He was very courteous, and went over everything with us. he answered all of our questions and we were very satisfied with the expertise he had. we have been a long time customer of H&R block for 30 years and have always been satisfied. we will return next year.

The Approve Online / Digital Dropoff was insanely easy. What a fluid process it was! Pam helped get me the largest refund Ive ever gotten. Oh its true, its damn true! She also made the process very easy and I look forward to working with her next year!

HORRIBLE!! The tax preparer charged us over $500 because he had to spend time researching how to do our returns! I thought he wouldve have known, isnt that his job??! He wouldnt give us our paperwork back to take elsewhere until we paid.

My history of working with Ruthie at H & R Block has been an excellent experience. She provides a personal touch and went over and beyond in preparing my taxes this year.

Last time using hr block. Recieved a letter from IRS that I owe money. Ended up that hr block filled out my taxes wrong but refuse to admit that they messed up. The rep says that the person who did do my taxes incorrectly but its my fault because I should have ask him how long he has been working at hr block. Make an app to fix it. First app and sat waiting for over an hour . Worst place ever.

My representative was extremely knowledgeable about all of the tax laws and the new tax law changes. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.

I am extremely likely to return to H&R block because Trina took her time in answering all my questions. She did not rush into processing my tax return just to have the next customer sit down. Overall my experience was like eating ice cream and not like having a tooth pulled.
