I went to Don and Bill denture lab for partials top and bottom. The visit was awesome I met Bill on my first visit.Bill was very pleasant and delightful👍 my second visit I meant Bills Father Don oh my goodness! it was like I knew them for years and I was so happy with my partials until Don hugged me to calm me down 😊 the fit was great the partials was awesome and my smile was 100% back I would like to say thank you Bill and Don for giving me my great smile Back. My grandmas denture tooth came out and she needed a quick fix. I came to Dons Dental Lab because of the great reviews and close proximity to where I live. Im happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised that the reviews were spot on!!! Dr. Don and his son took care of us IMMEDIATELY! When Dr. Don came back out after assessing my grannys tooth and dentures I thought he was going to tell us how long the wait would be...I was wrong. He was ALREADY DONE! My granny was soooo happy! She said that she would tell all of her friends about him and that she would also get a new set in the future. His price was reasonable and the feel of the lab was old school; something thats lost in todays fast paced environment. Thank you Dr. Don!!!!!

They are the best! I would give them a 100+ star review if I could. They are patient, knowledgeable and have superb craftsmanship, plus their prices are more than reasonable. My daughter told me that I finally look like myself again! I could not be more pleased.

I needed new teeth and I was referred to Dons Dental. I called the office and he immediately said he could see me in the office. He gave me a great price and made me feel at ease with his great work. I got my new teeth exactly when he said I would. I have already referred him to another friend of mine. 5 stars isnt enough!

I took my father to Dons for some dentures, Don and Bill walked us through the entire process and gave us some great advice. The service was quick and thorough. They even contacted us later after we got the dentures to make sure my dad was happy with them. Great service, I would highly reccommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. I broke my denture over the weekend and researched companies that could provide a quick fix as my online teaching job requires me to be able to enunciate clearly and my students have an up close and person view of my mouth as I teach them English.I called Dons Dental based on the positive ratings online and I am glad I did. I called this morning, and was told they could fix the denture within the day as long as I dropped it off by 12pm. I went right over.The two gentlemen who work there are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable right away. Lets face it, its not the most pleasant experience being without your teeth so having people that put you right at ease really makes the experience as pleasant as can be under the circumstances.To give background on the work needed - I an implanted supported denture. The way I broke the denture was right at the spot where one of the implants was and right at a tooth. So, the one implant circle (not sure of the technical name) fell out.They were able to put in a new tooth that matched the others perfectly and smoothed everything out. They also put in a metal rod to provide improved stability for the denture. I was given a mold of the denture which they will use in the future if there are any other issues.On top of it all, the denture was ready for me within 2 hours and the price was extremely reasonable. I have an appointment with my dentist to put in implant piece. That was the only item they werent able to complete as it is best done by dentist.I highly recommend Dons Dental and I will be back when I need a new denture or other services. Don and Bill made my dentures years ago and I was very pleased with the fit and appearance. I recently came in to have them relined and again I was very happy with their professional service. They restored that brand new comfortably snug fit that I originally had and they did it for about 1/3 of the cost of new dentures! I find the excellent value provided at Dons Dental Lab to be without parallel.

I have had a full set of dentures for about 3 years now. My 1st and 2nd set were made by the same dentist near east earl pa. I was doing some work in Philly and saw Dons Dental Lab, I stopped in and talked with Don. I told him all of the problems that I was having with my existing dentures and he said that he could make me a new set in a few days, and he would solve all of my problems. My first two sets were not made properly even the bite was off and I couldnt even chew. The teeth showed even when my mouth was closed. Anyway I ordered a set of dentures from Don, and I will say he did everything that he said he would. Not only can I chew and eat everything , I can run my tongue over upper and lower sets and they fit very comfortably. Thanks Don See you again when I wear this set out.George Lazrovitch

Don McGraths answer to are you a prosthondist ? was yes I am. He is not even a general dentist. For all I know he may not have more than a GED. He plays the nice guy, until he gets your money. Then he blew off 4 appointments with me. Its been almost 4 months since the first visit. I just saw him today for the first time in over a month. He says he is a prosthondist from experience, I could not believe it. Its an insult to real prosthondists, who become general dentist and get years of additional EDUCATION to make partials and dentures. The teeth are way off on the bite and too big for my mouth. He knew I made just under $14/hr and still stole $500 down payment from me. He promised to work Saturdays since I work all week, Saturdays come and go and he does not want to be bothered. He also said porcelain uppers were great but to use acrylic for bottom. All agreeable until he got the money. I requested the money back today since I have seen him 3 times and his son once and he refused. He has not done much work, I also was paying for a finished product, which I did not receive. His promise of a fast, well done job is a lie. Hes been a lab tech for over 30 years, I should have checked reviews first, after 30 years, he should have 100s of reviews. Theres only a handful of reviews , and mainly for repair to a broken denture a real Dr did. Dont be scammed, he is NOT a DR let alone a specialist (going under his rules, I could present myself as an accountant with Bachelors degree instead of Associates based on experience, I would be fined if I presented myself as such).

One cal, went right over and my denture was fixed 30 minuteslater. Excellent service!
