When I received my renewal it had increased so I called and left a message requesting a call to see what options I had. Waited 2 days and no return call. Left 2nd message. Waited about a week and no return call. Had to make a decision so I opted to switch companies. When I call to cancel I spoke with Sean and canceled policies about a week in advance of renewal.Unfortunately, according to insurance company he did not cancel until day after renewal. This was on automatic withdrawal so monies for 3 insurance policies were taken out of my account. BIG HIT. BIG UNEXPECTED HIT. I had to pay for new company policy and have to wait 4-5 business days for refund. I had to call Travelers Insurance since again no one was answering phone at Cactus Insurance to help resolve this.
I guess they are to busy to return calls. Very hard to cancel a policy. Hope all is ok with them.
I have been with this Insurance Agency for 10 years and I have always received excellent service.
