I was with Geico and Nation wide for auto and homeowners coverage. Premium was 187 a month. Was contacted by a kind intelligent agent named Lysa, who showed me how to save about 1000. Dollars a year, by switching to State Farm. It was handled very professionaly.

I never have to ask more than once regarding any subject. I know Ill receive a knowledgeable and speedy response every time. In this last issue, thank you Alex!

I have been with State Farm for over 25+ years. I have been with Katies Agency approximately 10 years upon moving to Phoenix area. In August 2020, I changed all my policies to Allstate on the promises of lower payments. Im writing this review in October and have canceled all my Allstate Policies and returning to Katies Agency. There is no comparison between the service this Agency gives and Allstates customer service. Every time I called in I got a different representative and was directed to an 800 number to have many of my questions answered. The items I was told that were included in the policies initially, were not included and was told I would have to pay additional premiums. Needless to say, this is very frustrating. I am not sure if the Agent that sold me these policies is still employed with the Agency as I have never talked to him since .I called Katies Agency and spoke with Alex and immediately canceled my Allstate Policies and returned to her Agency. Alexs professionalism and knowledge is truly superior and she researches and works for your best options. I have contacted Katies Agency many times in the past and all of my questions had been answered on the 1st call.I feel this Agencies service is the best! Look no further.

Update** After my 1st review Katie called me and was unaware of the issues I was experiencing at her office. Her team dropped the ball big time and she had no problem saying that and said she would fix it. She got her team together fixed what was going on and made some changes to how the office handles things. Since this I havent had a problem and everything is on track.Old review**⬇️They give you the run around and always say we will call you back. Then a month later everyone points the finger at someone else on why no call back and why your account is a mess. Worst customer service

I’ve recently been in contact with Lysa. She took care of all I needed. Katie is always great when dealing with her. All the associates there are wonderful. There are State Farm offices closer to me but I’ll stick with this group.

I recently totaled my car and when I submitted my claim everyone had signed off on it apart from one person. I was concerned that I wasnt going to get paid on the claim because of this, but Katie worked diligently on my behalf to get my claim approved. It cleared up a cloud that was hanging over my head when State Farm paid my claim. After my wreck nothing happened to my insurance in terms of rising costs. I know that happens to a lot of people, but my policies were never effected.

I will NEVER get state farm insurance EVER AGAIN. My rates double for supposed mistakes made in the office and an address change literally 0.03 miles away from the previous in the same zipcode and housing development. I cancelled the policy and 2 months later still dont have a refund check. I call both the office and corporate and they go back and forth blaming each other for the mistake. Corporate says the office didnt confirm the need of now a 3rd check to be sent, the office says they have check numbers to prove corporate is lying... meanwhile i still dont have my money. Save yourself from these childish practices and dont waste your money!!!!
