Horrible. The staff that was there was extremely rude to me. Some older lady with a walker came up to the door and got all aggravated and angry with me because I didn’t have an appointment. Then I asked should I make an appointment because when I called no one was answering the phone. Then she got an attitude with me when all I had to file was 1 W-2! She just stared at me and didn’t talk then started mumbling under her breath so I just left because she was very rude and i don’t want someone doing my taxes like that that seems aggravated for no reason and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone going here or that staff member should not work in a place like that. Drives customers away. My taxes would have taken her all of 10 mins. They just lost my money.
