Go somewhere else. Complete run-around.SOS Professional Services out of Philadelphia did the work on my house in upper Bucks county. They did a good job; however, I had dryer vent issues within six months of service. SOS told me that the work was under warranty and that I would get a call back to schedule. I never did. I followed up via calls, texts, and email with no response. Finally, I got to a “manager” who was out of the Chicago, IL area! It was the parent Company of SOS, Premium Home Services. He assured me he would take care of my issue asap. He never called me back. When I called him back multiple times, he would not take my call, and the operator would hang up on me. Finally, I gave up and bought a Dryer Vent Cleaning Brush on Amazon and fixed myself (highly recommend). Absolute frustration. I have no other recourse than writing this review and preventing someone else from having to go through what I did.

I had them come clean my carpets and after such a great job that they did I called them again to clean out my air duct and clear the dryer vent they came on time and were super nice and efficient with good prices over all a great experience

This company is very shady. They rent apartments and call themself a cleaning service. They are slumlords and every single apartment is roach infested as well as overrun with mice. I would rather sleep in an abando then sleep in one of their properties. They send a cleaner in to push around dirt and call it clean.do yourself a favor and stay far away from any services this business provides!!

Left the toddlers alone for 5 min and found them covered with dark red and pink lipsticks!! I tried all of my very best carpet stains remover products but non of them worked :( I called S.O.S Deep Cleaning to the rescue, and couldnt believe my eyes!!! You can see for yourself ;-) For a very reasonable price, I got a brand new carpet and saved hundreds of $$$ replacing it!! Thank you S.O.S for the instant service and the remarkable results!! So good to know that you are only a phone call away :))

I used SOS services for HVAC vent cleaning after some construction with lead paint. They told me the process would involve covering each vent in house, with a vacuum attached to the HVAC in the basement, uncover one vent at a time and used compressed air to clean it out. They did not follow this process and left all the vents open while blowing them out with compressed air...so anything from the second floor ended up blowing out into the downstairs rooms. To compound the issue, they used a regular shop vac to clean up some of the mess WITHOUT a HEPA filter, sending potentially lead contaminated dust everywhere. The shop vac did not have proper attachments and my new hardwood floors had scratches in from of each vent opening from the plastic nozzle rubbing against the floor. My recommendation for this company is to take the time to do your work properly and with care, use the proper tools to ensure the safety of your costumer and yourselves. Get yourselves a properly certified HEPA vacuum, cover vents that are not actively being cleaned, and take your time to do the job properly. For over $1,100, Id expect more time and care.

Hands down, totally unprofessional. Made an appointment to see me, never called and never showed up. Finally came to give me an estimate, then never heard back from them. If you want to have your time wasted call this service.

We were very pleased with all 3 services, your carpet & tile cleaning guys were very nice & did a great job on the floors, my carpets were not in the best shape because of my pets, to our surprise they were able to remove the stains. Overall Outstanding! Yossi was my service tech that serviced my carpets and tile/grout cleaning. From the start He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do ahead of time which I liked cuz this was my first time getting my carpets cleaned professionally. My carpets came out amazing words cannot express these results. You have to give them a call and see for yourself. With football season here & the holidays around the corner.
