. I was looking for and supervisor position, so she told me about McKesson had a supervisor position open, so we were going back and forth with what was going on with the position and finally she asked me to attend and orientation class for McKesson but the class was for people who already was hired and I havent interviewed for the position yet. Finally she tells me I have a phone interview with this person and changed to another person and then she calls me right before the interview and says can you do a Zoom interview and I didnt have my laptop. I didnt know what the job description of the position and we didnt go over anything before my interview and I went into the interview with no information about the position. I knew I wasnt prepared and after I finished the interview she told me to call her and tell her how it went. I call her and email her with how I felt with the overall process and she never responded back and that was in July. I have never experienced anything like that before. I know my value and my professional skills and if I was prepared right and knew what I would be doing at McKesson, I would have the job. When I interviewed with the people from McKesson it started off wrong because they felt I was over qualified for the position. Now when I try to apply for a job that has Remx on it, I get no call back when I know I qualify for the position. I am really disappointed with how I was treated. I felt like a number and I felt that when Myra got the feedback from McKesson about my interview she went on to the next candidate. I spoke to one person from RemX and they stated, they would call me back and I never heard from them. RemX has really good job posting, but they need better Staffing Managers because people like myself really would be a great fit and put shine on RemX staffing agency.

I am not shocked at the majority reviews. I am currently going through the same thing with Michelle. Response in a timely manner and confirming position that was interviewed for is important. Letting people know where to report too and reassuring them that all is ok and they have secured the position is key to getting and maintaining great employees. Well, I was and I say was because I havent started yet. But working with this lady which I dont want to throw her out there although she deserves it, she was supposed to send me to McKesson. She didnt even let me know if I passed the assessment I waited for a few days they I decided to contact her. She then informed me by email to go and do a drug test. Well, I guess that meant I passed the test. I would not have known to go and do anything because she never responded to me. She also was sending me to a place cross-town when I had a place within walking distance here at my house. I left her a text since thats how she contacted me when she needed something anyway, except for the result of my test.she hasnt gotten back to me and it expires on Monday. I now have another job offer that I will accept and that starts on Tuesday.

I thought they were supposed to help you find a job. Yeah I worked the blizzard 2020 for McKesson but that was only about two months. I was never late never missed a day even when sick and worked every day they offered overtime. I was told we could not miss a single day for 90 days and didnt even get to work that long. It is funny how they tell you not to miss any days but there were people who missed two to three days in a row and never got let go and the ones who were faithfully going got let go. Now I am being told they dont have any jobs available for me. I tried to give them a chance over other employment agencies but I am going to go to one that will work with me. I see alot of other agencies that are offering jobs like I just did for them. I guess they dont want employees that they know will work and prove to them they are serious about working. I wish it would not have even put the one star because it isnt worth it. Also what type of staffing agency sends you referrals for other staffing agencies. Something really wrong with that.

They got me an interview and after the interview they offered me the position. This was on July 27th and they said the job started August 24th and that my schedule would be 8-4:30 starting pay at $18 temp to hire and paid weekly and that I would pick up my equipment soon. Jessica said to check in weekly until I start and that Jeff would reach out to me soon with more details. I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. NO RESPONSE. I cant believe they do this to people. I had to call the main office to RELAY the message to Jessica for her to get back to me. She then said that there has been a delay and shes not sure why.THATS IT! No apology for not responding. She couldnt even confirm if I even still had the position. I was crushed!!! How could you offer someone a job and then ghost them??? Totally unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY.

Ryan is very unprofessional, she has low quality communication skills, bad energy and attitude, not to mention she didn’t even greet me ,when she called my phone. I will never work for a company that treat their clients the way I was treated today. She needs to be coached on how to speak to clients. She lacks basic phone skills . With all that’s going on with covid, I really feel like putting her on blast with abc news.

This place is a joke. I quit a job to go into the field I went to school for. Remx contacted me a couple days before I start, that the job was canceled.

Was hired on at a company on a Monday was supposed to be given info about the company Friday, location, manager name or someone to speak to when I arrived for my first day the following Monday. No one called or emailed except for a email saying I needed references, which I completed. Emailed the woman I had interviewed with and never heard back. Therefore I never made it to where ever I was supposed to go called the company I was supposed to be working for and they transferred me multiple times all for nothing. I’m sure others have had a great experience with rem x and the hiring companies but my experience was the opposite. They took my new hire info and a drug test told me I was good to go. So I’m not sure what happened.

I will never work for RemX again. They make you think you have a future with a company. I went to work every single day, never was tardy, had a great attitude from the get go and then got shipped from the Scottsdale to Tempe location for the assignment I was working on, which was a real joke. I’m glad I quit, I was not treated how I should have been treated, I cared about my job, and got nothing in return. I am now working for bigger and better. RemX is a thing of my past and happy to say that. Avoid them.

The reason Im writing a review is because I suppose to start at Mckesson next week I being emailing, calling, and texting messaging my recruiter Michelle Gadson I have not received anything from her or her assistant I passed the assessment and attend the orientation this week I just want to know what going on if they didnt want to hired me they should have said so I waste my time. The reviews are right! I applied for the job and my interviewer Ryan Hill wasn’t even on time! Then when we got to the interview it was very scripted and inauthentic like I was just another person. I accepted the job offer and was told I was going to start on the 26th. And that she would email me the orientation dates. She never emailed me at all. I emailed her multiple times and even called the office and was told that she would get back to me. I finally emailed her to rescind my acceptance of the offer and still had no reply. Till this day I still haven’t got a response. VERY unprofessional especially Ryan Hill. Just don’t work with this recruiting agency at all.

Only thing I wish was that the company was a little more honest about their temp to hire positions. I was told I had nothing to worry about, then 2 months later I was let go without any notice after I requested time off. Good people, but this particular site needs more organization.

I first worked for rmex in 2016. I worked at McKesson for a little over 2 years to be honest I personally never had any major problems. They are shady in the practices of hiring people as a FTE. I saw how they mistreated a lot of people. It’s like being in high school if they like you they keep you. I was like the nerdy kid good at what I did stayed away from drama so I was able to stay longer then most. For what ever reason my supervisor who worked for McKesson for years took a liking to me and was able to stay under the radar and keep my job but the downfall After waiting over 2 year for FTE it just was not worth it and I found a job with Cardinal Health great company they even flew me to Niagara Falls for a week of training. The staff and supervisor were so nice and professional. It was a far cry from McKesson. A little back story I had only been working for Cardinal Health for a bout 4 months and got pregnant. It was a very complicated pregnancy so i was on short term disability for about 6 months and Cardinal heath kept paying me. Like I said amazing company. However I ended up having to resign altogether and have been a stay at home mom the last year and a half. This info may seem irrelevant but it’s important that people know the experience I had with rmex today. Ryan Hill is so unprofessional and from the looks of theses comments it’s sad that the company has not done anything to fix this as she has been named in a few comments. She contact me and we set a phone interview for today at 1 pm. Mind you I have a toddler so I had to make arrangements for my daughter during this time so I drove to my husbands work so he could watch her while I did the interview. I got to his facility at 1245 so would have enough time. I waited and by 115 still no call. I emailed Ryan Hill called her cell and office but nothing I couldn’t even leave a message so I called the main office they told me to text her. I text and 5 min later I got a response. She claimed she called me but yet my phone never rang and there was no voice message left.... hmmm weird. So I text her confirming the correct number and she did not acknowledge but told me she emailed me and I should respond to the email. Im not in dire need of a job but I have been looking to get back to the work force. She completely wasted my and I truly felt she lied about calling me and blew me off. I don’t expect to hear from her but it’s really unfortunate they have people like this working for them and are ok with it. I would not recommend rmex or Ryan Hill and Especially since shes a “manager” this says a lot of the work ethic and moral of rmex Judging by the company’s response to all the bad reviews they have no intention of improving their company or fixing any of these issues

Everytime I went to this place everything was everywhere, very unorganized, nobody was on the same page and front desk people running around like chickens with their heads cut off. My interview took 7 minutes and I was offered a job with great pay, I went to orientation and took a badge picture and everything. I told 3 different people about a day I needed off for court and was assured by all 3 people it would be fine because of how important it was just to be told a week before the assignment that I couldn’t start to try again after my court date because they couldn’t hire me and let me take the day off. Not to mention my “recruiter” Michelle Gadson was rude, unprofessional, misleading and unhelpful through the entire process. I’m glad to have found a better company with equal pay and kind employees!

After I was separated from the contract, Ive been waiting for over a month for my belongings. Heaven forbid you leave things at your desk, they wont let you pick them up!When I was let go from this McKesson through a contract position with RemX, they wouldnt let me clear my desk. They said they would call me when they boxed my belongings. I never heard back, and when I called again my belongings were lost. They stole my stuff.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY!!! My daughter was working with Ryan Hill, a staffing Manager who is so unorganized and unprofessional. Its unbelievable how rude and the treatment my daughter received is beyond belief! Ryan is not only unorganized but then gets defensive when I asked for her supervisor. I never received the supervisor call as they were supposedly out of the office. I have worked personally with staffing agencies and have never experience this sort of treatment. Ryan offered my daughter an opportunity position and once I asked for her supervisor she then told me that position was cancelled and that her supervisor has the discretion to decide how to move forward with my daughter. This statement alone speaks volumes! Then my daughter received an email from Ryan asking if my daughter still wanted to accept the offer and was available to attend the upcoming orientation! After she had just told my daughter, the position was cancelled. Unbelievable, Unprofessional and Very Disorganized!!

I rarely write bad reviews about anything but I am speechless of how disappointed and angry I am. I had Ryan Hill be my recruiter and the first impression was horrible the second she seemed rushed and inconsiderate of my worries. At that time I had an interview (Jan 31) and I was employed as an MA. I wanted a higher pay reason why I wanted to take a step up, but I have been unemployed because I quit due to her saying I was officially hired by McKesson and my start date would be Feb 3 so I couldn’t put my 2 weeks in. Then my process got delayed due to my drug screening which was not mentioned that there was a time limit. So I didn’t start on that date I even took time to go again for orientation and complete a test on my computer that same weekend. I kept emailing her and calling directly to remx to have an explanation or simply a status update. But she was too “busy”. The other start date for was feb 18 as she also stated while the clearance of my drug screen went through on her end and now almost a week from now and McKesson supposedly delayed start date for training people. I will not trust this place anymore. I’m without a job because I trusted them.

The worst staffing agency i have ever come accross. One of the agents, Ryan Hill, was so rude, underqualified for her position, and intensely arrogant. As a Human Resources Manager myself, Im surprised that a company as seemingly-prestigious as this one, they would have such terrible employees. I, at the very least, hope Ryan finds a better personality!

Good way to get into some great companies! However, they let you go without reason. You could be harassed or bullied by the contractor and they wouldnt stick up for you. Dont work on the Amgen contract!! Helen is very unprofessional to work for. She still owes me money for lunch, because she cant manage her money. She makes fun of people such as Nora for her makeup and hair. She will just let anyone go without reason. Gloria is awesome and she deserves the best! Alyssa M is the one that called me to end my assignment and was very professional about it. If they let you go for whatever reason, they wont tell you why. If you decide to work with Remx, you will need to be on time with their client and understand its most likely a temporary assignment and you will need to be on your best behavior if you want to get hired on.

I was called by RemX about a position I had applied for. I came in and did the paperwork. I was then told that the position I had come in for had been filled but there was a position right near me. Two days later I was told that position was filled. I received an email from a different RemX employee about another position a few days later. The job seemed like a great match for my skills and I emailed back, only to be told that Gloria had told her I couldnt do that position because I use public transportation. Whats really funny is that I got that same job through a different (and much better) temp agency (Manpower rocks!). I still work there and have been hired on as a permanent employee. So go to any other temp agency but RemX.

I had a wonderful experience working with RemX on two different assignments. They conduct themselves very well and my recruiter Kristen Russell was top notch. The best recruiter hands down I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to work with a staffing agency. You will not find better!

She was very good at keeping me informed on jobs and following up either by email or phone. Im very thankful for her support and have recommended several people to her. Ugh...they will definitely lie to your face about the job, the details of the job and the terms of the contract. We were told we’d get paid X then 1st paycheck it was short...they said later well thats the pay. Okay um didn’t agree to that. Then they say it’s X position but then you find out it’s really not. They will say oh yes we placed hundreds of people last year all transitioned to permanent employees...which was also a lie, they fired each and every one except maybe 3, at random, no warning, by a late night phone call saying you don’t have a job tomorrow. Sounds fun right!? They say when you become permanent w the company you get a raise! NO you don’t. So....yeah. Apply if you want.

***STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!*** I initially had an interview in Sept of 2018 and was told that I got the job with McKesson, was promised that at the 6 month mark of working there that I would become permanent (all lies). I waited weeks to find out when I would be starting this new job I got offered and was told it wasnt starting until 11/19/18, 2 months after I accepted the job. I found another job which was AMAZING at a place called Asurion, but the pay was a little more with RemX and I was promised all these things with RemX so I quit Asurion with no notice and went to work for RemX. This ended up being a HUGE mistake, they hired literally 500+ people and within 3 months they had laid off almost everyone, not knowing each day if you were going to be laid off is extremely stressful. Luckily I made it to the last set of people to be let go, and was told I would be moved to the CSR role, worked that for 5 days and was let go again, 2 weeks later I was told that I was going to be starting a new position in Scottsdale, and worked there for almost another 3 months. They made all these promises and literally 1 week from my 6 months they let me go for good along with 5 other girls, not only did the do this right before our 6th month, they also did it on MOTHERS DAY - which is a Sunday and we were at home celebrating with our kids talk about ruining your Mothers Day. If all of that was not enough they also were shaving time off our checks if there was a day that I worked 8.12 hours they would take the additional .12 off of your hours. After being let go I had to ask them at least 8 times for them to send me a spreadsheet of the hours I worked so that I could see how much time was taken off, I am still having my accountant go through it.The way this company conducts business is completely appalling, I am now having issues with them getting me my W-2s a federal requirement for an employer. They claim they sent something to me at the beginning of December and that I either just did not see it or it was in my spam. I worked for GoDaddy for 5 years trust me I know how to find an email if it was ever sent and it was not. Looks like I may have to get the labor board involved after all because if you email them they have multiple people email you back and never truly listen to you.Like I said STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, the pay might look good but I am telling you it is a complete waste of time with the horrid things they pull!

Michelle from here was absolutely awesome. Even under the time crunch we were able to get all the paper work and procedures taken care of and I was able to start right on time. Completely professional, up front, and honest. I didnt even want to work in the industry she got me into, and I really enjoy my job and the pay is awesome. Would highly recommend Michelle and REMX to anyone!!

Remx was great. A little busy but I think for as many people they deal with on a daily they do a great job. I recently was hired for a company named McKesson. Now thats a huge company what they do for patients is awesome. Unfortunately, I cant say that their Supervisors are awesome. Anything but that. Theres a few good ones but I know that it is very discouraging when you have a question and your supervisor rolls their eyes at you. Its a very uncomfortable setting at times but REMX is awesome! I too have had issues with my recruiter (Summer) I was told that I would begin my job the following week after speaking with her in person. She said shed give me a confirming email when Id be starting. She told me it would be Monday Sept. 12, seeing I didnt get an email back I decided to go there myself and see if I was on the list for my training. I was informed that I wasnt on the list and told to speak with my recruiter. Summer brushed me off and told me Id start next week instead and said she would call me to confirm the date. Never received a call or an email. I didnt hear back from her until Sept. 21 asking if Id be interested in another job that paid a dollar more with the same hours as the last one she offered me. I told her I was interested and she told me shed put my name down to hold my spot and give me an email with more details. Its now Sept. 27 and I have yet to receive an email of these details let alone any contact from her. I was really looking forward to the positions she had offered since it works so well with my schedule. I watch my sisters three kids from 3:30pm to 2:00am while she goes to work. I was referred to Summer by my sister and even she had a hard time with her. I feel like working with her was a big waste of my time she really had me hooked waiting for a job. I have evey conversation we had as proof of being mislead. Would not recommend her to anyone!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO APPLY TO!! I applied over a month ago and was told I got the job I filled out all of my paperwork and was waiting for my drug screen paperwork. I EXPLAINED to my recruiter that my phone is broken and send it to a specific email which she never did she explained that she sent to the email I told her not to send it to... I figured I would reapply and try with another recruiter since mine was ignoring my calls and text!! When I noticed I wasnt getting any replies back I figured something was up then I received a text from Jerome to come in for a interview. After speaking to him about the position he told me that kat (which was my past recruiter) told him not to work with me I asked why and he explained that she said I can not pass a drug test which how would she know that if I never got the paperwork!!! Hermine then told me I can basically never get the job at McKesson because of kat every single person refused to give me a chance because of her ONE THING I CAN SAY IS THEY ARE THE MOS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER AND IF YOU EVER WORK WITH KAT SHE IS A WASTE OF TIME SHES GOING TO SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE EVERY TIME.....

Danielle was awesome. This is a great place to go if unemployed. Danielle knew the right job for me after talking to me for 5 or 10 min and she was right. I start my new job tomorrow. I couldnt be happier she is down to earth, professional, and efficient.

Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with Gloria D. She belittled me throughout the entire interview by suggesting that I would not be good for certain positions based on my clothing which was absolutely professional-she just did not seem to like the color. To me that is just ridiculous. She continuously made suggestions that I could not handle any jobs she was telling me about, basically discriminating against me. Gloria was simply there for a paycheck; she implied that the sooner I can start, the better because she makes commission off of how many people we hire in the next 2 weeks. I could not believe what I was hearing and she asked me questions that technically you couldnt for HR purposes. Do not go here to find any type of work, they only care about themselves, never about the people they are trying to help, which includes the companies they are contracting with.

My recruiter was Aisha. I would like to encourage people to please consider a different staffing agency. Aisha came highly recommended. When I went to the appointment, she said that she had just filled the position that would have been great for me the day before. Now, she knew that I was coming in, but she did not tell me about this position? Something just didnt sound right. I came all the way from near Chandler to the BIltmore for the interview. I applied for jobs that were basic, and of course, I was told that I did not meet the qualifications. I had to call Aishas boss and ask for a different recruiter. I would encourage people to please go with a different agency. RemX did NOTHING to help me find employment. Aishas boss said that she would call me back on Monday. I never received a call. In fact, I had to call, and then, I got the Sorry, but that job was given to someone else statement. I wasted my time with this agency. If you are in dire need of a position, do NOT waste your time with RemX. If you do elect to go with RemX, do not waste your time with Aisha. Immediately ask for a different recruiter.

I worked with Jessica Sanders, not as a co worker but as someone who needed help finding work, she was my recruiter. I read the review that Marie wrote and from my point of view Marie is a baby. Jessica has been great, and overall Remx has been great. They dont always have control over when an employer wants to actually hire. They cant force an employer to take on employees when they dont want to. Jessica has always answered my questions, and to be quite honest she doesnt seem to take the easy way out a lot of recruiters do when she does have to deliver bad news. She has called me to have to say that a certain contractor canceled for whatever reason, there was one in particular that canceled several times. It cant be easy to tell someone You dont have a job tomorrow when the reason they came to you was to look for work. Most recruiters I know will send you an email and let you go to voice mail when you call to find out what is going on. As of now I am working with that company, which is a fortune 17 company with great benefits and a lot of room for advancement. You really have to take a lot of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Its understandable that people are under stress and need work and look to people like Jessica for help, but at the end of the day slamming someone because you dont know how to have your question answered before coming in for an appointment is not Jessicas fault, neither is the fact that the employer who didnt want to hire for another month. It happens. It the way the market works. At least other options were given.

Jessica is a great recruiter and found me a job immediately! It was a pleasant interview process and the entire staff kept me updated as to what was going on. Nora prepared me so that when I went into the business interview I felt 100% comfortable and confident. I highly recommend RemX

So far so good. I have read a lot of very negative reviews of RemX on here. My experience has been great so far. My recruiter is Charise McClain and she has been wonderful. The process has been really smooth with the interview, testing, orientation and McKesson interview, which all happened in less than a week! However, my start date is 4 weeks out from initial interview with RemX, but hopefully this won’t be an issue. I keep reading that no one knows how long their contract is and that they can be let go without notice. Also that they get placed at a different position, with lower pay, than the one they were promised. Let’s hope this doesn’t happen to me, since there is so much time till my start date. I am counting on Charise to follow through with the professionalism she has shown thus far.

Where do I start I was given the run around with a hire date which is very unprofessional especially when you give a two weeks notice and they switch the hiring date three times! Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse the supervisors at Mckesson were so unprofessional and treat you with no respect they also play favoritism. On top of that you share a long table with one computer siting right next to people who are sick majority of the time I witnessed several employees passing out and getting sent to the hospital right one site! It’s a nightmare I thought I stick out and be grateful for the given opportunity. Things just kept getting worse I was constantly being treated horribly by the supervisors. they bully you and no one does anything it was so depressing I felt so worthless working there like I had no voice. I never called out I completed my work and was always on time and I was not respected at all I was over looked. I got switch to a horrible supervisor Chastain Scott it was a living nightmare I was excited to move to her team but several reps warned me it was the worst team to be on. I experienced work bullying and harassment by her later and reported her to Sarah Perez sending her a detailed email about the issues I was experiencing I was very respectful the entire time to my surprise one hour before my shift the next day after reporting her I was called and told my assignment had ended I asked was I fired they told me no my assignment had just ended and they were laying off reps. I put two and two together and I knew that it was more to the story then they were telling. My voice was silenced my cry for help to upper management went unheard it was like experiencing abuse and the abuser got away guilt free and everything was my fault I felt punished for speaking up. mind you this has happened to several reps they call it being black listed I didn’t believe it as call centers always have rumors and to my surprise they were right! This company has no integrity I expected More from this company especially with it being such a reputable company I’m very disappointed with my experience I would advise anyone to save your time and apply some where else!

I had a horrible experience with my new recruiter. I use this company before and my old recruiter was on top of things. I had job within a week thank you Jessica for being awesome.My new recruiter is always unavailable and left me a message where you can clearly know she was upset and frustrated the tone was nasty because I spoke to upper management in regards to her untimely response to any if my inquiry about job postingsI ask for another recruiter I was told no I have to keep the one I have upper management did call me back in regards to my complaint i didnt bothered to call back that recruiter left a bad impression on how they operate and treat people seeking jobs

Gloria D’Ambrisi is the best! Words cant describe how awesome she is. She was able to find me a position that matched my skill perfectly. I even had the opportunity to get hired on as an employee at my job and all thanks to her! I cant thank her enough! :)

I have been working with James Ingram and I have found he is easy and pleasant to work with. He is helpful answering all my questions. Even when he went on vacation he informed before he left of another associate who could help me.I am pleased working with James Ingram.

While on assignment, the field manager on site quit and I was not informed. Then, after my assignment abruptly ended, I was informed that my recruiter had quit as well. Its been 7 weeks and I have sent several emails, with resumes attached, to my new recruiter, but have not gotten a response. I loved my previous recruiter, Michelle, though. The present one, Summer, makes me not want to go through their agency. I did get paid on time and any time punch corrections that needed to be made were done so in a timely manner, where it never affected my pay.

I have absolutely loved working with RemX staffing, Jessica Sanders specifically. I have been with them as a contractor about 3 months now and not only have they been professional, quick to take care of things that are brought to their attention, and make it very easy to speak to them when needing clarification on things. I have had a pleasant experience with RemX Financial. My recruiter, James Ingram, has been great through out my time here. I had first made contact with him through email. I made an appointment to meet with him the next day, which was a Friday. I was probably in the initial interview for about an hour. James had found me quite a few opportunities but he said one in particular stood out. I was in an interview the next Monday and had a job by Wednesday. That was a year and a half ago and I have worked in the same position since. Everyone that I have had contact with at RemX has been helpful and friendly. James has always been available for me as far as any concerns or questions I may have. I recommend him to anyone I know looking for a job.

Everyone story seems to be the same , so I applied for few positions at remx . They had me come in sign paper work and take test ; i did Orientation and even took a badge picture, I did my drug test . I thought I had the position. Come Monday my recruiter Ryan hill tell me the position was fill. At this point am confused. Because she gave me a start date and shift time as well . She offer me another position but the rate was less , I had turn down other offers. I ask why didn’t she explain that there was a possibility that I wouldn’t have gotten the position no response. I filed a complaint after that I got an email stating that they could no longer help me . This is most unprofessional place ever , Iv heard story about them . I guess they are all true . They play with people lively hoods and that not okay . I was so upset because I been looking for a job .

I will never work or refer for remx again! I couldnt believe what a shady unprofessional agency this is. I had met for an interview with Myra who talked wacky 3 jobs, 2 which i was not interested in (one was a csr position) and another that i was extremely interested in. I waited weeks until i finally get a call back from her letting me know i got the job that i wanted! She then said Id get my work details asSoon as she gets them. Well i waited a week and nothing! I emailed, called, txt and nothing! I finally called the office and was told get supervisor will call me back (she never did) i then got a txt to go to orientation the following day which i did early, but as i sat down i noticed there were other people in the orientation too but thought nothing of it, it wasnt until i started to fill out the paperwork did o realize it had a completely different company than the one she told me hired me! I ask to see my recruiter and she comes and tells me that she never heard back from the company that hired me so she put this csr position as a back up WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH ME FIRST TO VERIFY ID BE OK WITH IT!!! I tell her im not comfortable because the pay is alot less than what Id take and the position sounds like a call center which is definitely a no for me! Well she sugar coated it and gave me her version of the job and promised me Id love the job and will get promoted very quickly and then said i know you need to start working right now so i was thinking of you which now i see was just a way to get me to agree, i told her to keep me updated If she ever hears back from the other company and she said she would. Well the following week i started and as i go in i noticed they did a mass hiring (red flags begin to ring) well ot wasnt until 3 days in that they finally begin to talk about the job and finally tell us IT IS A CALL CENTER POSITION!!!! i was livid!! The company and the agency sugar coated the position saying , its kind of like a call center but not really until they finally said it YES WE ARE A CALL CENTER. I called Myra and asked why she would do this and all she did was BLAMED ME! she took no responsibility, she did bit even attempt to maake it right, she showed absolutely no regret. All i was told was give my 2 weeks notice or wait to be promoted which was not guaranteed. I left right away and found a way better job that i actually love and get paid sooo much more! Dont trust them, they just want their commission and dont think about you and your needs.Oh and i wasnt the only person they did this too, i talked to a few other people with the same scenario!

RemX is great. My rep, Merry Berry, is always prompt with responding to my emails and returning my phone calls. She has even replied to concerns of mine on weekends. The position she found for me is honestly my favorite job I have ever had . . . and I am almost 58 years old! I highly recommend RemX.

These people emailed me for months to update my availability. I applied through their website multiple times for positions and not a single person ever reached out. Still getting emails though!

The only downfall was it took me 3 weeks to start but honestly wasnt a huge deal for me. Ive been a stay at home mom the last few years so i was in no hurry to leave my babies. Im only one week in on the job but so far it seems like a great company. Dawn has been very responsive and kept me in the loop at all times. No compaints.

I work this job for two months! I knew I was doing great job but went meeting after work and I was feeling something wrong so me and my co workers went and I see a lot people coming in like 200 or 300 people so they let everyone go without reason!!!! No didn’t ended the contract but they let us go but it gotta be reason to it!! Don’t ever come to this place ever again! Remx never tell you when contract finished, none my friends co worker knew either. Tempe location.

My recruiter that started my journey with Remx is James , he is very professional, helpful,and he makes sure you are going to the right path. Been with them for more than 2 months now and I havent had a problem. Staff is very fast to response to your emails, text , or calls . It you do everything correctly such as come on time , dont miss days , and do your work you will stay . Good company

Horrible experience, I had a recruiter email me about a position demanding that I show up tomorrow, telling me what I am going to be paid (minimum wage by the way), that I have to take a test, two interviews, and that I need to respond immediately. Rude, no customer service, horrible standards that this company has, and they obviously do not do any research about individuals or industries, let alone a business. Summer was the recruiters name. Secondly, I noticed that this staffing company is across town for a position that theyre hiring for in Mesa.Soooooo, I have to come and interview with a person in Phoenix for a job that pays minimum wage just so that I can have this said recruiters permission to interview at the actual place of employment, and for minimum wage. WTF, come to the light Summer, lol !!!!

Remx as a company is good and I had a great recruiter that tried to help me as best as she can Gloria is her name. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of mckesson they cut my contract within 3 weeks for no reason what’s so ever and could never get a good explanation on why it was cut I showed up everyday and on time McKesson’s training was dumb but remx is an alright company

I have had a great experience here. I started working for a great company but I had to leave due to medical reasons and once I was able to come back Gloria has helped me immensely. I am still employed through RemX because where I am currently is a year to become permanent but its ok with me. Thank you Gloria for all of your help .

This is place acts like they know whats going on, but dont. They are unprofessional and you have to HOUND them to get any answers to anything. Youd be better off going some place else for employment.

My recruiter was Matt. Initially I went in and had my interview with him, he was very nice and explained the positions thoroughly. I took the assessment to see which position would be best for me and I did great on the test and qualified for all 3 positions. I did paperwork and all that jumbo, I got my card and walked out. I later on received emails regarding my drug screening the normal process. Now since Friday I have been trying to get in touch with Matt, I sent an email Friday and an email yesterday morning requesting an update on at least my drug screen and I have yet to hear from him. I mean a simple reply would be nice, I am in need of a job and this is just wasting my time. Luckily I have interviews elsewhere or else id probably be waiting for who knows how long for a response. The recruiters and people at remx are nice but they need to start being a bit more attentive to the people they are helping find a job.

Love my job. However I was terminated after being crossed trained and told I was doing amazing. Then they had no idea why I was terminated and still havent given me work after almost 6 months.

HORRIBLE service I was interviewed and hired for the QA position for CIOX and was told to look for a start date in my email after a week went by i could not get a hold of my interviewer Rebecca at all and had to reach out to the manager. After speaking with the manager he told me training classes were canceled for this position. wasted my time when i could have been looking elsewhere would NOT recommend using this agency

I was referred to Jessica Sanders at Rem X staffing for employememt. Jessica was very professional and thorough and explained to me this is a temp to hire. I asked all the questions and she answered all my questions and made it clear to me. I understood that if I work hard and come to work everyday, I have a greater chance or being hired on or be placed in another available project once my project is done. I did my research and completely understood. I have friends who went through Rem X and are now employed because they worked hard and showed up everyday. I am confident in my work ethic so I accepted an opportunity. Jessica helped find the best fit for me based on my knowledge and experience. She followed up with me periodically to make sure everything was ok and I that showed me she really cares for our success. I have referred others to her and she has helped my referrals with opportunities as well. I will definitely refer qualified people to her in the future.
