The ladies are top notch, accommodating, and professional. Ibhad wine and grapes with my steam. Lyka was friendly and knowledgeable about her waxing services. Go see them you wont be disappointed.

The person who did my eyebrows, did not want to take my view on how I wanted my eyebrows and stated to me that she would not do what I wanted and put her name on it. I had allergic reactions and called the facility and expressed my concern. The person who did my eyebrows called me and proceeded to unprofessional tell me off and than hang up on me. And to add to this, my eyebrows faded away the next day. So I will never return to this establishment again. And she said I wont be welcome there again because of my phone call.

I had been calling for numerous days to no avail Rita eventually got back to me and apologized for the inconvenience. She was not only able to accomodate me but my bestfriend as well into their busy schedule for an appointment on the very next day performing 3 services. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered wine and snack. Our first service was steam, we worked with Niecy who was very attentive. My bestfriends steam was too hot and upon first “ouch” Niecy came in and mad an adjustment to the heat.Next we went to see Lyka for our wax. She was very comforting as this was my bestfriends first time getting a wax. Wax did not burn and she made sure to educate us on the up keep and preventative action.From the wax we went to McKenzie for our facials. She used her own products which were very gentle and she was informative. She broke down your problem areas and gave solutions. We will DEFINITELY be returning! First real spa day and you guys made it awesome
