Last night I broke down in Buckeye,Arizona in my Big Rig. I contacted Professional Towing & Recovery. A young Lady named Sasha quoted me a fair Price and Nick Conroy The Heavy Tow Truck Driver called me. He Suggested that we unhook the Trailer from the Tractor then Tow only the Tractor to a Local Truck Stop. He was there@ my location within an hour. He Detached the Tractor from the Trailer in no time. He Towed my Tractor with failed Brae & Air with no Problem. He parked my Tractor in a Safe location at the Local Truck Stop with ease. I would recommend anyone who needs a Tow for Medium or Heavy Duty including RVs to call Professional Towing & Recovery who offers 24 Hour services. And Their Response time and Prices are on Point. Leo the driver that came out to move our barn was AWESOME!! He drove the truck so safe and was very professional. He took pride in his job to do the best.He wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. He was very nice and helpful. He went over and beyond his job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our 20 foot bus was stuck in downtown on the weekend - we had called several towing companies that supposedly can tow buses and most were not available to tow on the weekend. We had one company come out and once they got out here, they couldnt do it. Once Professional Towing came out, we felt at ease at how professional they were. You could tell that the tow driver knew exactly what he was doing - he was courteous, knowledgeable, and, again - professional. The payment was fair and the payment process was simple. The bus was towed home, we fixed it, and is back on the streets - thanks!

I got a flat tire is a dangerous part of Phoenix. Ty (#19) was there in under 30 minutes. He changed my tire in minutes and even offered to teach me how to do it on my own for the future. After placing my spare on, he then drove over to the gas station and filled the spare with air. He then gave me advice not drive over 40 mph to save my spare. I had to go on the freeway to get to the exit street I needed. He followed behind me to make sure I was safe and to make sure no one gave me a hard time for driving 40 on the freeway for a few miles. Ty was professional and pleasant! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Ive used Professional Towing & Recovery services in the past via our roadside insurance. I may have to change that in the future. Driving +15 mph over posted limited with nearly 15,000 of gross vehicle weight is a bad combo. Throw in a little Road Rage, and it becomes a scary scenario. Obviously, the tow driver on Happy Valley Road and 51st Ave this morning (5/26) is more concerned about himself than the safety of the children on the sidewalks and other motorist. Reckless driving is self-centered behavior that reflects poorly upon a business, the owners and managers that set the tone.

Late night heroes! Geico sent these guys out last night to tow my Navigator when I got a flat out on a security detail.. Great dispatcher ! Took fabulous directions to help driver find me. She was awesome polite and funny. Rock star driver that took awesome car of my truck. I will be requesting this company for all my local towing in the future. Hands down great experience!!!

Watched this business on a TikTok live today. They are very shady, refused a lady her car and made her wait all day until police came. I didn’t see what happened on the live after that :( but definitely not a business I would recommend. The employee wasn’t making sense. I love watching TikTok it brings awareness to issues. I love watching Jamie and Christina on TikTok and this live was poppin!

I was a bit surprised before reaching this companys information for service, several other companies went to personal cell phones with filled inboxes. I was really frustrated but I finally got an actual person on the phone with Profesional Towing! The operator was friendly and I got service quickly. The driver went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys! I highly recommend!

This company will lie to your face to convince you that you arent being scammed. Any and all five star reviews should be disregarded as this company exists solely to extract money from people down on their luck and who would otherwise be better off having never interacted with the unscrupulous, immoral, unkind people of Professional Towing. The city police should be ashamed of contracting them thus harming the very people they are meant to be helping.

They have reckless drivers on the road that cant even drive when they dont have a load. And as an added bonus they also have some roadrage which caused them to almost hit another car since they were trying to cut cars off. Called their management team but the drivers do this because they know management wont care until they actually cause a full on accident. They cant seem to read either since I already mentioned that I spoke with their management team. They didnt care.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had an appointment to have my car towed, and no one showed up. I called the office and they said the driver was called to an emergency and he’d be there in 30 minutes tops. I wait another 30 minutes and still no tow truck. I call the office again to be told the exact same story and he’d be here in 30 minutes tops. This is unacceptable when there was an appointment scheduled ahead of time. I get another call 20 minutes later from the tow truck asking if I still want the tow. Of course I still want the tow. He then tells me he’s 40 minutes away from the location. This is now 2 hours past my appointment time and still no tow truck. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pleasure dealing with this tow company all my possessions was still in my vehicle although my van didnt start they still brought out my vehicle out to me with no extra charge what a relief!

Besides a almost 2 hour wait time which should have been 1 hour, our driver Kay was phenomenal. Kay went above and beyond to accommodate our needs to conpisate for lost time!

Horrible response time, one hour turned into three. Then, the driver dropped my car off in my NEIGHBORS driveway. I called them to fix it, and its been going on three hours and they still havent come. Was contracted thru GEICO, who refuses to help.Stay away.

Professional Towing was great. I needed emergency roadside assistance after my parked car was hit while I was at work and they were there within 20 minutes when it was late at night and on a week day. I dont think Ive ever had a towing company show up in less than an hour before. I apologize that his name escapes my memory but I know that it started with a G. Not only was he prompt, but he was professional, helpful, and extremely kind. I also used them for towing my car to the collision center the next day and Cody called me to make sure my car was going to the correct place. Cody caught the mistake and told me which center he thought my insurance company actually meant. Without him, it might have been sent to the incorrect place by my insurance company! Hopefully I wont need towing services for quite some time but if I do, I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

The driver dropped my car off in the driveway of the wrong house. Two hours later, they still havent come to fix it. Awful.

I paid $100 because the drive did not have $5 change. To get my truck tow 10-15 ft from my assigned parking spot just because my son broke my key on the outside of my door. They over charged me at the end of the night. I wait for hour for the tow truck to come

Omar came out to unlock my car...for some reason my car wasn’t responding how it should...I would’ve given up after the first 20 attempts but Omar stayed at it for over an hour and didn’t give up till he got it open! Best service I’ve ever had!!!

LEO you are a true rock star I had a flat tire stuck on the corner of Baseline and Priest in Tempe after a long night at work you came right away and instead of rushing the tow to Firestone you calmed me down (first time flat tire ) and took your time to look over the tire come to find out it just needed some air by doing that it gave me time to call around for quotes on a tire and what works for my budget. Huge shout out to Tim and Professional Towing! I needed emergency roadside service, and Geico contacted another towing company. I had to keep calling, eventually I gave up, and Geico called Professional. They arrived on time, and Tim was friendly, helpful, and took great care. Definitely recommend!

Dead battery in my semi truck at 1am I called Professional Towing and Samantha dispatched Scott to get me going, they were both very helpful and professional, I was only charged $105 for the late night service call which is very reasonable,
