Pros - Sanitary. Provided instruction on ear care. Cecilia was great.Cons - Horrible manager (at least Im assuming she was the manager)Cecilia was very patient while we all made sure our daughters (5 years old) placement was just right in both ears. After we got it just right, she and her manager pierced her ears at the same time (our mistake, we shouldnt have done this and just let Cecilia to both individually). Cecilia was spot on. The manager was way off. Our daughter didnt even flinch. When we noticed the miss, Cecilia was apologetic, but the manager was in total denial.First, the manager tried to act as if she didnt miss, but that the mark on our daughters ear SOMEHOW MOVED AFTER THE PIERCING. Like a dot from a marker can just walk itself across her earlobe by its own free will.Second, instead of offering the slightest form of apology and any sign of remorse, she just nonchalantly says, Kids heal quickly.Third, when we came back two days later, the same two girls were there. When the manager took at a look at the piercing SHE DID, she admitted the the hole was clearly off the mark and that there is no way she could have possibly performed that piercing - trying to discredit any accountability on her part for screwing up!Come to find out, Cecilia tried working with the manager to offer some sort of concession to make up the the managers botched job, but the manager refused to offer anything.So two lessons if you plan on going here:1. Go to Cecilia2. Pierce one ear at a timeLesson to the business:1. Find a more mature, responsible, professional, and emotionally intelligent manager - like Cecilia!

Lots to choose from, very nice employee

This was by far the worst ear piercing experience I’ve had. Me and my girlfriend took our daughters in to get their ears pierced. The manager was so flustered trying to pierce my daughters ears she had to hand it over to her employee. After they got the earrings through they were unable to get the back of the earring detached from the gun so my daughter was sitting there screaming as they were trying to get it off. My girlfriend hesitantly decided to go next. She’s holding her daughter on her lap and both employees were going to do one ear each so both ears could be pierced at the same time. Once again the manager was unable to do it because she was so flustered. The other girl did the one ear and when she went to do the other ear realized there was no earring loaded in the gun. As my gf is waiting for them to reload the gun to do the other ear she realizes they have used the wrong earrings!! The one was already in so it was too late to change earrings now. They were able to get the second earring in. My girlfriend brought it to their attention that The earrings they had used were not the ones she picked out. The manager proceeded to argue with her telling her that those were the earrings that she picked out and tries to show us in the case where they were. I started to become upset because now not only have they made a mistake but they are blaming it on us. That’s when her assistant pulled out the earrings that my girlfriend had picked out and they begin to apologize. They offered no refund just a discount on another pair of earrings. So as if that wasn’t bad enough.... Now here it is five days later and I lay my daughter down to change her and realize her earring is gone! It fell out. My daughter is 7 months old. It’s not like she’s being wild and hanging off trees. Clearly their earrings aren’t secure for it just to fall out 5 days later. I called the store because there is a warranty on the earrings and they tell me they cannot do anything about a missing earring it has to be a defective earring. They need the post. Seriously!! I paid $80 to have the worst ear piercing experience and five days later tomhace the earring fall out; and they can’t do anything about it. NEVER GO HERE! Terrible customer service. The manager has no idea what she’s doing! And if anything goes wrong it’s not their fault and they won’t reimburse you. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but this place is just bad!

My daughter went here, (Pagoda) and got her ears pierced twice. The first time, they messed it up and one of her ears got PERMANENTLY scarred!! But when she got them repierced at Pagoda, they did an excellent job and were very nice and gave us tips about taking care of her earrings! I dont remember the girls name who messed the first piercing up, but I remember the girls who repierced my daughters ears. They were : Cecilia and Svetlana. If you happen to get either one of these girls to pierce your ears, I PROMISE, you will be in good hands.
