Great customer service, top notch WiFi. I had a couple issues (my fault- accidentally turned off service and couldnt figure out how to turn it back on) and they sent folks out to fix it immediately. Cant recommend enough!

This company hooked up the neighbors wi-fi onto our house and then ran a wire over to the neighbors house WITHOUT our consent or prior knowledge. They just walked to the back yard and started working. Now they are refusing to acknowledge what they have done, refusing to fix it, and refusing to even apologize. This is a shady business. DO NOT do business with them.

Owner lied and said he would restore service for 7 days untill payday. He lied not once but 2 times in my 2 years of service through wtecklink. I love too support local buissness but fortunately ill be joining SPECTRUM! Anybody in mission area DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE! Unless you enjoy being lied to and unfriendly reception. when asked receptionist about the lie, paid my bill in full he was rude and defensive very unprofessional. Do NOT go here if you dont want to pay for service you NEVER recieve 🤷

Dont know off hand because I dont have personally but have been recommended by many and seen services first hand Id highly recommend this service provider they seem legit to me. High speeds and service cant wait to experience when I get my own lol give em a chance people highly worth it

I actually have decent service in weston Oregon. Before I had a difficult time watching a single show on Netflix. Now I can finally get back into online gaming without the frustration of lag. Very very happy.

Not worth it dont have internet alot of the time and my first install the service tech tried to keep my hundred dollars then when corona hit had internet for a month couldnt afford it so it got shut off but they continued to charge me full price for 2 extra months for a service they didnt provide so they wanted 300 dollars to run it back on just sad

They’re great when the isp works. When it doesn’t though, and it’s say a weekend, good luck getting a hold of anyone. As I wrote this there’s a small outage in my area, and I am unable to reach anyone on a three day weekend.

So slow i got kicked out of the game. also i was updating a game for 139 MB which isn’t very much and it is so slow i could drive to south korea and back. i get less than 5 mbps

Giving 5 stars since Ive had this service for years and overall the up time has been great. My only suggestion: There are times when the service goes down, it would be nice to be able to get some sort of an ISP Status. (3rd party website, cell phone notification) so I wouldnt have to troubleshoot on my end.

Terrible internet service. They advertise 30 megs in athena but when I went by the office in Pendleton the admittedly said that no one in athena is getting 30megs. Its not a real thing believe me.

No stars. Their website is completely down, and their phone line isnt working at this time. No way to confirm a localized outage from their services, although I can extrapolate from the fact that their phone and website are down that they are down everywhere. Or theyre out of business, which Ill assume is a possibility as I cant confirm with them.

When our internet is actually working, it’s great. I’d say 3 stars is generous considering we’ve barely had their service for 3 months and have experienced 3 “outages”. When the internet is down so are their phones and website. It’s super frustrated not having a way to contact anyone for an explanation or estimated time for a solution.

Living far out in the country and well outside of the range of cable, DSL, and even cell service, Wtechlink has been a wonderful service and utility out here! Our AP is about 10 miles away (with line of sight) and have had a pretty reliable service even with inclement weather. Latency is decent enough for fixed wireless service, with minimal jitter from whats expected for such a distance at 5GHz, and speeds are almost always at 20Mbps. Looking forward to seeing how this company and technology evolves in the future!

They came on time for appointment and were very polite and efficient. Other companies would only give us 1.5 mbps but they have guaranteed and delivered 50+ mbps. Highly recommend. Plus they are very fairly priced. Best option hands down for the Pendleton area.
