We had my daughters quince here this past weekend! Everything was beautiful and PERFECT! I was worried when we had rehearsal during the week and saw they setup gold chairs and we were supposed to have silver and clear. We were told the silver and clear were damaged. The gold clashed with the linens we chose. After speaking to Kevin he saw how stressed out I was over this he made some calls and had them swapped out! This small detail meant a lot to me. And it made a big difference! Everything was beautiful! Also My Daughters sleeve broke on her dress and the ladies in back sewed it for us! Also Pepe on the mic was awesome at getting the crowd hype and entertained! I would recommend to anyone and wish we could relive this moment over and over again!

Where do I start ........ Lets start from us signing the contract with Dgala. Since we paid upfront from the beginning to get a better deal they didnt keep in touch with us about when our wedding phitos would be taken. We had to be the ones calling to schedule the photos and to come pick our colors and table decor. No big deal. Then the day of our event we give a credit for drinks so that guests didnt have to pay for beverages. Then I come to find out that people are being charged. So what was the credit for then? Their answer? Oh sorry it was a new personnel that wasnt aware of the credit OK but did they refund the money they made... nope. But not a problem another small inconvenience. Our wedding was in December Its July and we are still waiting to get our highlight video. It took them 6 months to give us our photo and video even though I kept calling and wondering what was going on. Apparently they are short staffed and havent been able to get it done faster. Oh but to take the money they didnt need to blink twice. I have yet to hear about a reimbursement as that will probably not even come up because they only care about the money not really the people. I really dont recommend this venue as it is now. Maybe in the future once the management decides that they should care more about the people rather than making money.

Please read your contract fully! They say they are not responsible if there is a gov shut down or natural disaster. COVID hit and we had to change our event day and they only let us change it for a Sunday then they kept our deposit. I understand keeping the deposit under other circumstances. I don’t think they should have taken advantage of the situation by keeping people deposit who had to change the date due to COVID.

I was a guest at a friends wedding. The staff was friendly and seemed efficient. The venue was clean and nice. Overall we had fun & it was a good experience.

Only giving it 3, because I thought this was a bigger hall, but it’s actually two ballrooms in one building. However, the decor is was immaculate and beautiful, so if you have a medium to smaller wedding, it would work out!

Do not go to this place. They take advantage of people and still your money. You never gonna get your deposit back. I rented the hall for May 13 2020 but since the pandemic happened We all had to change the date because everything got closed. 4 months After the event happened I call to see when I was going to be able to get my money back and they said that since I change the date I wasn’t going to get my money😡 even though Everything was closed and there the ones that were calling every one saying that we had to change the date because everything was closed. They just Robb people. Stay away from this place!

Beautiful hall. However it us split in 2, no sound proof. Great decoration. No friendly at all to work with outside vendors. And the sell the effects super expensive. When trying to workout with them to run our effects machine... they acted mad and intransigent, I thought rhe guy qas going to hit my husband in the face. Not d’Gala way to act. How ugly this attitude. Elegance and class does not come with nice decoration. Update your effects and lower prices, so you can avoid vendors. Since you are not friendly to work with them.

Had a event their on 3/26/2021 and everything came out as planned . Everything was on point and nice everybody was professional. The guy hosting our quinceañera was real attentive and detailed . Thank you guys .👍🏽

Our event was rescheduled from 2020 due to the pandemic , as any small business things get hectic at first however I do believe that they got it down , all we need is patience there not here to scam people they just need time to work things out. Our event was very nice ,Kevin was great at the time of our event the DJ and everything was as expected , I do recommend this place and if your dealing with a reschedule just be patient they will make your magical night happen !Thank You for everything ,

Horrible management!!!! Due to this pandemic going on we tried reaching out to them and we’re told only we could change our date!! Well our date went from a Saturday to a Sunday. We asked about the money difference and all they wanted to do was offer us stuff we didn’t want, instead of our money back. And still wanted us to pay a Saturday price. Most our family is out of state and won’t be able to make it. So are wanting to let the day go,and they don’t want to help with none of our money back!! $6000 they are keeping that they didn’t even earn!!! We couldn’t even get a smaller package. And Kevin the manager with a smirk on his face just kept saying “We don’t wanna keep your money, that’s just how it is”!! These people are greedy thieves and don’t card about you or you’re special day!! All they want is money!!! Stay far away from here!!

We went to see the specials but they are not what they advertised. Please dont go. The main mirror on the Bella Ballroom is broke! and the floors in both ballrooms need maintenance. I dont know the real service because I didnt have any event here because I was just checking the specials they offer but they are not real when you show up, they change. Very sad experience 😢 because we were excited thinking they were different.

This place is so inresponsible because my sister had her 15 in 2019 and we still can’t get the photo albums.They lose my usb and didn’t even play the slide show. Everybody is so nice at first because they only want the money and after you paid the be so rued.Don’t trust this place at all the want your money.

I had my event here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m blessed that it happen during this pandemic but the service was not what I’d hoped for. I had to contact them several times for them to give me updates of what they were planning and if any changes would be made. It was troubling to get them to call back until I would message them on Facebook several times. The day of the event they didn’t follow through with our schedule and the coordinator Kevin disappeared we had to get someone to call him to the stage and never showed up. Very disorganized. All they care about is getting their money once they do they don’t follow through. I’d think twice about getting this place for a special event. On top of all this they’re not following through with the deposit they’re suppose to return. They’re excuse is that the holidays happen and it’s taking longer than what the contract says (30 days). They’re taking over 60 days to return that deposit. They’re is only 4 days of holidays after my event from what I see. But what do I know. The lady I spoke sounded like she didn’t know what to say and seem to be running out of excuses. Not happy at all.

I had my wedding at irams, which is own by the same people! It was beautiful dont get me wrong, rey and dj adrian are awesome but the owner and management are trash! they wont give you your money back even with a pandemic going on. They lie to you about your deposit!!!! oh and the worst is that they laugh in your face, they dont care about bad reviews or you going to a lawyer, they know people are still coming to them because they know where the refinery money is and where the Hispanic community is. They can keep scaming people and no body is doing anything about it! Yall be careful and ready those reviews before booking.

A very beautiful place to have your event in. They have multiple locations to choose from depending on the size of guests your going invite to your party. They have great service and great prices. I have looked at several event halls but this one definitely stood out from all the rest in south Houston. Very elegant!!! But dont take my word for it go and see for yourself!!!

The reception itself was beautiful but the stuff you have to put up with before and after the event is horrible. We booked the venue before it even opened last year. We kept in contact with them to make sure we had Bella and every time they reassured us that we did. Well, the week of the wedding, we show up at rehearsal and we are told we’re in Grace. Note we had booked over 14 months in advance and the couple who was given our room had only booked 3 months prior to the wedding date. So is that fair? No, of course not. We did everything on our part and tried our best to communicate with them the months leading up to our wedding, but there was a lack of communication between them and important things were “missed.” They gave us upgrades as a “sorry we f* up,” which were cool, but that’s not the point. The point is, if you’re going to run a business, you need to be organized and communicate with everyone involved.And to add to the experience, the day of the wedding they took the garter(that my mom made) from the person who won it to give it to the bride in the other room. I know this happened because the other bride confirmed that they brought it over to her side. They told her that I let her borrow it...but I didn’t even realize this happened because they took it without my consent. You see the lying and manipulation? Ridiculous. They also took water bottles away from guests because they had to pay for them, even when we had paid money for the bar credit...Don’t get me wrong, our wedding was beautiful, but you have to put up with a lot of things with the people who run it so it’s a hit or miss.

Poor management.

I had went to an event to celebrate but I noticed that the coordinator Kevin was moving different places but not to the groom to ask if everything is going well but instead disappears and shows up at the last minute to ask as everything ok instead of asking hourly ,secondly when they promised the deposit back nothing they promised this day and the next week nothing they kept the deposit, thirdly we had bought a walk fabric for the bride and groom to walk on we went to go pick it up they told us that if you do not pick it up everything will be thrown but they kept it not satisfied with there service highly disappointed with the service do not recommend!

Very Elegant and Impressive venues for any social event. Very attentive and caring staff. They will take the time to plan out with you every detail of your event so from the moment you arrive everything is in order and you will not have to worry about anything. The DJ gets the party started and keeps it going! Food is excellent and served promptly, waiters are continuously checking on guests to make sure they are taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend this venue not only for the luxurious appeal, but for the great customer service they offer making your event planning 100% stress free!!

Its not cheep but its nice.We have seen weldings, quince, sweet 16 and other parties at this place.The staff is not rude and they are pretty chill about roudey parties. So long as you keep it within reason. It has two rooms and the noise from either room do not mingle.

Do not get this hall! If you’re looking for a beautiful hall for your event. This one isn’t it. The staff is rude, the day of your event these people WILL NOT HELP YOU. They also scammed my sisters daughters 15, just days before her event. She payed 16k for a specific hall and they wanted to give her a hall worth 7k. These people do not deserve a penny. 👎🏻(Also these positive reviews are fake, the hall themselves create fake accounts and review it to leave positive reviews and bring up their ratings)

Nightmare for our wedding . Gave us the hardest time with everything. Did not have the decoration options that they displayed on open house I had to pay for a third party for centerpieces. Needed to change date due to covid didnt say our deposit would forfeit ! Couldnt ever get ahold of anyone and lack of communication everywhere. They dont care about their clients tbh made my wedding experience more than it had to be

The salon is surprisingly beautiful and elegant, one of the best Ive seen. However, the contract did not specify that the hosts would not be able to bring even kid juices in. Everyone had to buy their own waters and sodas, which were defenitely not cheap. Its a small detail that can be overlooked, but it does taint the guest experience.The room is beautiful, lots of mirrors, cadelars, and decorations. The problem is how they are used and they do not specify in the contract that the drinks will have to be bought. The guests had to buy their own waters and sodas from the bar because they did not allow to bring even juices. There if they passed.
