These guys were beyond great!! We had an entire kitchen remodel we wanted to complete and this was the first time we had been through the process, so it was overwhelming to say the least. The entire team was unbelievable and they all worked with us throughout the process to help guide us with all of the decisions and the end result was everything we wanted. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the way the kitchen turned out and we will certainly be calling them when we inevitably have to remodel the bathrooms. Authenic Concepts went beyond my expectations in remodeling my kitchen. Starting with Ken, my designer, he helped me plan and pick out cabinets, hardware, backsplash, flooring and appliances within my budget. Ken was always there with answers for me no matter what day or time it was. When it was time to start the job, Tyler did an awesome job with the removal of cabinets, flooring and installed a new ceiling and backsplash. When my cabinets came in Todd and Heather work together customizing and installing to perfection. Everyone who came in to do work for the day, took the time to clean up at the end of each day which was huge in my mind. Ray, the project manager kept everything rolling and was in constant communication with me. And then there’s Cesar, the truck driver. He stop by one day to drop off an appliance and saw I had large order of flooring tile delivered, sitting outside. Rain was coming my way and he offered to carry all that tile inside for me. The kid is a beast!I can’t say enough how everyone work together like family and included me to be part of their family during this renovation. I’m so glad I stopped in one day just to inquire. 🙂

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen early 2021.We selected Authentic Concepts for our kitchen remodeling, and were very pleased with the process and results.I think our project was more of a challenge, because of the irregular way the old cabinets had been installed.Authentic Concepts kept to their bid and delivered excellent results.Their technicians are very competent, skilled and dedicated, as are the rest of their staff.We think they did a wonderful job.

I cant begin to express how happy I am with the transformation of my condo kitchen, so Ill let pictures do most of the talking. I must however express sincere gratitude to Glen Rumor (owner) for an exquisite kitchen design, to Andrew for a seamless ceiling rise of nearly 2 additional feet..meeting my hallway ceiling, and to Daryl, a master craftsman, responsible for my custom cabinetry and baseboards. He is without a doubt, a perfectionist, and has been a pleasure to have in our home. Every single person who comes to see the finished job has stated they are in love with the cabinetry and the entire kitchen is breathtaking. The electrician, plumbers, counter guys and tilers all played a part in making my kitchen functional as well as warm and inviting. Thank you all so much!

Glenn made sure we were aware of everything that was going to happen and his schedule of exactly what was happening on certain days was spot on! We were in dire need of a kitchen remodel. This was a huge deal and it had to be done right. Our designer, Cindy Robinson, came up with a design that we never thought possible. Not only did Cindys design come to fruition, the outcome of our remodel is showroom beautiful!!! Glen, company owner, brilliantly coordinated all the work to be done and wasted no time. Authentic Concepts juggles multiple jobs at any given time. However, Glen and his team made us feel like we were the only job going on. So much so, that Cindy and Project Manager Brandi brought treats and toys for our bird! Who does that?? I could go on... If anyone is looking to remodel their home...look no further. I love my new kitchen! Glenn was there for us to make each step of the remodel smooth. Cindy our designer made herself available and on sight during each new phase of this process, and she truly has an eye for design. Todd and heather who do the cabinetry are so talented that I cant say enough about them. They had the project done in time for us to enjoy our kitchen for the holidays. Just the peace of mind and the communication was worth every penny.

Wish I could put on pix of our new hickory wood flooring that Glenn had installed in our dining, living room and family room. It is gorgeous. Today, he had contractors install granite counters, new sink in our kitchen. Its like a new home! Glenn gave us professional advice on colors, designs - even took us on a tour of a granite warehouse to be sure we picked the colors best for our kitchen. We actually chose the one piece he brought to show us when we told him we wanted to keep our classic white kitchen.Tired of wall to wall carpeting in the main areas, Glenn had a gorgeous hickory hardwood flooring installed last week in dining, living & family room. We have been so impressed with the sub contractors he uses & that he is there every day to be sure everything is done to perfection.We went on Houzz to find a contractor-designer in our Trinity, FL area and his name popped up with many others. He was the first & last contractor we interviewed as we were so impressed with his open, honest, professional advice. We found his prices reasonable & that we could rely on him 100% - day or night.Wed give him a 10 star rating but you only allow 5 - so give him 5 from me & 5 from my husband. You can bet if we do more remodeling, hell be the first one well call.

The owner, Glen, is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Gina is also very nice and welcoming and together, they make you feel like part of the family. They seem to be very in-demand, but they made me feel like they always made plenty of time for me. As a local business owner myself, I know this is a difficult feat but they handled it with ease. Most importantly, the quality of the craftsmanship and work they do is some of the best Ive ever seen. I cant say enough good things about them. 5 stars!

First and foremost, Wow! We are so happy with the final product. Your communication regarding the progress of our house throughout the project was top notch. We appreciate the hard work and extra weekend hours people put in to take our house to exactly where we wanted it to be.We left our house June 17 and by July 12 we were home. We are amazed how you guys made the process so smooth -you took out our tile, installed our floors, tore down unnecessary walls, installed lights, replaced all our cabinets and put in new cabinets as well as created a whole new area with extra cabinetry in under a month. If we noticed any small issues you were there to fix it immediately. Your team stayed AHEAD of schedule -that is usually unheard of in you industry. Hats off to all of you. We are very grateful.We would highly recommend your company to anyone. I want to give a special plug to Rebecca Peake who started this journey for us and stayed with us through its finality. I decided to work with Authentic Concepts for my third bathroom remodel, and I couldnt be happier. In the past three years I have had my kitchen and two other bathrooms remodeled by other companies. I wish I had started with Authentic Concepts from the beginning of my remodeling projects. I worked with Emily and she was a delight from the very beginning. She was always on top of things, overseeing the entire project. When see was not available I could always rely on Glen, the owner of the company to answer any questions. All of the contractors were very reliable, pleasant and excellent in the craft. I would recommend Glen and Emily whole-heartedly. I only wish I had other projects for them to oversee.

Beautiful Kitchen and Great Team! Our Kitchen turned out perfect. Rebecca Peake, our designer, did a great job on listening to our needs for added functionality and aesthetics. Everything Rebecca proposed from countertops, door styles, backsplash and door knobs were perfect. The project team was easy to work with, Glen, Brandy, Eddie, and Andrew were great.
