Great company! They were so easy to work with, arrived on time for set up and they did a great job with all of our guests at our annual Spring Carnival. They have a wide variety of games to choose from and everyone loved the variety. They even helped add on extra, last minute pop-up tents for shade!

I have been using fun n jump for the past 12 years for both my personal and professional needs. They have always showed up on time and been very helpful by showing us how to run the machines for snacks and getting the bouncy houses inflated properly. On occasion something doesnt work, but they come right back out and replace it with a new one. I have always been happy with them and I will continue to use them for my party needs.

I rented a bounce house, water slide, tables and chairs for my sons 12th birthday party and was extremely satisfied with Fun N Jump. Driver called prior to arriving to drop the stuff off, they were fast and professional. Everything was very clean and set up perfect. It was all a hit with the kids and even some of the adults!! Have my daughters birthday coming up and will use them again for Sure! - Kelly

Id use them again. When making my reservation we found the deal we were offered was great but unfortunately the slide would not fit in our yard. I asked if there was any other slide we could get for the same price or a deal on and she was very sweet and willing to help us out. She was open to working with us and I am very happy with this company. My daughter’s 6th birthday party will be loads of fun thanks to fun n jump.

I needed venue suggestions for a very small, last minute bachelor party and Joshua was VERY helpful! This is my second time using Fun N Jump and I will gladly use their services again in the future :)

Worst company ever. Been working with them since some time in January to bring a mechanical bull to our event and the day of the event they did not show up and they quit answering my phone calls!! Use someone else, someone who is RELIABLE!! Not this company!!!

Worst ever!!! Will never use them again. Used them last year and bounce house deflated 5 times with kids in it, very scary! The lady said she would take off the generator and concession rental price if I went with them again. I even had her email me that. So this year came around and I thought Id take them up on the offer. The lady didnt rember told me to email it back. Never herd back from her a week later. So I called she wont honer what she said and was so rude to me. So unprofessional its hard to believe there still in business. So if u want to be treated like crap and lied to also have to worrie about the product deflating use this company. Instead we went with az bounce pro. Wish I had found them first, there less expensive for more. Treat you with respect and very prompt in answering all of your questions.

I was visiting the Phoenix area visiting family and we hired Fun N Jump Moonwalks for my nepheiws birthday party and I must say they were awesome. From the first initial call, they were so nice and professional. The staff was prompt and organized. I will absolutley recommend them to anyone. And I will defenetly be using them for my future parties.

Ordered a hulk bounce house for my sons 6th b-day party. 1st They were late dropping off. 2nd they tried to charge us a different price because of using a credit card & added a delivery charge without telling us. They were supposed to collect payment on pickup but said they didnt have the machine to run the card & they would call. The people that called the next day were very rude to my wife & even raised his voice at her! I would NOT recommend these people to anyone.
