Fantastic location and good service.

We had our event on March 6 and the service was okay they had promised us the best experience. We had picked one of the “best options “ for pictures when we went to take the picture for the 15 the photographer was late he took the same pic in the same place he wasn’t creative at all i had to tell him ideas! When we got the pic it was the same thing just zoom in and out! The day of the 15 they gave me the wrong picture and size! I also asked for the photo booth the lady didn’t even put the color of the party she literally just put the basic letters and not even center. The day of the party they told us we can be there early so the vender could go and put my stuff up, they were so late I missed the church and they wouldn’t answer the phone, when they finally answered they said they are busy they will get there when they get there. It’s been 4 to 5 months and they don’t have my photos and most of the time they won’t answer the phone or they tell me they don’t have a date yet . Unbelievable honestly , worst service, they don’t communicate

The hall was beautiful. The staff keeps everything running well. However it was way to hot in there. I have found that most of the Iram locations are very hot.

Went to a 15 and I had a lot of fun the only problem is its a little too small especially when the whole family and friends come so just a warning but other than that was amazing.

My husband and I had our reception here on March 13th. Everything was set up beautifully and Daniela was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all of my questions. She was very accommodating. The day of the wedding, the hall did not have any water available and refused to let my guests bring in their own.The biggest issue I have had with Irams, has been with their photography department. Our engagement photo session was rushed. The photographer arrived late and then left early to go to another shoot. He made us feel uncomfortable and awkward throughout the session. I was disappointed with the photos and I was hoping our actual wedding photos would meet my expectations...sadly, they did not. The photography department stated that our photos would be edited and sent to me by June 13th, but with the COVID situation, I can understand why there was a delay. What I do not understand is why Irams would give me a date they would be ready and continue to push the date back. Once we FINALLY received our photos on July 15th, they forgot to include our wedding video and omitted the photos of my husband and I getting ready for our big day. Most of the photos from our ceremony were dark and unedited. Overall, I am extremely upset with how they are handling this situation, especially with the amount of money we paid.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here in January 2019. Daniela and the team took care of every aspect to carry out our wedding reception! They cater to your every need at an affordable price (flexible payments available) definitely a one-stop-shop! They are busy people, but always answer the phone, text back, or receive you if you show up. The food and cake were delicious, of which they have several options to choose from. If any food and cake is leftover, they give it to you. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue turned out to be! I also forgot my USB there the night we had rehearsal and promptly retrieved it back after the wedding. At the rehearsal, you can add decor or services for a reduced price (ex: photo booth for $350, normally $600). There are a few reasons why Im not giving them 5 stars.1) We gave them a playlist of almost 200 songs for the DJ to follow throughout the reception, and they did not. Their excuse was that the atmosphere of the dance was too lively compared to the songs we chose. They refused to go back to our playlist several times, and finally did so during the final hour of the reception.2) After things settled down, we realized they mightve not used all 3 bottles of champagne (1.5L each) during the toast, which were decorated. We had exactly 60 glasses for the waiters to pass out to guests, and my guests said they did not. If they used up all 3 bottles, all of the glasses wouldve been filled up half way, and we shouldve gotten all 3 bottles back.3) The whole bring as much alcohol you want and well serve it, but dont bring water, sodas, and snacks is weird to me. Because we didnt want out guests to pay for water or sodas after dinner was cleaned up, we had to pay a certain amount of money (we gave as much money as we wanted, not a set price by Irams) for concessions. I personally think it should be the other way around, but it stems from them not having the permit or license to sell alcohol on their property.Overall, we couldnt have chosen a venue that tops this one! Thank you!

Have been here twice for two quinceneras and it is just a big, beautiful, two story hall with amazing service, I think its a really good hall.

On 2/13/21 we had our daughters quinceañera, everything was perfect, the whole set up was beautiful, all staff members were amazing and very helpful they handled everything without any problem they made out night extra special, we had an amazing time, my daughters were very happy .. I definitely recommend Irams

My wedding was beautiful rey and dj adrian are awesome but the owner and management are trash! they wont give you your money back even with a pandemic going on. and they lie to you about your deposit!!!! oh and they laugh in your face they dont care about bad reviews, they know people are still coming to them, please save your money and headaches

My family and I planned a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary for my parents for February 15, 2020. We hired Irams Photography for pictures and video. It was a terrible experience. The photographer was late the day of the event, the videographer was not alert during important moments such as the beginning of my parents first dance, and the most horrible part of them all: we have not gotten the photo print with frame, edited pictures nor the video for the event. We got a USB with all the pictures included, but they were dark and did not look edited at all. They were not in any shape or form professional. My sister and I have called and texted and all we get is delays. We are so sad and frustrated with the situation. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism. Do not waist your money with this company. We have given them almost a year (1/12/21) and nothing has been resolved.

Same comment left for their other halls: No communication or organization from coordinator who handles booking. No additional numbers or management to be able and share my concerns and get better help. The 2 halls Ive seen are gorgeous and what I am looking for but what good is that if the lack of communication and organization is present. I have been almost begging to see 1 more hall left on my list, her initial reaction was oh no its too small you wouldnt like it in spanish. I ask her to define small, she states only holds up to 200 people, thats actually perfect for me as I only thought about 160 for my event. I expressed my concern online on their page and instead of reaching out to me to help with my co concerns they deleted my comment. Taking criticism and making it better is what evolving in a business about but if you cant handle it then your doomed. Sooner or later, it will happen. Please find a more organized system or evaluate your employees because the one in place just doesnt work. I really wished we could have done business together, but if I am dealing with this now Nd I havent even contracted w them, can you imagine what business would be like when and if I had signed on the dotted line?!? Do your research and homework.

Beautiful nice and spacious

They definitely know how to decorate, it was affordable, they were very accommodating and friendly up until the day of the wedding. They provided us a space for my bridesmaids to keep our personal items and during the reception one of my bridesmaids walked in on a staff member going through our bags when she was confronted she pretended not to understand and ran out of the room. Several items were missing and a phone had been smashed into pieces. When my mother informed the owner he threatened to shut the dance down. The dance was scheduled to end at 1230p but we all left by 11p because we saw the owner turn off the AC around 9p and everyone was sweating so badly. He denied turning it off but when we went to the thermostat it clearly read OFF. Most terrible experience ever.

Much needed work on communication with customers. Make sure you call and follow up on any payments and request a receipt. I called to make payment towards my event and gave my card info to a lady to run my payment. I called back after 30 minutes of waiting for my receipt and the lady said that she would run it in a bit. I waited another hour and still did not get a text. I called back and the lady told me that the card number she tried was incorrect. I should have gotten a call back stating there was an issue. If I would have not followed up I would have thought that I made a payment to the hall.

Beautiful venue. Everything was immaculate and done to our specifications. They are very accommodating.My only disappointment was the food,. Although tasty, it was not up to the standard of what we sampled at open house. Open house was gourmet. What we were served at our event was a budgeted version.

We had a great experience with Irams from start to finish. They were so helpful and caring to us. They made our daughters special day a night to remember. If we have another event we will use them again. I would refer anyone having an event to go with Irams. They have two venues and they are going to be opening a 3rd location. This place blows. They took away water bottles that were brought in, we had to pay for drinks at our own party! A water bottle and even a small Twix , both $2!! Restrooms weren’t flushing, the sink wouldn’t give off water, ladies had attitudes, Photo booth not working , everything was a mess, definitely recommend not coming here.

I really enjoyed working with management. I could not have had a better team. The food was great and the music was great. The only complaint I have is I asked for Tea and got Lemonade. So all in all for a quick plan for a Sweet 16 they were really good and helped us alot.

The place is pretty awesome inside, every detail is luxurious and the people there is nice, I went a weeding reception, the food wasnt to good and I think could be better, but the detail that i really hate was they didnt serve water if you want water have to go to a litle store inside there and buy it... is the first time that I see that in a party.

We have had my baby shower as well as my nieces quinceanera here and had the best service at both events. The place is awesome starting from the music all the way to the food. The owners keep this place looking beautiful and modern. They are very accommodating and help you in every way they can. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a special event and making the best of it.

Rather small, needs better organization, water should have been offered upon arrival! Nothing to drink til dinner was served or bar opened. Some of us need water constantly! Should consider wrist bands for first 300....people couldnt re-enter after leaving to smoke! People turned away due to full capacity. Make note on you invite!!!

Our wedding took place July 1, 2017 and it was such an amazing time. Since the day we booked our event the staff was excellent. Any questions concerns we had were always answered. The staff was always very professional. The limo service was outstanding and on time. Kevin was great with accomediatating not only our needs but our guest as well. Things can get a little overwhelming at times but Kevin and his staff were always very professional. The dj was also great. He played what we asked and was always willing to play whatever we requested. The waiters were also on top of everything very quick to serve our guest. The restrooms were clean and easy to access. Ramon and his staff are on top of this place. Its truly one of the best places to have your event. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to book their event.

I know and understand its all business but they dont like to keep their word or do their end of the bargain. Make sure what ever they tell you or promise you is in the contract. And always ask for a receipt. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone unless you are willing to get ripped off. Taking my business somewhere else for the next time.

Dont expect your deposit back on time , customer service from the people in charge is lacking at best... other than that the social halls are nice. Took 3 months to get our deposit back after getting the runaround by the owner and hos lackies...

Nice place but they have Carpet in certain areas and it smells and also has carpet STAINS the Ceiling looks OLD and had a AC/water leak,some ceiling tiles had stains. When you pay so much money for a reception hall you want your moneys worth everything is so beautiful but when you notice the ceiling then that means its that notisable, i admit they have done very many new upgrades but these things are some things that i notice last friday

Attended a quinceñera here, and first thing when we come through the door, is they confiscated our one water bottle. We sat down and they only had 6 platters for tables arranged for 10 because they dont even fit. Tiny uncomfortable plastic chairs, that cannot fit very heavy set people. The DJ was AWFUL, doesnt know how to transition music at all and assumes the only thing people want to hear is zapateado music at a quinceñera. The food was the worst I ever had. The rice was literally crunchy. Undercooked and such a confusing arrangements of spices, beans were not even warm, and super underseasoned. And when an employee asked us how everything was, she had the audacity to say naah thats not undercooked. the restrooms had a huge hole in the drywall behind the toilets and its as if the heater was set on 80 degrees in the restroom, on June 1st!! When we finished eating, leaving the rice behind, they took away our plates and our cups and pitchers, when our pitchers of lemonade and tea (because soda is too much) were taken away too when they were still over half full. Then if youre still thirsty, you have to go to the little counter they have and buy a water bottle for 2 dollars. Also the beer was the cheapest beer you can find, and they have them in pitchers sitting on a counter, that they then pour in a plastic cup. I was just a guest but this was by far the worst party hall service I have ever been to, and from what the hosts say they paid for the night, it was not worth even half of what they paid. A bunch of fancy fixtures and lights is all this place has going for them..

They own several dancing halls they all are elegant and they give the best service.

Beautiful but package prices are a bit much for not including everything they could for the amount they charge...they need better food selections...however the cake lady was very helpful and her strawberry and cream cheese cake and the vanilla cakes were delicious

This place is very unprofessional! A family member had an event at Irams weeks ago, and they treated her like garbage!! They will say one thing and then change it the last minute, they never honor what they say or keep a promise. The day of the event she was bringing in candies, ships, souvenir to give out, and more stuff. They told her at the door in a RUDE way that she was not allowed to bring that in the hall. She reply by saying...I ask if I could bring all this, and all of you said yes! They responded....we dont care who told you...your not taking anything in the hall...WOW!!!! She was left with everything she had bought and had to put in her car. As the event went on...it felt like you were being stalked by the personnel!! They give you NO space, there just checking what you do at all times!! At one point the guy in charged of Irams went and open bags that were in a table, just to check what you had inside...hello privacy!!!! If you have to rehearsed for wedding or quinceanera be prepared to be with NO AC!! Yes, thats what happen to us, very ugly, everyone sweating like pigs!! Also they dont let you borrow the speakers and they throw you out the hall 20 min before practice ends...Horrible!!! They would get mad if you go in and out the hall lots of times...they keep count!! Be careful with your contract and make sure everything is written down! We complain to the owner and it was the same thing, rude!! I can go on and on... there just so much to say. Overall I dont recommend this place to anyone!!

Worst decision to make your event at. Nothing went according to what was said. make sure everything they tell you is written in the contract. The owner tells you obviously what you want to hear and when you pay make sure to insist in a receipt they will tell you that they will write it down later but never do and ask for more money because it was not payed or lost. And if you are the kind of person that knows your right and get on him he will do everything possible coming the day of your event to sabotage your party. So I truly I would not recommended this ballroom .. save your money and your event.. take your business somewhere else.. and if you already have had a party somewhere else they will tell you what you want to hear to get you but please dont fall for it. Save yourself some stress.

We had a greater time and my daughter was happy thats what is important .the Hall is really nice ,people like it .some miss understandings but problem got fixed .tank u for your patience and work every thing went well, food was good ,cake fruit and ,very elegant plase.

This past weekend, we celebrated our daughters sweet 16 here. It started off with my daughter enjoying her limo ride (included in the package) around town and arriving at her party in style!!! From the food to the music, it was great!! We had an AWESOME time!! All night we kept getting compliments on how nice the hall looked and how good the food was. We also kept getting asked how much did everything cost. The looks on their faces when we said it was XYZ and everything was included was priceless. They could not believe it was such a low cost for everything. I mean what we paid here was basically the same amount just to reserve the date somewhere else and nothing was included. Irams came with everything we needed and more! I especially liked that we did not have to stay and clean up afterwards. This is a one of the great perks that came with the package. The DJ included in the package was AWESOME! He kept the party going all night! I loved when the uplighting went with the beats of the music. That was cool. I would definitely recommend Irams Reception Hall. The owners were very helpful. We personally had a few bumps in the road with our guests but, we kept that in line. We could not have anyone mess up anything for us. As long as you keep your guests in line then, it will all run smoothly. Remember this is a place of business. I would definitely come back here to host another party!

I had my daughters quinceañera and everything looked beautiful. The sercice was great. I plan on using this event hall once agian for my younger daughter. I loved everything.

Not only was he attentive to everything our event needed, but he was extremely courteous and On top of it all, the food amazing, it was plentiful, fresh, and kept coming throughout the evening. Our guests were amazed, with the Décor the centerpices and the red carpet we even had valet parking thank you Irams Receotion Hall for making this day a success my dauthers Quinceanera was beautiful Wishing you all continued success!

Beautiful Place. And the service was great.

We brought 12 bags of ice for cooling down our refreshments and for use in mixed drinks. They ended up charging for ice for the drinks. Needless to say, the party guests did NOT enjoy mixed drinks from the Open Bar since they were charging 7$ for a small bucket of ice.
