Ken came out to do an estimate on a tree we need taken down in our back yard, after getting several other estimates today Ken quoted us $800 more than the next highest quote and also told me I would need to remove my entire fence which no one else said needed to be done. When I let him know that he laughed and said good luck with that and left.

Owner is a real grouch. Such a nasty attitude.Work is done in a sloppy unprofessional way and the workers don’t clean up their garbage after a job. Avoid these people at all costs. There are much better professionals out there.

I usually don’t give any reviews however, I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my property. I have used Ace Tree Surgeons for over 15 years. They are all knowledgeable about trees and listen to what you want done. They left my property clean and trimmed the very tall trees to keep them healthy and strong. When my neighbors came over to see what was being done to my yard, they were so impressed with their work that they hired them to do their trees. If you hire Ace Tree Surgeons from Paramus, you will be extremely happy you did!

A number of years ago, the owner got annoyed because my husband was asking about a price to stack wood that was being dumped and he was sick of yuppies like him!

They have the best firewood! I used to rent my house out in the poconos and bring this wood up every tenant would ask me where I got the firewood. Burns long , quality firewood.

Owner Ken is out of this world....he never kept the agreement... called for months for 200.00 dollars overcharging.. I gave up.

Just spoke to Adrian about getting seasoned firewood. Although she was unable to supply me with the wood it is greatly appreciated that she did not sell me green wood as seasoned. This has happened in the past and is extremely frustrating.

Great Job - they were prompt, courteous and did a complete clean up after the job was done. All at a reasonable price.

My mom had them do some work for her and they did half of what she wanted done.When she told them that they werent finished, they told her that their equipment was already put away. I live out of state and couldnt be there, good thing for them I wasnt!RUN from these guys, they take advantage of senior citizens!
