Tim and Eli came out to clean and sanitize our vents. They walked me through the service, showed me videos of my air system before, as well as after. They were super kind and showed my 2 year old their equipment, and were efficient and great at explaining everything. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.We are breathing better already!

Eli was very quick to respond to all of our questions and scheduling the service was easy. They did leave our home a bit messy with dirt on the ground after the cleaning but overall they had good communication and were very nice & helpful. The two gentleman that provided our deep cleaning service were personable and professional. They did an amazing job on prep work, cleaning/sanitizing our air ducts and dryer vents, as well as clean up. Mike was very patient explaining cooling/vent system and thorough. To my surprise the ducts did not need a deep clean just maintenance and he checked dryer vent , attic and recommended dryer be cleaned which I suspected because dryer didn’t seem to be performing well. I had maintenance and dryer duct clean and he added a sanitation (my kids & I have awful allergies) for free! I am new to the responsibilities of maintaining my home and I really appreciate the time he took to explain and answer my questions! Thumbs up!!!

Over the top service. Recently bought the house; the ducts hadnt been cleaned since it was built 40 years ago. They notified me by text before arriving, came in and did the work quickly and professionally... and then they got to the dryer vent. The dryer was installed before the hot water heater. With the water heater in place you cant access the plug for the washer/dryer because the outlet is low on the wall and theres no room to maneuver. They cleaned the dryer vent, then figured out how to get the plug back in without having to remove the water heater. As I said, over the top service. I recommend them.

I would use them again.I would recommend if you are in your home when they are cleaning ducts to wear a mask. They had masks on which I assumed for COVID but I think they wear every time they clean ducts. I now have a sore throat and if I was instructed to wear a mask I would not have a sore throat

Absolutely horrible. Charged more than agreed upon originally citing additional services they seemed necessary but didnt complete based on inspection from multiple independent licensed and bonded HVAC techs. Do not waste your money at all.

Avi was amazing. Fast, efficient, super friendly, professional and on time. He even went out of his way to warn my about my dryers dangerous situation. He was RIGHT, a technician told me he didnt know how I hadnt caught my house on fire. Without Avi going out of his way to express this to me the severity of the situation, my family could be devastated. He EVEN Called me back and checked that I had called someone. Hard to find this kind of genuine customer service! I will recommend to every client I sell a home to and friends!

We have lived in our home for 13 years and have never cleaned the ducts or dryer vent. They spent the time to explain the service and even went into detail about the why. We needed a deep clean and a disinfect/sanitize. They were professional and cleaned up any mess they made when removing the vents, even vacuuming all the dust off one my ceiling fans. Now that we know the importance of performing this service, we will definitely rehire them for annual maintenance.

We recently discovered there was mold in the air duct so they came out to inspect it. Shortly after they started setting up to clean all the vents and the air duct. They cleaned everything out very thoroughly and they sanitized the duct that had been growing mold all this in a timely manner. Im very pleased with their work, I highly recommend them.
