Initially Cox Cable had provides us the wrong equipment for our setup. After exchanging it for the right equipment, I was unable to figure out how to set it up to wok properly. Steve , the technician, arrived on time as scheduled and was able to quickly solve my problem. He was very professional, competent, courteous and charged me what I considered to be a very fair price for a service call. Overall it was a very pleasant experience which is rare when it comes to dealing with technical telecommunication issues.

I am in the middle of a backyard remodel. I reached out to Lanza to see about getting some speakers installed as I had used them to install the surround sound when I moved into the house. They were very responsive and able to get out to review the project and get a quote in a very timely manner. After reviewing the quote, I decided to go with the speakers and do the rest of the quoted/recommended work in the spring. The guys at Lanza always look to make sure you are getting the best out of the products you are looking to have installed. They were very accommodating and ordered the speakers the next day. To my surprise, they actually arrived overnight and I am able to get them installed earlier than I thought. This was a great surprise. I look forward to working with them to get the rest of the upgrade done in the near future.

Im not a review writer however I am very happy with Lanza AV. We had them out to upgrade our WIFI as we were tired of the run-around from Cox. We were getting 35megs and after the install, we are getting 700 without paying cox any more a month. Side bonus, they organized my wires. Thank you guys!

I cant speak highly enough for Lanza AV. Scott, Keith, Adam, and the entire team are awesome. This is the second time Ive used them. This time with surround in the great room and master bedroom, whole house music, lighting control, and central wiring for all components neatly tucked away. They are professional, clean, and timely. Each of them go out of their way to make sure their clients are completely satisfied. I dont hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking for audio/video installation. And I highly recommend having them install the Savant system to control everything. I cant wait until my backyard landscape and pool are complete so that they can add that to the controls. Our company was looking to install some security cameras in our business and my boss highly recommends Scott who hes hired on a separate occasion. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. The installation of the cameras were quick and Scott was kind enough to walk us through step by step the use and installation of the computer software and the phone app. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Lanza did a great job installing my flat screen TV above our fireplace and calibrating our new sound system. Their installers came on time and were very professional. Scott explained the whole process before he started and completed the work in about 2 and a half hours. They even made sure to vacuum up the drywall mess before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Lanza AV provided another successful install of my new 65 inch LED TV, as well as totally tuning up the TV and home theater system. Have used Lanza in the past with good results. Had another project and Scott is a great guy to work with but Justin is not. When I mentioned getting additional bids, he wrote back with a good luck with your project and were booked through the end of the month. His arrogant attitude certainly came through the e-mail and therefore I went with another cheaper company and will not use Lanza again.

They did a great job of installing my home automation system that connect all my technology into one simple to control system. I am also able to build upon what I have and change things for the future in case I want to add or change my mind. The selection, installation and service was fantastic. They did a great installtion job, very quickly and worked around my schedule. Everything works great as it should and whenever I have a question on how to do something (not very often becasue its so simple) they respond immediately.

I had them come out and hang 3 TV for my company. They were very professional. Had 1 issue with install and the guys worked as hard as they could to get it resolved. I would recommend them for your next job.

I hired Lanza for a security system which was a big mistake. It took excessive amounts of time on multiple occasions and they still couldnt get the job done. I had to hire a professional to adequately complete the job. Lanza is extremely incompetent and overpriced. They even charged me three times as much for the exact alarm system that I could have purchased off of amazon for a third of the price. They tried to charge me $900 for the exact alarm system that could be purchased for $325.

Steve came out and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for our wall mounted tv and relocating the cable box, dvd player, and security dvr behind the wall so all you see is the tv. The installers, Chad and Brandon, came out for 3 days to run all the cables through the hot attic for the cable service, internet, speaker, and security camera wires. Everything works great and the company was professional, on-time, considerate, and experts in their jobs. I highly recommend Lanza AV
