This place is really cool and very reasonably priced. This will be an easy place to take the kids a couple times a week throughout the summer. We’re thinking about doing birthdays here as well now! The kids love it and the staff has always been nice and respectful as well. As parents we were able to go up and on everything too and have fun with the kiddos! Overall a great experience and we’ll be back!

Just didnt like the fact no one was wearing masks.. but at the same time.. It should be every one own right.... To choose.. my 4 year old son loved it.. 2.38 for a crystal guisser water bottle.. dont understand ?

With Arizona heat, this company offers a wonderful alternative so that kids and families can come together, burn energy, throw birthday parties, stay active and hang out. Their prices are fair and their coupons are great! We have used them for parties ourselves while joining others in theres. The staff for the most part is friendly and helpful. They also have an adults lounge with the comfiest couches to relax on while your little ones are running around. The option for snacks and beverages is also available.

Love this place. Its not huge like a water park, but its air conditioned and full of activities for younger kids and parents. I found a Groupon online and they offer a couple of membership packs for cheaper admission. We took our one year old granddaughter and she loved it. When it was time to leave she didnt even argue. Lol. She was too tired. They a couple small party rooms to do a little party and they have a tv room for parents who need a time out. The one thing someone forgot in the childrens play land is a diaper changing station. Multiple restrooms and not a one. So I did what the other moms did and used the time out room. Bring non skid socks. They say its required... 😂 Their shirts say wearing kids out since 2014.

It was very fun! My kids had a great time. I would have given you 5 stars if it wasnt for someone telling me you would be closing an hour after you actually did... paying for a 2 hour voucher and then playing for 1 hour is a whole different thing.. I could have saved money or saved it for a different time... But... hey, I did speak to the manager and they made it right.. so I really couldnt ask for anything else... ( thats why you got 4 stars) thank you for being understanding and taking care of your customers ❤

I always try to take my daughter here.since unfortunately its still a little to hot out.its great to have a great place like this to be able to take my toddler to she loves it and it wears her out.

Super fun place ! My girl loved it and so did we. Plenty of room to run around. They have this cute little toddler area perfect for our little girl. Not too crowded and staff is keeping the place clean and sanitized.

There was so much to do! I would absolutely recommend coming here. Things to do here include rock climbing, trampolines, jungle gym, free WiFi, a lounge for parents and a toddler area for smaller children. We had more than enough to do everywhere we turned there was something new or a path we hadn’t taken. The manager was wonderful they had great customer service and was very friendly. The only downside is that kids weren’t wearing masks and neither were parents I wish they would enforce that more. There were a few things we could not play with like the ball section but it didn’t ruin our day we just move on to something else to do. It was ONLY 10$ because we got there before noon all three of us had two hours of fun for ten dollars. Definitely take your kids but if you can go before noon I definitely would recommend that especially if you have younger ones they will love the toddler section!

I went here for a birthday party And I gotta say that the kids really love this place!! They have so much for them to play with...lots of cool stuff for them to do. If you havent taken your kids here, I highly recommend you try it out! The food there is pretty dang good too. The BBQ chicken pizza is especially good. Take your kids here...they will love it and appreciate you for taking them there. Really you wont regret it! And adults can play too 🙄🙃

I took my preschool age children here. They had fun, but I dont think I will be returning anytime soon. There was a lot of older kids running wild with no rules enforced. There were some play structures that were broken. Also I got there when they first opened and walking around with the kids I saw lots of dust/hair balls and the place smelled kind of musty.

The staff is very friendly and kind and the place is EXTRAORDINARY CLEAN AND SMELLS FANTASTIC. Ive never been to a childrens place that doesnt have a slight odor to it. The activities are enough to keep your kid busy for a solid 2 hours if not more and the prices you cant beat I wouldnt recommend any other kid trampoline park. THIS IS MY #1 SPOT TO BRING MY 3 YEAR OLD SON😁

My experience was poor, we celebrated my sons Birthday and were not given enough time to eat and do cake and presents. It felt like rushed. We had not finished eating a Pizza when the girl came in with the cake and wanted us to sing Happy Birthday already...Very sad! Everything else was fine. We had to sit outside of our private room while nobody did any cleaning for 15 minutes.

Confused why you advertise toddler time (under 5) from 10-12 if at 11 you let whoever in? My son was having fun until all the bigger kids came (10-15 year olds) and he couldnt walk without being pushed over. And there was even way older kids in the 0-5 area. Very dirty and doesnt look like they clean often, no one was even cleaning during our visit. There was hair/dust balls in the ball area. My sons sock were black on the bottoms by the time we left. 🤢 Tried to ask the girls at the desk a question and she ignored me to help someone else who was after me in line. Very rude. Obviously they operate on a fast/loose schedule.

What a great morning! I love the 10am-12pm Jungle Tots session. Parents play free and kids under 6 get the whole place to themselves! I had so much fun chasing my 3 year old son around and watching his delighted face. Clean. Great family bathrooms. Awesome place!

Getting in was a chore, it seemed that everyone with a child was in the place 😀Wow, so much for my little guy to do he was absolutely tuckered out. It was fun for my 2 1/2 year old.My only complaint is about bathroom access.When taking my child to the bathroom, there was a line to get in the bathroom for both the men and womens room, and then only one person at a time. There had to be at least 150-200 people there that day.The bathrooms need a makeover to accommodate more than 1 person at a time.Other than that its a lot of fun.

Great place for kids & adults who want to lounge around or even adventure in the jungle with their children. Pure entertainment. Only reason for a 3 star is the time limit. 2hours max unless you have an event scheduled, otherwise my daughter loved this place👍🏽

Great experience! Tired out my 4 y.o. nephew and gave me a child like experience that I havent had in a long time. Its affordable and gives the kids something to do in this 100+ heat.

Good place for kiddos to burn some energy especially during the hot summer. However if you are cautious and want to know where your kiddos are.playing at all times, this place is not for you. Too many place for kiddos to run and hide unintentionally and you cannot easily see them, which at times make me nervous.

The Establishment was fun for the children however their employee named George was rude and told me if I didnt like having to buy socks, leave. This all culminated from challenging his statement all places require you to buy socks. I hope management sees this review

My son is almost three..Toddler areapros - Away from the bigger kids with their own trampoline.Cons - ball pit had less that one layer of balls, car merry go round did not work, hamster wheel material needs replacing.The rest of the parkEverything seemed to be in good working order minus the ball blaster area in which one shooter worked and the rest worked sub par if at all.We all had a great time, the staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were clean although it wasnt very busy. If maintenance was done to fix the stuff that needs fixing this would be a five star experience.

Super fun indoor park! Literally the bounciest trampolines I have ever been on in my life. Fun and friendly staff and one of the cleanest indoor fun parks I have been to. We will for sure be back.

We had our Granddaughter’s birthday party here and it was wonderful. She had 9 friends and I believe they all had a great time. We didn’t have to do anything except bring cupcakes. Sasha set up the birthday party for me and she was superb! She answered all my questions and took care of everything. When we got to UPTOWN JUNGLE Nick was our party co-ordinator. He signed everyone in and took care of everything; served the pizza, drinks, cupcakes. All we had to do was relax and watch the Girls have fun! And no clean-up afterwards! It was the easiest party I’ve ever had. We loved it!!

My daughter and I took 3 grandkids, 1 - 2 yr old girl, 9 & 11 yr old boys (his birthday). These kids had a ball and all the other ones that were there, did too. 😂 The vibe was cool for parents & grandparents. Didnt see a lot of masks, felt good to see kids enjoy themselves. I say get the vaccine, at least to do your part and go from there. #Tiredofkidsinthehouse 😃😀

Fun place but needs to be cleaned better. Went monday and 7 of our 9 person group got some stomach bug. I didnt see them clean anything while we were there except spraying the mat the kids stand on to climb. Not that a place like this should be perfect but some kind of sanitizing should probably get done.

Very cool place, this was our first visit. Took the toddler grandchildren on a Saturday and WOW, JUST WOW. The place seemed clean but the check in took a long time. We arrived right at opening so maybe just a rush.A lot of chaos happening so definitely watch your children. There is no security measure in place to ensure someone doesnt take advantage of all that chaos and leave abscond with a child.Security controls maybe numbered wrist bands that are checked upon exit and must match that of the adult caregiver would have given this place a 5.

My kids really enjoys this place. We went on a weekday and it was a bit crowded with little space left for parents to sit. Prices to get in are good, but even better when they offer a Groupon.

It is a fun way for the kids to burn some energy climbing, and bouncing around. It can be cleaner but I get the difficulty of keeping it clean when theres tons of people running around not really caring. The toddler section was also not respected as just for toddlers. Older children where having a war with the balls from the ball pit and using that as a hide out, two of the smaller children end up getting hurt. For toddlers is better in the mornings or I just went the wrong day in the afternoon.

Fantastic place for a tweens birthday. They have rock climbing, balls you can shoot. Cannons to ride on. Slides to slide down. The birthday service was superb. My service valet took care of everything! Highly recommended :)

I bought a membership based off the reviews and a 1 time weekend experience over a year ago. I went yesterday, a Wednesday. The air guns are still all broken with the exception of 1 that semi works, there are 6 in total, its been over a year, come on! It was beyond filthy. And the restrooms were disgusting with no paper towels in some. I was disgusted having to walk on that floor. There were used masks thrown on the floor right in front of the registers in front of the staff, even some on the side too tho. I was so sadden to see all this. I asked to speak to the manager Sasha. I was considering a bday party there but after what I saw I am now considering canceling my membership but you can only cancel after 3 months. I spoke with Sasha who said they have someone who is dedicated to cleaning on the weekends and the 1 repair man for all 5 uptown jungle locations has been asked to come because the guns and the inflatables are deflated and have holes ( which I also noticed and almost forgot to tell her). She said they just havent gotten to fix it yet because the repair man is busy with the opening of a new uptown jungle. Okay, I was exhausted and didnt say much after that. I mean she apologized but seriously over a year and still not fixed and only 1 repair man for all locations?! And the fact that there is only 1 person cleaning on the weekends and no one doing it on the weekdays is absurd and disgusting. They advertised cleaning throughout their website and its not being done. Nothing is getting swept or wiped or restocked (paper towels) or cleaned. I was shocked to say the least absolutely disgusted. Also, they do not have enough staff to have the climbing area open throughout either so there is that as well. There should be someone assigned to clean every hour at least do a walk through. I hope corporate reads this review and has this resolved. I will then edit my review.

This is an awesome place to bring your family it has a area for the adults were you can relax and watch TV, for the kids there is a Climbing wall,obstacle course and plenty of jumping area. Perfect for the kids to do exercise and at the same-time have fun.

The staff was great!! Very kind and professional. Music was kinda out dated. But other wise clean and nice.

Kept our 9 and 18 month old entertained for two hours.

So glad we can come here and play without masks. My only thing is that a few of the attractions are broken. The ball pit area basically doesn’t work. The merry go round in the tot section doesn’t work. And the floors aren’t that clean there’s little bits of trash all over the place still. Otherwise love it and we’ll be back.

This place was AWESOME and so glad we bought 3 passes because we will definitely be going back. The kids had a blast and I was able to get some work done and watch at the same time whole they ran around everywhere. It was a family fun day without me having to be completely involved.

Took my great-grandkids there for 2 hours and they loved it I had a good time walking around got some exercise as I watch the kids play a little pricey they dont really have good rides or anything for him to plan just a lot of climbing and sliding fed up its a nice place to get out of the Heat

Awesome place! My kids loved it and so did i! You do have to fill out a waiver before paying for the entrance fee, so i recommend doing it at home or before you get there. They have little kids areas, snack bar, a lot of restrooms, family restrooms, seating areas and birthday party areas. This place is amazing, one thing i didnt like is that theres no security at the exit door so kids can easily walk out without anyone noticing, or even worse, someone can take out any kid if they wanted to. So i think other than that this place is pretty nice, clean and pretty cheap.

The kid had fun so thats the important part. On the downside the climbing feature cWas closed the last hour, hour and a half before they closed so the kid didnt even get to climb. Bathrooms were pretty dirty and stunk of diapers. Maybe 20-30 percent of jumpers were actually wearing masks. Not a terrible place but a lot of areas for improvement.

This UpTown Jungle Fun Park is located in a very classy building, there is a snack shop inside with mirowave foods availalbe if you want something hot, ice cream dots and slushies if you need something cold. Sign a waiver, pay your fee and buy or come wearing your own non skid ocks and start having fun. There are plenty of padded benches and shoe cubbies for changing your foot wear. The envireonment is colorful and exciting.Mornings before noon are reserved for little kids 5 and under. Homeschoolers have special days and times on Tues & Thursdays noon-3.In the back left, there is a parents room with 3 TV screens, dring vending macines and huge couches and chairs enought to hold 20+ adults. Very soothing, nutral grays and wook accents. They have little wood table/trays to pull up to the couches to work on your laptops. You can meet the neighbors of the shoping center around Uptown Jungle at a table there with businesscards and flyers. Bring money for the massage chairs.There are 5 large unisex bathrooms and a photo booth. The maze of activities the kids can run through are amazing they run up stairs, go down slides, crawl across connecting tunnels overhead to other sections makes this the ultamate place to play tag. The trampoline is in the back corner but is huge.The toddler section is seperate and wellnetted. Bring your kids here for a wonderful experience.

Searched trampoline on groupon and this place popped up and showed a trampoline in the photos. They did have one area (dodgeball arena) that had a trampoline but not like other trampoline parks weve been to in the past. Kids are older 13 and 15, thankfully we bought the groupon during a flash sale because after an hour they were BORED, great place for littles Id say 8 and under but not for teens or older kids. I should have done a bit more research before buying passes.

Did my kids have a great playdate here with another homeschool family? Yes.Are all 8 of them enjoying vomiting and diarrhea 3 and 4 days later? ABSOLUTELY NOT.Would we go back?.. yes but trying another location unless cleaning is taken more seriously.2 families who all came down with the same bug within 24hrs of eachother. Beware of potential illness due to staff not cleaning thoroughly. Who isnt sick? Both husbands who DID NOT ATTEND.Kids have been inside and havent been sick this whole year.Thanks uptown jungle.

Affordable (with groupon) and safe way to wear out ur kids. Can be stressful as keeping an eye on ur kids at all times is near impossible due to size and structure. Nothing to prevent kids from walking out of the building unattended. Good experiences so far

We had a blast at Uptown Jungle Fun Park!! Kids ages 5, 3 and 18 months all had a fantastic time! Plenty to do for all of them! We went on a week day so there were very few other people. We did 120 minutes and it was the perfect amount off time to wear everybody out! The climbing structure was not at all difficult to climb and it was easy to follow my toddlers around even as an adult. The toddler area was perfect for the little ones to not have to worry about the big kids and the trampoline area was safe and so much fun! The woman at the desk was SO helpful! Would definitely recommend! We will absolutely be returning!

The Peoria location is fun. Its smaller than the Mesa location and less busy. The adult room in the back is a nice touch and theres a Starbucks vending machine. Cost to play was about $50 for 3 kids 😬.

While the kids had fun for the most part, I found a lack of safety. There is only one person watching the exit and no gate keeping them from getting out. We all got wrist bands but no way to distinguish who’s kid is who’s.We were here for about an hour and a half and I only saw one staff member walking the whole playground building and one person watching both trampoline areas. The website says they do not allow any outside food and that they have affordable food and drink options...by that they mean they have candy, chips and soft drinks. Make sure to eat before you come!There are 5 individual bathrooms, mostly clean but almost not enough bathrooms because they are constantly locked.Dropped my review to a 2 because I asked an employee how they keep someone from just taking a kid and walking. Their response was “we assume the child would scream, at which time we would go assist in to getting that child.” SO if your child walks out with a stranger and does not scream...well yeah 🙀The employee then resumed to tell me it has happened once already in the 7 weeks they have been here!! I put a two just for the fact I am watching my children...there is an adult lounge in a SEPARATE ROOM parents are just watching TV and on their laptops!! Yes this is the parents neglecting to watch their child BUT the playground built this room that separates the parents...🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😡🤯

George of the Jungle was wonderful! He is the manager there. He encouraged the kids as they attempted to win the stuffed animals, and then gave them something afterwards when they almost got it! When we were leaving l asked him why he did that. He said that he wanted to make the kids happy and it was all about them!!! Thank you George!

This place is crazy for kids. Best indoor amusement park I have ever been to. You can spend way more than 2-3 hrs with the kids here. Plus the price per hour is amazing for the amount of stuff they have.

Great concept, I just wish they had an all day pass. Overall, the play structure is durable, clean, and different for all shapes and sizes. Theres a separate toddler area that has a latch so only adults can enter/exit with kids. They give you a matching wristband and you have to sign a waiver before you enter (do it online for a faster process). Theres free WI-FI, massage chairs, and TVs in the waiting area for adults. Theres a vending machine as well or you can buy snacks/drinks in the middle of the building. Use Groupon for cheap discounts or sign up on their app. The birthday room is basic and their pizza is ordered from Barros.

Play area is big and lots of assortments for the kids to enjoy. Great employees

Great place. Lots of hidden rooms. Time goes fast. I do feel like the security can be better. The place is is big and feels like a maze that you lose your child fast. It makes me nerv2so I ist by the front door I stead of the cool cozy adult room. But Lots to do. About 10 dollars and hour and thats good enough. They wear wristbands then announce the color when your time is up. Look at photos for examples.

Fun and safe for your children.. Relaxing environment and Lounge area for the adults there is constant sanitizing going on throughout the visit and friendly reminders to stay safe.. very small crowd which is nice but your kids will have a great time and lots of fun. If I could give 10 stars I would!! It is fun I had a blast with my son we were all over. I didnt realize how much I missed jumping around on trampolines the best place to take the kids maybe have a moms date with the kiddos running around and they have a safe place for tots I would purchase the 2 hour time flys when you are having a great time with your kids!!

I made my reservation online for my daughters birthday 10+ guests not including the adults. When we arrived to check in there was a gentleman saying that they are closed. They were closing for a private event . And online it allowed me to purchase for that time. I had guests drive from BUCKEYE a 45 minute drive For them to tell me they are closed. I had to result to a plan B . You ruined my babies birthday. Would not recommend. The only thin the man suggested was a refund. I had a whole party waiing on us. VERY UNORFFESIONAL

Its a great place for the kids. However if your an adult dont forget to duck as I made that mistake chasing my kids and got laid out byt the top padded bar.

One of the best indoor parks I’ve been to in awhile. This place is huge. There areBounce houses, trampolines, giant slides, rock climbing and even an area for smaller babies. My 2 year old had a blast and it was big enough for my husband and I to fit in and do all the activities with her. Money well spent here.
