I would definitely recommend A-Z Air Duct very professional & responsive. My air ducts are clean, they took each vent off cleaned it & placed it back.

Good service, great rates, but I suggest neighbors asking for joint quotes to maybe lower the original cost of individual sales. I did just that, the cost was very affordable, techs showed me before, and after photos. Clean techs with experience in their field.

I would highly recommend A to Z Air Duct. They cleaned my dryer vent and did a great job. Very professional and reasonably priced. Very timely and even called when they were on the way.

This review is from the services performed in June 2021. I purchased what they called as Gold package and included all my air ducts as well as the dryer vent for $250. When the person arrived at my house I was told that I also have 2 return vents and it would cost extra. I ended up paying $436. Couple of weeks later my dryer stopped working and the technician told me that my dryer went was clogged. I immediately contacted these guys and they agreed to show up on July 10th and do the services on the dryer vent.When nobody showed up on Jul 10th I called them back today (July 12th) and they responded by saying that we do not work on Saturdays and hence nobod showed up (Then how did you give me an appointment for a Saturday?) Also, the added that the money I paid ($436) did not include the dryer vent cleaning from behind the dryer. It only included the dryer vent cleaning from the top of the roof( How in the world will I know that?) And they asked for another $120 to come out and clean my dryer vent (Their website itself states $99 for the dryer vent cleaning).Overall, they did agree that they left out my dryer vent and will send someone back and later they began asing for more money and denied to show up unless I pay them another $120. Also, the owner was absolutely rude on the call.NOT Recommended at all !! Youll find more proffesional folks around your area !!

The technicians showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and thorough. They explained to me everything they did, why they do it, and what the end result was. They made sure to clean up after the work was done and discarded all of the trash - that guy can vacuum! I would highly recommend this company for vent/dryer vent cleaning!

We have been living in our home for nearly 3 years and I realized we had never checked the dryer vents during that time. I called several different duct cleaning companies and this was the only one who didnt require a visit out prior to giving me a quote. One flat rate and that was that. Frank was very responsive, I heard within one day after putting my information through their website. We were able to schedule my cleaning for the following week with no issues. Both gentlemen who did the service knocked on my door right at 9 am, and they were done by 930. They left our laundry room how they found it and did a great job at following social distancing and safety precautions while in my home. If you need a simple dryer vent cleaning, but with great and timely customer service, these are your guys!

The 2 men that came out were very professional, wore their masks the entire time, and were very sweet and polite. They even gave me some tips for moving forward. I will definitely use this service again! Recommend 100%

Service itself was fine, but the moment the workers turned on their vacuum to clean out the dryer vent, the lights to part of my house went out. Several breakers were tripped, and two of them wouldnt come on. The workers tried to help me get them on, but ultimately left with them not functioning. I had to have an electrician come out and replace them, as they were damaged.I called the office for A-Z and explained what happened. The guy immediately blew me off and said they never had any problems before and it was probably a coincidence (which is a lie, because I see a review from 2 years ago where they had the exact same problem). I told him I thought that was very unlikely, since it happened at the exact moment that they turned the vacuum on. He said they would have their quality control person inspect the equipment and call me back the next day. They never called back. I guess the customer is always wrong, as far as these guys are concerned. They lost a potential lifetime customer.

Frank is very nice. From the first call I made to get a rough estimate of pricing to sending employees back out a second time to do the dryer vent which I had forgotten to mention when they were doing the ducts. Eric was very efficient and informative.

I was referred to AZ Air Duct by my HVAC repairman. They were prompt amd explained everything they do prior to scheduling. The team arrived on time and were thorough in the cleaning process. I was expecting the fee to be higher than it was, which was a nice surprise. We will use them again and refer those we know as well.

Eric came out and did a great job, very knowledgeable was able to answer all our questions. Very courteous and most of all cleaned up very well after everything was completed. Pretty fair with the price as well thank you very much for your great outstanding service! We will definitely refer.👍

Service as described by the technicians was great but I was told on the phone by Frank that getting this service done would help air flow in the room that was significantly warmer than the rest of the house and the problem still remains.Good service for what the technicians explained but technicians and sales team were not on same page offering up different information.

The business details say you can get an online estimate, but there is no online estimate, just a notice that they have to physically inspect your property before they can provide a estimate. Dont lie to your customers before they even become your customers.

Service tech was professional and courteous. Dryer vent was in horrible condition due to the vent being extremely long and not cleaned on a preventative schedule. Service tech was here for about 2 hours attempting to free the clogged wet lint. After testing he was not satisfied and continued to clean using a blower until the vent worked great. It is amazing how quickly our clothes dry now. Very satisfied customer.

We had a wonderful experience with the two team members that came yesterday to evaluate our ducts. They were professional, courteous and clean (they cleaned up every ounce of dust, etc . . . after they finished their work). They utilized a scope-like camera to take a look at our ducts and showed me the video in progress, so that I felt like I saw and understood everything myself. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing duct work!

3 individuals arrived promptly when scheduled. When they arrived, they did not have shoe covers and I had to ask them about it. One had a shirt with a different name embroidered on it than he used to introduce himself. They retrieved the shoe covers from the van and wore them as requested. I had more than 20 vents and a dryer duct cleaned. They did well protecting surfaces and cleaning up after themselves.I had a new washer and dryer and all new hoses installed less than a week ago. When they moved the washer and dryer to clean the dryer vent, they turned off the water that feeds the steam function on the dryer and never turned it back on. They also shoved the dryer back into place without care or concern for the new vent hose. it was loose and not placed properly for good air flow.They left lights on throughout the house and even left a large extension cord plugged in.I addressed all of these concerns with them before they left and they corrected them.The reason for the 2 star rating, beyond everything above, is that the interior fan on my second floor air conditioning system has not worked properly since they left yesterday. For the price, I expected better.

A-Z Air Duct are true professionals. Frank provided a duct cleaning quote and details on what theyll do. He was clear and concise without up-selling of other services. The price was fair and agreed upon upfront.On the scheduled day, the staff arrived on time and were courteous. They validated the number of outlets and confirmed the price before they started. They cleaned my ducts all the way through with a huge vacuum and not just within arms reach of an outlet. A day after, I already noticed a huge improvement in air quality as my furniture dont accumulate a layer of dust as quickly.There were automated email confirmations throughout the process (even though some got into my spam mail - thanks Gmail!).I highly recommend these guys.

Frank was fantastic describing our options and keeping us updated on scheduling. When two workers came to do the work, Kevin was very thorough and explained to my wife exactly what was going to happen. While I was at work, she felt comfortable as the Kevin and their crew. This was great, as she had prior experience with another duct cleaning company that wasnt positive. We also did the Dryer clean out option - as it was great (and a little scary) how much lint they removed. We are so glad we chose AZ Air Duct before moving into our new, now clean home!

Great company if you are in the market for having your air ducts cleaned. Was hesitant to make the call but when I spoke to Frank and he explained everything they were going to do and the price would not change when they got here. They cleaned all ducts and vents washed everything and left me smelling good through out the house. Josh and Michael were very professional and super, super friendly. They explained what they would do and how long it would take. Did excellent work. I am very picky about work ethic and customer service and getting the best for what I pay for and this company was the best!!!

Mike and Sean were fantastic! They were extremely thorough and detailed, with great consideration for our cats with the machinery. We had our ducts and dryer exhaust cleaned by AZ Air Duct because I smelled a dusty odor coming from the air ducts when the air conditioner first turned on. Brian and Kevin were polite, hard working and efficient and careful to drape areas under the ducts as well as clean up any loose debris that fell on the floor. Now the air coming from the ducts smells clean and fresh. We are pleased with their work and will recommend AZ Air Duct to others.

I cant speak to how well the job was done, since I never really saw the air ducts or ran the air before the air duct cleaning was done. What I can speak to is the service. My guy was Joe, and he was punctual, friendly, and helpful. I ran the air a couple days after he came and it was smooth and there was not any dust or debris that I know of coming through. They were a lot cheaper than Sears, who I was originally going to go with, and I always spoke on the phone with a human instead of some automated machine.

I have been thinking of having my air ducts cleaned for quite sometime now because I started to notice more dust in my home. Well last weekend I went to the Home and Garden Show and saw their booth so I started talking to Gabe. I gave him my info and the very next day made an appointment to have the work done, along with my dryer vent.Bryan and Kevin showed up right on time and got right to work. They were very professional and nice and even showed me pictures of my vents. What was the biggest shock was my dryer vent. You wouldnt believe what came out of it. They put drop cloths down as to not make a mess and even finished earlier than normal. Since I own a Housecleaning business I have to tell you I was embarrassed that I didnt have it done sooner. No wonder my home had been dustier than normal. I highly recommend AZ Air Duct.

Pros- Account setup and request for service was EASY, the had AVAILABILITY for the time slot I required. Technicians, (Dainen & Joe) sent email as the dispatch had stated when they were en route to my address. Dainen & Joe showed up ON TIME, they were POSITIVE, PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY and I felt comfortable with them in my home and around my family. They WORKED HARD and my DUCTS ARE CLEAN. They look new.Cons- I would have said price but I had 11 Vents, and 2 returns and these guys were hear for 3 hours and it was honestly worth every penny.Woohoo, as good as it gets. They didnt notify me when they were going to come 3 hours earlier than planned at which time I was out of the house. Once I was home, halfway through the cleaning the breaker was tripped for my hallway and one of the upstairs bathrooms. Breaker box is nowhere to be found and now Im dealing with my HOA. Sorry buddy.
