Michael at Arrowhead insurance has been so responsive, I usually send out my policy to several agents asking them to compare apples to apples and they blew away my old rate. I saved about 20% on my auto and home policy by switching to them and I like that they are a broker that keeps researching for the best rate after I am already a member. If you are sick of sending emails to your agent and not getting a quick response I dare you to try these guys.
