I have had service with Pendleton Fiber now for over a year. Have had very little issues with service interruptions. When I need to call and speak with a representative I am quickly connected to someone that can resolve any issues I may be have. Excellent service. I have recommended to others and will continue doing so.

It’s decent sometimes but it’s not what is advertised on the website. it advertises “Over 200 un capped” i’m getting below 16!

The installers were professional, cleaned up their mess and the service has been awesome.

In the 6 months I have had service I have had one downtime of less than 10 minutes. On top of that they are there to answer any questions extrememly quickly and were a great help setting up my new card system for my office. Best IP ever!

Installation was prompt and in-spite of their somewhat wonky billing website, Ive had no issues with billing or customer service. Once I got the service running, my typical up/ down to Seattle or San Jose is 50/15 mbps, which is about what I think they advertise. Typically, ill ping 5-15 ms to any west coast servers and Ill ping 55 ms to European servers.Im only paying for the 50 mbps service, but ive seen download speeds high as 100 mbps. Ive had no issues with throttling or perceived throttling during peak hours or certain kinds of downloads. I consider my house to be a pretty heavy user and weve never come close to our data use limit. For what its worth from an internet stranger, its some of the fastest service Ive ever had and has been very much worth the cost.
