Went to this location after another similar company closer to my home closed a half hour early. I was able to get my son his license in less than forty minutes. The staff was lovely, professional, and knowledgeable.

This place does literally everything. They even have a BTC ATM. Im fairly certain I saw that they also sell transit passes!The woman who helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, and was just overall super nice. Ill definitely come here to update my license next time.

April is the rudest. There is no asking questions. You don’t get to the counter before she rudely tells you “what’s your name, we didn’t call you. The lobby is closed”. Worst experience ever. She has no people skills and should not be in a customer service role. She has a “God” complex acting like she is almighty! To have people wait in their vehicles in 117 degree heat is in humane. They should be fined for this!! DO NOT go there. HORRIBLE!!!

I had a fantastic experience getting my 21 and over ID here. There was no line and they were open 24/7. Apparently they can do almost anything the DMV can, and at no upcharge.

I had to visit the location for a DL renewal and worked with an employee named Adele. The service provided was incredible, very professional, and amazing attention to detail.Was not the type of interaction or experience I would expect at a license location. She did a great job!

The best thing about this place is you get a wait forever like the DMV but then pay a fee to do it

I was selling my truck to a guy driving down from Sedona and on the way, they got stuck in terrific from an accident, we showed up at 8:50pm like jerks, but they still helped us like professionals. I didnt get the gentlemans name that did the transfer, but he was awesome. Thanks again, guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You wouldnt expect to be wowed at a motor vehicle department, but this visit was impressive. You signed in on a device with your cell phone number (or not, if you dont own one) and have to wait outside. You text S for status of your wait time or M if your wait is so long that you had to run a quick errand and need more time to return. When your place in line is called they text you with your window number or come outside until they find you.This was a really great experience and they do what they do to protect your safety. If you needed a photo ID they actually retake your picture if you didnt like it. Seriously, who does that? A gem of employees, thats who.A big thank you to all the people who work here for providing a quick painless experience.

Go somewhere else. No one in the lobby, yet employees standing around and still asked to wait in my car. Ill just go to the DMV itd be faster.

The Auto License Services is inside the Cash & More building, so dont be confused. The building doesnt have a sign on it, but the pillar in the parking lot does.Needed new plates because we moved from out of state. We were there maybe 30 minutes, so it was super quick.We got the manager, so everything was fine, but the rest of the staff needs to be better trained, so make sure to double check every VIN number and license plate number to ensure accuracy.

After the wait in line (wait in your car until you receive text) the actual service was quick and easy. The clerk was nice. No problems at all.

I was in and out very quickly, and was helped by an amazing representative. I would highly recommend going to them. I use the services to cash checks, western unions, and take care of any MVD issues without all the stress of the dmv lines.

We tried calling earlier and no one picked up. So we gather the documents google said we necessary to get instruction permit and drive. When we get there u sign in and then have to wait in the car (even tho there is no one there at all). They finally text us to go in only to find out that in the whole state of arizona, you cant get and instruction permit on a sunday. But the rest of the week u can.

If I could give 0 I would. Literally worthless workers that dont even know how to say their own name. They just simply do not know what they are doing.

The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. Any (and all) of our questions were answered, clearly, with ease, and in a manner that we could understand what she was saying. If you are in a wheelchair, the best entrance to use is on the south side of the building. A good thing to remember is they THEY REQUIRE EVERYONE TO CHECK IN BY TEXTING YOUR NAME TO THE NUMBER POSTED INSIDE. ONCE YOURE CHECKED IN BY TEXT YOU MUST WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL THEY CALL/TEXT YOU TO COME BACK IN BECAUSE THE LOBBY FOR THE MVD SERVICES IS TECHNICALLY CLOSED. MASKS/FACIAL COVERINGS ARE ALSO REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Best DMV experience Ive ever had. Took 2 hours to get in, but even with them being short staffed it was faster than the dmv. Really nice employees who helped us walk through the whole process of licensing and registering in AZ.

New kiosk sign in is a joke. Customer service is very poor they take forever place was almost empty they had 4 customers inside. They will make you wait outside on this heat. I was waiting inside my car with ac on for an hour I decided to leave half hour later received text that Im next in line. Wont be coming back to this location.

If I could give them 0 I would. Everytime I go in here they are rude and disrespectful. Today I was given advise not to put a sell date on the transfer bill of sale. They said so the buyer can put a date in there when they are ready to transfer it so they dont get a fee. Not right. They have 15 days. And its that way for a reason. They are full of misinformation and when I called them out on it they kicked me out. This place is dirty and the people are dirtier.

I bought a used car and we were there to transfer the ownership...I had everything they ask me for ...whe I asked a question the Hispanic girl on window 5 was nothing but rude...I ask for her name and she said they dont provide no names including their supervisor...horrible service...no one has name tags....wonder why...will definitely complain with MVD first thing Monday morning...I called it play @ your own risk

Very poor customer service. Windows are empty , people sitting in their car waiting. Man run out from behind the counter after I signed in and yelled at me to wait outside. Nobody else was in the lobby. I left. Don’t need anybody to yell at me

I use the DMV services to renew my registration. I know some of their competitors will give you your plate sticker right when you pay for it. This place makes you wait to receive them in the mail. The service was okay, took a long time to be able to get seen. The sign-in process is very confusing everybody that was walking in the door had a problem understanding it. inside the place felt a little dirty did not see them cleaning up after anyone. They make you wait outside the building in the summer heat until your name is called. Overall decent service, dont think I will be back here though.

The wait was not long but they need to tell you a head of time if you are coming from a different state that you need your driving records.

Great place like a DMV. They help you with what they can and they are quick.When you come in you must check in my texting and wait outside till the next available teller. They will send you a text when they are ready.

I was able to get my tags & registration after not being able to get in @ my local DMV. Yes you have to wait in your car until your called back in, but was worth the wait. They were very professional and helpful. Thank you for all your hard work during these trying times.

Bought a duplicate drivers license, they sent it to the wrong address then told me I have to travel 100 miles just to take my picture or Ill be charged again, this place makes its own rules and prices BEWARE

Do not use this place, supervisor was rude and arrogant. They failed to input information I gave to them and my drivers license was almost suspended plus they charged me for a fine that the main MVD office could not verify and refused to return the money even though I still had the receipt. I filed a complaint with AZDOT and am filing a civil lawsuit against them. Use at your own risk!

This place is great. Went tonight to get my kids permit. Paperwork and test done prior to arrival at 730pm. In and out in less than 10 minutes. The girl that waited on us was 5 star service. Highly recommend..

I waited over 1 hour just so I could be told at the window that i needed my birth certificate in order to get my Drivers license. Clerk didnt care. Terrible service

This was my 1st time to DMV at 19th and bell road in North Phoenix… I come from Oregon, and my experience with DMV is not very good to say the least.This particular DMV just set a new world record from the time I entered the building to the time I left was less than 20 minutes fastest I have ever been to A DMV in my whole life.

Friendly Staff and Great Service. They made the process of dealing with my license/registration a breeze. The day time manager in particular was incredibly gracious and extra helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with prompt friendly service. I was expecting the typical “poor DMV attitude”, but was surprised by all the help and smiles I received. I wish more states allowed 3rd party vendors to handle their Licensing business.

Update to previous review. Received plate and registration for a vehicle title I transfered two weeks ago at this location, and received a registration showing my vehicle is a trailer! The staff at this location are not qualified to be doing this work. Not sure how Im going to have this fixed, but Im sure it will be another 2 hr waist of time.

Normally i have horrible experiences at these places, but lets be extra clear, if you do research beforehand and have everything you need prepared to do the task. Its super simple and a breeze

I thought it would be more difficult to get my realID because of covid and everything, but it only took me like 15-20 minutes. You check in via text then wait outside/ in your car for a text to come back in to the next available window

My mom was unable to cash her covid Native American fund. The lady wouldnt listen to my mom when she said that the Tribe is at Sundance which is a holiday on the reservation.

Took the road test late in the day, last minute. Passed my road test and was in and out! I didnt get the instructors name, but she was awesome! 🙂

Not professional,bad service!!I bought a car from California and I wanted to transfer the title on my name ,and the girl there kept asking me why do I have bill of sale..

We stopped in here to get our licenses, titles, registrations, and license plates as we just moved here. We found out that we were missing a couple pieces of information. We hurried home and grabbed it. We travelled back here and were able to do both licenses and one of the license plates. I was still missing information, but they showed me where to go and what to do. The gals in the office were all friendly, helpful, and polite. This was a great MVD experience and even though there were hiccups, I’m still impressed and happy with the way things went. I went back a couple days later and I was able to get everything squared away quickly.
