My husband & I made an appointment with Jake Holtman. We had insurance through Progressive but it kept getting more & more expensive. We were actually spending around $900 dollars a month on insurance!!! We just couldnt afford it!!! So, we met with Jake and he was wonderful!! Just switched back to StateFarm from Progressive and got a letter that my policy was being cancelled. I was with state farm for something like 22 years and Progressive for 14 months. I have zero accidents in the last 10 years, zero moving violations ever and a high credit score.Chris Maxwell (see review name below) was the rep and so far he has 1. Spelled my name wrong 2. Not responded to emails for a week + at a time (I signed up June 27, I am writing this 8/5) claiming to be on vacation (this has happened 2x since June 27). Didnt update my AZ DL info right away and signed me up for some transmitter thing I didnt want.Ive asked for renters insurance twice and got nothing.I am on the phone with StateFarm right now and they cannot figure it out. Please choose a different StateFarm agent and spare yourself this drama.
