Located in Phoenix the is a warehouse open to the public. Mostly everything is in Spanish but its merchandise is just as American as can be.. It reminds me of a Costco or Sams Club ..

This place is a big disappointment. They never opened. And no one had audacity yo come out and tell us anything.

Shame on this company! You were not there for your community in a desperate time of need.

Parking lot full of cars, signs everywhere that theyre closed. Theyre probably hoarding all of Arizonas toilet paper. Potros advertises on their FB page and website but isnt there for their community in time of need. You have failed!

I tried going to this place twice already and there doors are closed with a sign saying they are “out of water/ toilet paper. And when I got there I noticed they where unloading a truck full of toilet paper and water. I asked the guy if they where opened and he tells me “no” it’s a big scam they are hoarding all the toilet paper and water!!!

The owner just refused hundreds of people what kind of business man are you this is a time we need u most

If i could i would give them No stars at all. The ladies are super super rude with clients. They are NOT capable of serving, or answering any comments or guest questions. They are always misinforming the prices of items and untrustworthy. They shouldnt be in business if they do NOT know how to treat customers. I do not recommend this pace at all dont even bother.If I could give you no stars I would give you nothing. The women who serve customers have lousy character. They do not know how to address customers or how to treat them. If they dont know how to give information or how to treat people, they dont have a business or dont hire people who dont know how to be professionals. Or if you are in your days better DO NOT go to work, period. So as not to see their long face. I do not recommend this place because you can find these things elsewhere without seeing bad faces.
